Hotel was easily reached from Airport by Tram. About a 5 minute walk from 2 tram lines. Reception area is on the 4th floor, serviced by 2 lifts. Breakfast is served here but we did not have it. Room was nice but very small, typical european hotel room. Bathroom was good and clean. Trams are very close, but not so close you hear them! Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area, and a large supermarket within 5 mins walk.

Amadi Park is not what I consider to be s four star hotel. First, security is lax with open doors to reception, luggage storage, and rooms. Second, the hotel is located on tje second and fourth floors of an office building with a difficult to find entryway. Third, the shower area has a lot of mould. On a more positive note, the people working at the hotel are pleasant and accomodating, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Localização excelente, quarto bom. Mas o hotel não pode ser 4 estrelas. Não tem recepção, fica num prédio até residencial, ligação entre quarto e recepção é por corredor aberto, café da manhã bem simples.

Die Zimmer und der Gemeinschaftsbereich (Rezeption & Frühstücksraum) sind sauber und ordentlich. Der Außenbereich des „residential building“ ist etwas unordentlich und schmutzig, davon nicht abschrecken lassen.

Das ist kein Hotel , sondern ein im Umbau befindlicher Komplex. Dort sind mehrere Hotels in einem (Büro) Gebäude , nach Bauart eines Appartement Hauses. Es gibt kein offiziellen Eingang , nur eine Klingelanlage mit ca 80 Klingeln und einem kleinen Schild worauf auf das Hotel und die Rezeption im 4 OG hingewiesen wird. Nachdem man dann durch das mit Sperrmüll und Baumaterial lagernde große offene Atrium , ohne jegliche Beschilderung gelaufen ist um einen Aufzug zu finden ,fährt man dann ins 4 OG und sucht auch dort wieder die schlecht beschilderte Rezeption. Dort angekommen freut man sich wenigstens auf eine unfreundliche , nur schlecht Englisch sprechende Dame zu treffen , die einem das nötigste erklärt . Und das alles mit 4 Sternen suggerierte Hotel in dem Preisniveau von mehr als Standard. Auch die angegebene Nähe in KM zum Zentrum ist ein Witz. Alles zusammen , wohl das schlechteste Hotel was wir jemals gebucht haben. Nie mehr wieder !

Overall an unpleasant and extremely disappointing stay, after paying extra for a ‘better’ room. Way over-priced, having stayed in a much nicer hotel a block away for less money on the same trip. Would not stay again. Large number of issues from start to end included… - Difficult to find hotel entrance and locate reception once in the building (reception is on 4th floor and not signposted well). - Room was badly maintained - there was mould and staining on the ceiling above the bed, lots of dust everywhere, bathroom windows were smeared, bathroom sink was chipped, net curtains were dirty and the coffee cups were cracked. - TV and coffee machine did not work, aircon was unreliable. - Bedroom and bathroom were extremely dark and very badly lit, it felt oppressive. Darkened mirrors did not help. Door to Juliet balcony didn’t not open fully due to room layout. - Complicated entry and exit system relying on multiple lifts or stairwells to get around or exit the property, entry fobs required to use main entrances as well as needing room key. - After checking out and returning later to collect my luggage I waited more than 10 minutes with no-one appearing at reception. I took my luggage and left as it not in held on a locked room, meaning anyone could walk in and take your possessions unchecked.

THIS IS NOT ANYWHERE CLOSE TO A LUXURY PROPERTY!\xa0 The hotel description and pictures provided are incredibly\xa0misleading.\xa0 This place looks like a run-down apartment complex in person.\xa0 Although not mentioned in the Expedia description, this hotel shares a building with 2 other hotels and other businesses.\xa0 I questioned the manager on duty about the cigarette butts all over, broken down dusty furniture in the common area, and overall uncleanliness and unattractiveness and he explained that he has no control over what the other hotels / businesses are doing.\xa0 Amadi's ice machine was broken so he sent me down to another hotel's front desk where I was told they shut off their machine at 10pm when the bar closes.\xa0 Our hallway smelled of booze and urine and the rooms are tiny!\xa0 Every time I walked over to my side of the bed I bumped into\xa0the lamp because there is no room to walk!\xa0 I am disappointed both with Expedia and the hotel, as there was no due diligence in making sure this hotel is accurately advertised.\xa0 This is a 2 star establishment at best!\xa0 I am still working with Expedia on a refund because I feel seriously deceived.\xa0If I was able to upload pictures I would.

