Marmara Deluxe Hotel

Konzept Idee gut Tapeten fallen ab WC und Dusche Wasser läuft aus TV Programm zu schwach Frühstück Qualität nicht so gut Einrichtung Ausreichend Mangelhaft und Schmutzig! Werde dieses Hotel nie wieder besuchen wollen. Seinen Namen ist er nicht Wert. Leider!

Leider sehr dreckig gewesen

Pro- The man when I arrived early in the morning found a room for me and let me have early check in Cons- The room is not clean. Wallpaper coming off the walls, stains and pen marks on the walls, the phone beside the bed had dirt all round the buttons, every towel I got was ripped and had a hole and there was a stain on the bed I didn’t notice until I went to check out (luckily I didn’t sleep on that side of the bed)

Room was very clean and nice. Bathroom faucets were a little on the old side and the hot water/cold water was not really consistent. Breakfast was adequate.

El hotel esta muy bien situado pero ha tenido tiempos mejores. La habitacion es amplia pero antigua,el baño grande pero el tiempo no ha pasado en balde y necesitaria mas luz. En el hotel asi como en todo el pais se fuma en interiores, asi que es normal que olor a tabaco este por todos lados y en las habitaciones, es un problema. El desayuno espartano y simple,pero cumple. El personal muy amable .

Vorig jaar geweest, toen was alles wel oke.. Door corona had je niet echt uitgebreid ontbijt maar voor de rest niets om op aan te merken. Afgelopen week nogmaals geweest was er totaal niet blij mee. Balkondeur was stuk waardoor er veel kou naar binnen kwam. Eerste keer aangegeven is er niets mee gedaan. Bij de tweede keer kwam personeel kijken en heeft er wat van proberen te maken door tochtstrips te plakken. Kamer was vies!! Veel stof overal en smerig onder de bedden. Er lagen nog flessen onder het bed van de vorige bezoekers. Bedden worden niet genoeg verschoond naar mijn gevoel. Het bed wordt alleen recht getrokken en thats it. We hebben paar keer zelf om handdoeken en toiletpapier moeten vragen omdat het niet werd aangevuld. Ontbijt is er niet op vooruit gegaan.. veel keus heb je niet en heel smakelijk ziet het er niet uit. We sliepen tegenover de ontbijtzaal en heel de kamer rook naar het ‘eten’. Telkens wakker geworden door mensen die in en uit lopen. Kamer was te klein voor 4 personen. Personeel zelf was wel aardig niet op aan te merken! Ik zou het niet voor de derde keer doen. Heel jammer want ik was er wel echt blij mee en staat heel centraal.

Kamer waar we verbleven was super schoon, ontbijt was klein opgezet, maar alles was gezond, lekker en vers. Persoonlijk was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie was direct aan de levendige straat met winkels en eettentjes

In Punkto Sauberkeit ist es Mega.. Aber die Zimmer sind extrem klein.

Odada su yoktu ki tüm otellerde su ikram olur. Buzdolabında eski misafirin yiyecekleri vardı. Perde yırtık tı. Banyo ve tuvalet cok düzensizdi

O quarto era confortável e o "mini haman" no banheiro era uma característica super legal. A localização é muito proxima de tran, metro e Harvaist.

This hotel has the best staff, they are extremely friendly and accommodating and they honestly made our stay so much better. The hotel itself is pretty old, it is a bit run down with tape holding up parts of the wall and ceilings. With that said, the hotel itself is cleaned very well so the aesthetics of the hotel are not as disappointing, but still very visible. There’s unfortunately no hot water during the daytime and sometimes when we would turn on the facet, the water would come out black or orange before changing back to clear in about 20 seconds. The walls of the hotel rooms seem to be paper thin, there is almost no audio privacy once you’re in your room and you definitely can hear everything going on outside your four walls. There is also a hotel cat that lives in the lobby. It’s always walking around the lobby area or in its play area but if you’re allergic to cats, this is definitely not the place for you. The breakfast spread was very nice with lots of options in the morning and plenty of coffee and tea. The hotel is in one of the best locations in terms of walkability, it’s near all the gems of the city and very close to some of the best restaurants.

Die Wasserhahn waren mit Kalk. Das gesamte Zimmer eine Katastrophe, die Türen waren kaputt!!!

The staff very friendly and the location is great!! but the hotel conditions are not aceptable, no hot water , room electronic key doesn’t work, a lot of noise from other rooms

Das Zimmer war etwas niedrig von der Deckenhöhe. Da fühlte ich mich schon eingeengt. Das Fenster schaute auf einen klitze kleinen Innenhof, wo die Klimaanlage laut rumorte. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Badezimmer war schön im ottomanischem Stil. Frühstück war echt gut.

Le personnel à l’accueil, le personnel du petit déjeuner et le personnel d’entretien sont très aimables. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Oteldeki resepsiyon gorevlileri gayet guler yuzlu yardimsever ve hos insanlardi. Kahvalti sirasinda calisanlar biraz sert duruşlarını hissettim. Kahvaltiyi saati gelmeden kaldirmaya calistilar. Kahvalti normaldi. Otelin konumu cok iyi. Tesekkur ederiz.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Arrêt de tram 1 Sirkici. pas loin des monuments Aya Sophia, Topkapi on peux faire du shoping pas loin, se restaurer dans le coin. l'Emplacement est parfait.

Amazing location and VERY friendly stuff! Close to the hotel there are subway, train, a lot of sightseeing, Bosphor bay, Bazaar. Across the street there is the nice cafe, with loyal prices and tasty food. You save your time and money. The stuff is open to help in all your questions and concerns. If you book transferee from hotel, you may relax and do not care about luggage or road. And the silence in the hotel is very good, we stayed 6 days and did not hear neighbours. And also you get the traditional breakfast in the morning. Great cost for great service!

Location very convenient for many attractions like Blue Mosque, Spice Market, Ferries and Trams.

It’s nice,not big time comfortable or fancy,but it’s nice.Brakefast was delicious,but everyday the same.Nothing special.
