House was near to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Home was clean and stocked. Property manager does not respond to emails or voicemail. Pool was full of algae wasn’t able to use for 2 days. Contacted owner he was responsive to the situation handled the problem. Pool guy was out 2 times. We were able to enjoy the pool the rest of our stay.

Lovely house in a safe neighborhood with all the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation.We normally are very active during our Florida vacations but this year we we content to relax. And so many venues to relax in! The poolare, the area off the kitchen, the dining area, the living room and even the area between the living and dining room. We spent several weeks in Florida and absolutely loved the Sarasota area. The house is beautiful and very comfortable.. I would recommend paying to have the pool heated...we did not because we weren't sure how much we would use it with so many beaches so close by. You need to definitely visit Salty Jims. A little dive bar but great owners and the $8.00 Bloody Mary's are the best. Tell Gemma we sent you.

Thank you for the comfortable place to stay! The house was clean, and close to stores and restaurants. I was afraid it would be hard water but this had a water softener and the water was great. The pool was warm, although we were only home at night so sometimes it was too cold outside. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for having the basics for us to use !