I liked the location of the property - lots of options for trams and restaurants. The office was open limited hours (closed at 11 PM) and did not feel this was a full service hotel.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was filthy and smelled like mold. The worst was the cockroach infestation (see attached pictures of the "other guests" staying in the room). When we called the front desk they immediately denied they had a cockroach problem and became angry and started yelling at us. This place is nowhere close to being a 4-Star hotel, this is what you would expect from a fleabag hostel near the train station. We have stayed at many hotels in Europe and this dump is a disgrace at 200 Euros+ per night. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

do not stay in room #213 - it smells like feces , do not stay in room #218 - the air conditioner was not working for 10 days, ask three times to fix - nothing was done, cannot keep window open at night as the tram noise starts at 5.30 am. Asked room to be cleaned after 7 days - cleaning lady did not change my sheets, did not clean the floor, just brought new towels. I would not recommend this hotel unless you re going for a concert at Concertgebouw. The only nice thing about this place are people that work in reception.

A fuir ! Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et la première chambre que nous avons eu était dans un état de saleté déplorable: moisissures/champignons sur les joints de la salle de bain, même sur le cordon du sèche cheveux, sur les rideaux, la poignée de la porte de la salle bain était cassée, douche sale, sol et tables de nuits sales. Nous n’avons pas pu nous doucher jusqu’à ce qu’ils nous changent de chambre. Nouvelle chambre : des cheveux collés aux carreaux de la douche, nous avons demandé un nettoyage extra et le personnel n’a pas été réactif ni compréhensif. Ils ne sont même pas excusés et nous ont laissé attendre plusieurs heures avant de faire l’extra cleaning de la chambre que nous attendions pour nous doucher. Petit déjeuner : rien à part des mini viennoiseries réchauffées de la veille. Même pas d’eau dans la chambre.

We recently requested to switch rooms because the bathroom light was not working. The next day, we were moved to another room since there were no available rooms that night. However, when we entered the new room, there was a foul smell in the bathroom, and upon closer inspection, we found mold in the vents. The smell was unbearable, so we asked to switch rooms again and were assigned another one. Unfortunately, the heater didn’t work, and it was 1 degree Celsius outside. We ultimately decided to book another hotel. Please take a look at the ratings on Google Maps as well.

Tudo excelente, salvo o cheiro de esgoto que saía do banheiro e a pia que vazava água. A cama excelente, muito boa para dormir. A ducha com água bem quente e boa pressão. O café da manhã me surpreendeu. Se concertarem o que falei encima, seria 10/10.

Though the staff was very nice…. Our room was quite opposite. Immediately upon our arrival, the instructions to where the reception were was not provided and we had to have a stranger help us in the building. For our room, we could tell it was going to be very warm, so we asked for a fan. We were provided the smallest fan that, at its highest level, was a softer breeze than if I fanned some air with paper. Additionally, there was tons of mold around the back door and on the back curtain. We notified staff but everything was booked so we couldn’t move rooms. Finally, to top it off, on our final night we decided to watch some TV before dinner. The TV did not work so we had to have the receptionist come help us. He admitted the remote we were given was just the wrong remote but he couldn’t do anything about it. We had to use the buttons on the side, which also barely worked.

Overall, the hotel was on appearance relatively nice, although the room was very small and basic, despite being advertised as "wheelchair accessible" However, on the morning of checkout, we inspected the room to ensure we hadn’t overlooked any belongings. To our horror, upon pulling back the bed sheet, we discovered it was placed directly on a bare mattress with no protective cover. The mattress was covered in yellow stains—likely urine—along with dirt, grime, and multiple holes. As someone with a serious disability, I rely on stringent hygiene standards to manage my health, and the utterly unacceptable state of our room compromised my well-being. I would not expect this from any hotel, let alone one that had cost upwards of £400 for three nights. Sleeping on such an unsanitary surface for four nights was not only distressing but posed a severe risk to my health, exacerbating my disability-related vulnerabilities and causing significant physical and emotional distress. I reported this to the reception manager, who seemed shocked but directed me to contact the head office, which I did three times. I received no response to any of my emails, and when I complained to Expedia they attempted to contact the hotel as well, and similarly receive no response. This shows the absolute disregard for the health and well-being, as well as disrespect, for their patrons, and as such I would not recommend this hotel for anybody.

I received no response to any of my emails, and when I complained to Expedia they attempted to contact the hotel as well, and similarly receive no response. This shows the absolute disregard for the health and well-being, as well as disrespect, for their patrons, and as such I would not recommend this hotel for anybody.

