Grosse déception sur l ensemble du sejour. Impossible de manger au restaurant de l hotel les 2 soirées de notre séjour, l un fermé (nous le savions) et l autre complet. La salade césar à 27euros au bar très médiocre. Aucun charme pour un hotel 5 étoiles et déco cheap comme la photo pixelisée sur les ascenceurs pour une ambiance "chateau". La piscine avec des serviettes partout sur les fauteuils (pourquoi des fauteuils dans la piscine?). A 350 euros la nuit très tŕès décevant.

We absolutely loved our stay , a lovely walkable little town with a stunning castle , we came after Paris for a little down time . The staff went above and beyond in every way to make us feel welcome , especially as Americans . Special shoutout to Ramy the concierge , and Eduard the fabulous sommelier. We so enjoyed our delicious dinner in the brasserie the first night , we decided to splurge and sit at the chefs table at the gastronomy restaurant the 2nd night for a 7 course tasting menu and it was an evening we will never forget! Incredible food and wine . We also enjoyed the quiet and spacious room , the pool and the buffet breakfast . A terrific stay !! Highly recommended!

After four days in Paris it was dreamy to take a quick 25 min train ride to Chantilly and stay here. My fiance and I got engaged the night before we stayed here & it was so special to celebrate it here. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. Not recommending this hotel as service was disappointing and the room was ok - particularly considering the price / brand. My main issue is that I asked the desk to call me a taxi for the airport but instead they booked me the hotel car. They never informed me of this and they never provided a rate (not even on my final bill) and only found out about this when they charged my credit card after I left. Had I known this was a hotel car / been a told of the rate at any point I would never have taken the car (it’s an appalling 195 euros for a 30 minute ride vs a taxi which is 70). When I finally got a hold of someone at the hotel and they explained the charge (3 days after check out), they acknowledged that this was their error but said since I took the car there was nothing they would do. Perhaps an ok respond or a 2-star hotel but pretty poor service for a ‘5*’. Additionally the room stunk of cigarettes.

We came in on a very early flight and were at the Auberge by 8am. Though the rooms were of course not ready, the staff was very accommodating, allowing us to sit for breakfast (which was excellent and high quality). We had dinner in the bistro there the first night and the food was some of the best we had in France during our visit. An excellent hotel to stay at when visiting Chantilly!

Stayed one night. My credit card shows two withdrawals for the one night. I have tried to have the duplicate charge reimbursed to my card. This has been extremely frustrating. I have emailed with proof. Called to follow up on three separate occasions and still no communication from them. Very disappointing and not what I would expect from a Relais and Chateau hotel. The double charge is very frustrating but the lack of response and communication from them is equally disappointing.

Never have I ever been to a hotel with such professional and delightful staff. Every staff member we came across was beyond nice and beyond helpful. By far the nicest hotel I’ve been to. The restaurant was wonderful. The hummus crackers were amazing. Chantilly and Senlis were gorgeous to visit. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back. It was a wonderful place to spend the last 2 nights of our honeymoon. Again, we cannot express how welcoming the staff was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

After four days in Paris it was dreamy to take a quick 25 min train ride to Chantilly and stay here. My fiance and I got engaged the night before we stayed here & it was so special to celebrate it here. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the pool and sauna as well, it was nice how late the pool and sauna were open too (10pm).

Beautiful property right at the Chateau de Chantilly entrance. Comfortable room with great hotel amenities such as pool, gym, and sauna. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staff was kind and accommodating. Gave suggestions for lovely running trails around the city.

An excellent location for visiting the Chateau, the riding stables and the town. All are an easily walkable distance. We ate in both the hotel restaurants and enjoyed our meals and the service immensely. We look forward to returning.

Grosse déception sur l ensemble du sejour. Impossible de manger au restaurant de l hotel les 2 soirées de notre séjour, l un fermé (nous le savions) et l autre complet. La salade césar à 27euros au bar très médiocre. Aucun charme pour un hotel 5 étoiles et déco cheap comme la photo pixelisée sur les ascenceurs pour une ambiance "chateau". La piscine avec des serviettes partout sur les fauteuils (pourquoi des fauteuils dans la piscine?). A 350 euros la nuit très tŕès décevant.

