The property itself okay, but unclean. The bedding was clean, but the carpeted areas and soft furnishings were not. Crumbs on the sofa and visibly dirty dusty carpet, the mattress was deeply stained brown and filled with crumbs and food waste under it. Has some cute features throughout , however, the biggest issue with this property is the incredibly vile smell of drainage or sewage that permeates in the living room. You cannot be in that room without the windows open and spraying air freshener. This isn’t an environmental thing, it is very much the house. The bedrooms don’t smell like this, only the living room area. It makes the room unusable and unpleasant to be in the house. This needs investigating and solving asap as it is disgusting and a major turn off on what otherwise was an average place.