The hotel looks nice at first glance, but overall it’s not worth the money. It was hard to find, and once we arrived, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the room had a musty smell, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned. For a place that claims to be 4 stars, it really doesn’t live up to that standard. It’s decent enough in appearance, but the lack of cleanliness makes it unenjoyable. Definitely overpriced for what you get. You’re better off spending your money on a proper 4-star hotel elsewhere.

The hotel is well located, but far from the city center. The receptionist was very attentive, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a good shower. The room was poorly maintained, with mold on the bathroom ceiling (room 212). The breakfast was bad and had to be paid for separately.

Hotel war für eine Nacht ok, entspricht aber keine 4 Sterne. Oberflächlich ordentlich, aber bei genauerem hinsehen staubig und fleckig. Betten waren bequem. Lage war super, Museums Viertel gut Fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Lage ist super, das Hotel ist aber seine Sterne nicht wert. Sehr hellhörig. Extrem sogar. Unser Fenster war kaputt. Man konnte von außen in unser Zimmer rein und das Hotel konnte dagegen leider nichts machen.

The hotel was overall average, nothing wrong with that especially if you’re just touring the city. We found the room to be very small, the bed was average but the shower was great. One real negative was the sound in the other hotel rooms/guests arriving and leaving into their rooms, you could hear it all. Just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The TV’s are dated and the furniture in the room was broken (shelves fallen through etc). The bathroom was nice though and the shower was great, as well as this the free minibar was also a good USP.

Hadde store forventninger ved å velge 4 stjernes hotell. Men ble skuffet. Flekker på gardin, revet tapet, bulk i dør, småfluer/mygg, vann renner svært sakte ned vask, lavt trykk i dusj, veldig dårlig aircondition, varmt kjøleskap, hard seng. Merkelig med resepsjon i 4 etasje. Hotellet var i en felles bygg med flere små hotell og beboere. Ved å forvente 2 stjernes hadde det vært et helt ok hotell. Kanskje også 3 stjernes.

The hotel room was slightly disappointing, the TV was tiny, wouldn’t turn on and not a smart TV which is such a nice feature to have! Solomon was great and helped us out with parking when we couldn’t find any, he is also very knowledgeable so if you need anything, just ask him 😁

Pleasant check-in and the service was good throughout the stay. Nice room with a large bathroom. The internet worked fine. The bed was good. And it was quiet at night. There wasn't much to complain about. If one were to "complain" about something, it would be that the breakfast was perhaps a little sparse. But we were full, so it's not a big minus. A big plus was the fridge in the room where water, soft drinks and beer were included. Otherwise excellent location in relation to the 397 bus from the airport. There were several tram stops nearby. And several good dining options right next to the hotel. We could stay here again!

It was such tiny room you couldn’t move your body around without touching the curtains. Paid over can$900 for 3 nights was totally not worth it. Hotel listed as 4 stars but felt like 2 or less.

do not stay in room #213 - it smells like feces , do not stay in room #218 - the air conditioner was not working for 10 days, ask three times to fix - nothing was done, cannot keep window open at night as the tram noise starts at 5.30 am. Asked room to be cleaned after 7 days - cleaning lady did not change my sheets, did not clean the floor, just brought new towels. I would not recommend this hotel unless you re going for a concert at Concertgebouw. The only nice thing about this place are people that work in reception.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is good- close to the museums and still in walking distance to city centre. The rooms were clean, a little worn, but decently presented. The bathroom and shower were great quality and spec. I would use again.

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. Although the reception is on the first floor, there was ample signage to direct me there. The front desk was very helpful for check in and check out; the room was clean; and I appreciated the proximity to restaurants, tram lines, and popular destinations.

Overall, the hotel was on appearance relatively nice, although the room was very small and basic, despite being advertised as "wheelchair accessible" However, on the morning of checkout, we inspected the room to ensure we hadn’t overlooked any belongings. To our horror, upon pulling back the bed sheet, we discovered it was placed directly on a bare mattress with no protective cover. The mattress was covered in yellow stains—likely urine—along with dirt, grime, and multiple holes. As someone with a serious disability, I rely on stringent hygiene standards to manage my health, and the utterly unacceptable state of our room compromised my well-being. I would not expect this from any hotel, let alone one that had cost upwards of £400 for three nights. Sleeping on such an unsanitary surface for four nights was not only distressing but posed a severe risk to my health, exacerbating my disability-related vulnerabilities and causing significant physical and emotional distress. I reported this to the reception manager, who seemed shocked but directed me to contact the head office, which I did three times. Friendly and helpful staff, room amazing and little extras as they’d put balloons and drinks in our room as I’d mentioned my husband’s birthday. Totally accessible as my husband uses mobility scooter. Room easy to get to, beautifully decorated and warm. Perfect stay with perfect staff

It's honestly a great hotel! Great area with lots of dining options close by, the museums are nearby as well. There's tram station (Overtoom) super conveniently 2 blocks away. Great choice and would def stay there again!