Séjour bien dans l’ensemble ! Point négatif pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre et petit déjeuné un peu mouvementé quand il y a du monde. Le reste rien à dire le personnel est très sympa et bienveillant.

We came in on a very early flight and were at the Auberge by 8am. Though the rooms were of course not ready, the staff was very accommodating, allowing us to sit for breakfast (which was excellent and high quality). We had dinner in the bistro there the first night and the food was some of the best we had in France during our visit. An excellent hotel to stay at when visiting Chantilly!

We absolutely loved our stay , a lovely walkable little town with a stunning castle , we came after Paris for a little down time . The staff went above and beyond in every way to make us feel welcome , especially as Americans . Special shoutout to Ramy the concierge , and Eduard the fabulous sommelier. We so enjoyed our delicious dinner in the brasserie the first night , we decided to splurge and sit at the chefs table at the gastronomy restaurant the 2nd night for a 7 course tasting menu and it was an evening we will never forget! Incredible food and wine . We also enjoyed the quiet and spacious room , the pool and the buffet breakfast . A terrific stay !! Highly recommended!

Fantastiskt vackert och bekvämt hotell med exemplarisk service. Frukosten är underbar, men maten kvällstid är lite märklig och inte särskilt upplyftande. Annars superhärligt hotell.

The fine dining restaurant in the hotel is very poor, we had the prime Rib " Rib of ile beef " and it was the worse dish i have ever seen and tasted, Not recommended at all.

Have stayed in many R&C properties before. This Hotel accommodates large groups in hotel guest spaces so very disruptive to have dinner (smoking proximity to eating area). Hard sell to upgrade at check-in for one night only stay. Bedding dated with cheap lumpy pillows for Relais et Chateau property. Air unsatisfactory . Very disappointing.

Very nice location next to the chateau. The rooms are nice with a nice view. The food was disappointing. My lobster and avocado main course was some sliced lobster that was unseasoned, not even a bit of lemon or butter, on top a large dollop of plain avocado also unseasoned, topped with a bitter concoction of chickpea in an acidic sauce. The dish was bland and bitter at the same time and not enjoyable. Breakfast was also ok, a large buffet but again unseasoned eggs and potatoes - would just a tiny bit of salt hurt? Seems like basic cooking skills you’d expect anywhere, let alone a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately worst food we’ve had the whole trip. Stay for the rooms and location, not the food.

O Hotel é super bem localizado, ao lado do Château Chantilly. Super limpo, cama e roupas de cama maravilhosos. O único detalhe que preciso dizer é quanto a cordialidade da equipe. Nós mesmos levamos nossa bagagem para o quarto, não havia nenhum funcionário disponível no momento. Também não há muita empatia por parte da equipe, mas já não sei se é algo da cultura local. Mas dito isso querem um bom Hotel em Chantilly, esse é o hotel!

O Hotel é super bem localizado, ao lado do Château Chantilly. Super limpo, cama e roupas de cama maravilhosos. O único detalhe que preciso dizer é quanto a cordialidade da equipe. Nós mesmos levamos nossa bagagem para o quarto, não havia nenhum funcionário disponível no momento. Também não há muita empatia por parte da equipe, mas já não sei se é algo da cultura local. Mas dito isso querem um bom Hotel em Chantilly, esse é o hotel!

While the room was clean and the decor was very nice, our first floor room faced a busy intersection that handled big trucks and regular traffic. We wouldn't have noticed the noise but for the fact that it was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. They kindly brought up a fan to circulate the air and cool things, but we had to sleep with windows open. Breakfast was good but we were too tired to appreciate it. We didn't use the spa.

Melhor decisão ter me hospedado neste hotel. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa! Além da decoração impecável, o quarto era extremamente confortável, e toda a equipe foi muito atenciosa, simpática e prestativa durante a estadia. Sem dúvida, me hospedaria aqui novamente e recomendo a experiência.

Melhor decisão ter me hospedado neste hotel. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa! Além da decoração impecável, o quarto era extremamente confortável, e toda a equipe foi muito atenciosa, simpática e prestativa durante a estadia. Sem dúvida, me hospedaria aqui novamente e recomendo a experiência.
