Late arrival and in the dark. Unable to negotiate the stairs to the cabin with safety nor find the keyhole to unlock the door. Staff should have turned on outside porch light as a minimum. Parking facilities under a large tree where birds roost and soil vehicles below. Perhaps a parking shade or roof over area. Wooden pallets place in parking bays restricting full access for vehicle. Extended stay and ran out of toilet paper.

The resort is well-located with shopping and eateries within walking distance. It is also on a convenient bus route. The cabin in which we stayed - 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 6 sleeper was a little tired and had holes in the insect screens that allowed flies in. The blinds were in need of repair. The smart TV is great, allowing one to use most of the popular apps. The induction stove and convection/microwave make for easy cooking. There is a pay-for-use laundry that does not supply laundry soap. We found the bed uncomfortable. The unit was fit for purpose, which, in our case, was to have a central base from which to visit friends in a variety of Adelaide suburbs. It is a coin flip as to whether we'd revisit.

I would highly recommend this property. I stayed overnight with my husband. It was close to the city yet it was situated in a quiet leafy suburb. Our cabin faced a park and we couldnt hear the nearby main road. The staff were friendly and the park was and clean. The studio cabin was clean, comfortable bed, large fridge/freezer and room was spacious. I enjoyed the pleasant surroundings and would stay here again.

When i was making the bed, i found alot of dust and actually found rubbish tucked into one of the bunks. There was also some other plastic wrap tucked into the couch cushions as well. Not cleaned very well

cabin was old and dirty. needs maintenance flyscreens filthy. cabin probably needs to be replaced. floors sloped . we stayed 2 days went to better accom which was cheaper but clean

Easy check in, cabin 8 compact and clean. Two person cabin so a double bed, bed was horribly soft. As in sink in and cant roll over, i wouldnt book those cabins again incase all of the mattresses are the same. Park is well set out, has a country feel with birds in trees and the little river walk behind it. The cabin had all basic supplies and you could cook in it if you wanted. Shower was hot and plenty of room. I would stay again but try the bigger 2 bedroom cabins in the hope of getting a better bed.

Value for money city stay in cabin. The cabin was old but had everything. Heater, 2 x bedrooms, tv and DVD player, iron and board, hair dryer, plenty of pillows and bedding. Receptionist (Alicia) was lovely and helped with dining recommendations. Quiet and peaceful. Will stay here again.

The after hours check in was horrible. A simple email with the code for the lock box would have been easy rather than calling the # posted and getting voice mail. Glenfell cabins are very old and in need of serious repairs. Book.a new cabin if your budget allows. The park is close to the city and Penfolds and other wine regions

Great quiet location, the new cabins were excellent with all that you needed. Even though we were running late getting access was easy and the staff were lovely to chat to. Good for riverside walks or into nearest town centres.

The smart TV is great, allowing one to use most of the popular apps. The induction stove and convection/microwave make for easy cooking. There is a pay-for-use laundry that does not supply laundry soap. We found the bed uncomfortable. The unit was fit for purpose, which, in our case, was to have a central base from which to visit friends in a variety of Adelaide suburbs. It is a coin flip as to whether we'd revisit.

Value for money city stay in cabin. The cabin was old but had everything. Heater, 2 x bedrooms, tv and DVD player, iron and board, hair dryer, plenty of pillows and bedding. Receptionist (Alicia) was lovely and helped with dining recommendations. Quiet and peaceful. Will stay here again.