Very pleasant hotel in spacious room, with good rainfall shower and very clean. Free fruit in reception. One stop from Leidplein and stone's throw from a canal. Very happy with this find.

Nice quiet property. It is an apartment block that uses some of the apartments/studios as hotel rooms. There are good connections to the trams and the museum area is within walking distance.

The hotel is a bit further from city centre which is great, as not as noisy. Even following instructions we've managed to get lost trying to find it, but good when directed right. Staff is really lovely and friendly. The room itself was small but had all needed, clean too, welcome drinks, knowing Amsterdam prices it was worth it. Breakfast wasn't big but enough, lovely coffee. Overall would recommend but wouldn't expect this to be a 4 star, more like 3.

Hotel is lovely and clean, staf are so polite and helpful. It is a bit of a treck out of town, there are a few restaurants close by (teds does amazing breakfast!) but to get into town it’s a 10min tram ride or a €30 taxi (some tried charging more than this at night so be careful, better to download the bolt app). The closest coffee shop I believe is 10/15min walk away.

L’hôtel était impeccable, le personnel sympathique et accommodant. L’offre du petit-déjeuner était pratique. La chambre était belle, confortable avec une grande salle de bain dans un quartier tranquille. Tout pouvait se faire à pied pour des bons marcheurs. On pouvait ouvrir la fenêtre pendant la nuit, c’était calme.

Não se trata de um hotel 4 estrelas. O hotel fica instalado no quarto andar de um complexo residencial, com a recepção totalmente apartada dos quartos. Essa recepção inclusive fecha às 23hrs e abre no dia seguinte, às 7hrs. No check in, vc precisa adivinhar como entrar neste complexo, pois não tem nenhuma instrução. O serviço de quarto em um dos dias não aconteceu, e ao questionar a recepção, me pediram para solicitar o serviço pois precisam chamar a camareira, que não fica no hotel. Café da manhã extremamente básico e sem reposição de itens, se vc tomar café mais tarde, certamente vai faltar algo.

There are no amenities at all. the ‘air/temp’ did not work in the room, it was so hot; and the tv was broken. these things were addressed on my 2nd day there and the staff said he would ‘talk to his manager when he came in at noon’…. Nothing. The hairdryer had some major dust on the cord; almost looked like black mold? The towels were worn. Shower gel and shampoo dispensers were broken and the quality of each was very poor. The area was wonderful, top points for that!! Also *do not buy the breakfast option through Expedia!!!!* they charged 22€/day online but the hotel only charges 14€. To be honest it’s not worth 14€, it’s granola, yogurt, bread and cheese/meats. You can easily get a full hot breakfast for way less than that in the surrounding streets.

Let’s start with the positive things. The bed was so good. The location is great. There’s a tram stop only two blocks away that takes into Central Station within 12 minutes. The breakfast is pretty basic but it does its job. My complaints have to do with the heat inside the room. There’s no air conditioning, at least not during August. The first night I was sweating but their answer was to bring my own fan or leave open the door to the balcony where other guests pass by. They say no air conditioning available. Also I was surprised that there was a mini fridge in the room. There are some nice supermarkets nearby so I like to buy juice to drink during the day. Unfortunately the fridge didn’t work. It never got things cold. I had to eat all the goodies right away I bought so that they were not going to spoil. Even the last juice was warm when I drank it. I complained about the mini fridge and their answer was that they were going to send someone which never happened unfortunately. Still is a good option but I didn’t have time to continue complaining about the bad stuff.

Passei apenas uma noite e fui muito bem atendido pelo pessoal da recepção. O hotel é muito bem localizado e o espaço do quarto era suficiente para duas pessoas.

Bra hotell med riktigt bra plats nära stan. Vissa bekvämligheter behöver en uppfräschning som duschhandtag som saknas (takdusch fungerade), vissa lampor kunde inte tändas. Men i överlag bra och trevligt hotell. Enkel frukost och gångavstånd till city.

The room is older than in the picture, the bathroom was in pretty bad conditions and the furniture is overall worn out. The staff is pretty rude. The only positive thing is that the room was pretty quiet. I had stayed there other times and both services and room were better. Maybe just bad some luck this time!
