The property is immaculate with beautiful artifacts and well taken care of by a very, very polite staff. They can’t do enough for you. The spa is wonderful overlooking the ocean. They go out of their way to make you so happy.

We had a great time at Tugu. It is a romantic, serene place that I felt so far away from bustling Bali. Special thanks to Ardian, who always was so prompt and efficient whenever I asked something, to Made the chef, who patiently taught us in the cooking class, and for the last but not the least to the kithcen staff whom I forget to ask name, who served us the most perfect candle lit dinner on the beach that we 've ever had. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Tugu Hotel in Lombok. The room was superb, very comfortable and beautifully designed. The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water, creating a truly paradise-like setting. We especially appreciated the staff, who were extremely professional, attentive, and always willing to accommodate our requests.
