Check-in itself was friendly and efficient. The spa area is very nice and clearly a highlight of the hotel. The bar has a pleasant atmosphere, but the service did not feel professional enough to justify the overall price level of the Hotel. Unfortunately, a lack of basic guest care stood out: I developed a headache and had forgotten my migraine medication (my fault). As there is no pharmacy in the village, I was surprised that the hotel could not provide even a basic painkiller. It took two hours before a single paracetamol tablet was organized.
