Wir hatten die Familiensuite für 6 Erwachsene. Das Zimmer war toll - sehr gross, stilvoll eingerichtet, ruhig, mit 2 Badzimmern. Wünschenswert wäre ein 2. WC gewesen. Zudem war das Schrankbett etwas abschüssig und man konnte sich nicht anlehnen. - Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber leider immer halbleer. Wellnessbereich sehr schön.

Hôtel dans lequel nous séjournons globalement une fois par an. Très beau, neuf, dépaysant, bref idéal pour une virée en amoureux comme pour une semaine au ski. Le spa est sublime et reposant avec sa partie piscine et sa partie sauna/hammam dédiée. De plus le lieu est « dog friendly. Bref honnêtement rien a redire sinon que c’est l’un de nos hôtels préférés avec ma femme.

Der Ort und das Resort ist wunderschön inkl. Spa-Bereich. Das Essen hervorragend, jedoch das Angebot tagsüber auf der Terrasse dürfte grösser sein. Leider hat die vorgängige Reservation des gewünschten Restaurant nicht geklappt, konnte jedoch noch korrigiert werden. Die Bewertungsvorlage führt einen falschen Aufenthaltszeitraum auf!

The location of the hotel is stunning! It was a great place to go relax and be in nature. I definitely felt like it was more of a good 3 star hotel. Not much personality, and the spa, although nice, is just too small for that many people, with no towels!!!! You have to take the one towel per person they give you in the room. Personnel were great and friendly.

Nos hospedamos no Frutt Mountain Resort entre 22 e 24 de junho e tivemos uma experiência absolutamente incrível. Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos recebidos por uma equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Eles cuidaram de cada detalhe, garantindo que nossa estadia fosse perfeita. O resort está localizado em um local maravilhoso, cercado por paisagens de tirar o fôlego. A vista deslumbrante das montanhas e do lago nos proporcionou momentos de paz e contemplação únicos. As instalações do resort são de alto nível. A piscina e o spa são excelentes, oferecendo um espaço perfeito para relaxar e recarregar as energias. Além disso, as opções de café da manhã e refeições especiais foram excepcionais, com uma variedade de pratos deliciosos que agradaram a todos os gostos. Um destaque especial foi a forma como a equipe do resort fez do aniversário da nossa filha um dia inesquecível. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Zimmer sehr gross. Sehr grosses Badezimmer. Aber grosse Dusche mit Vorhang, geht gar nicht!!! Auf dem Zimmer gratis Nespresso und Wasser. Via Durchgang Zugang zum Spa und Pool. Beim Pool nur 8 Liegeflächen. Wie ist es wohl, wenn viele Gäste dort sind. Essen war sehr gut im Tischli, aber mussten lange warten. Chef de Service hat dies jedoch super gelöst... Hotel können wir sehr empfehlen, aber meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Morgenbuffet übrigens auch sehr gut!

Les deux jours passés au Frutt Resort furent synonymes de bien-être et de bons moments en famille. Le personnel est très compétent, les infrastructures sont irréprochables (spa, espaces enfants et restaurants) et le cadre est enchanteur. Ce lieu est idéal si l’on voyage avec de jeunes enfants, tout est prévu pour qu’ils en profitent autant que leurs parents. Nous avons tous hâtes de pouvoir y retourner un jour.
Les deux jours passés au Frutt Resort furent synonymes de bien-être et de bons moments en famille. Le personnel est très compétent, les infrastructures sont irréprochables (spa, espaces enfants et restaurants) et le cadre est enchanteur. Ce lieu est idéal si l’on voyage avec de jeunes enfants, tout est prévu pour qu’ils en profitent autant que leurs parents. Nous avons tous hâtes de pouvoir y retourner un jour.

Ich habe dieses Hotel als Geschenk für meine Freunde gebucht, weil ich bereits 2x dort war und jedesmal so begeistert bin. Für mich mit Abstand das schönste Wellness Hotel in der Schweiz. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Meine Freunde waren auch sehr begeistert und planen schon die nächste Reise.
Ich habe dieses Hotel als Geschenk für meine Freunde gebucht, weil ich bereits 2x dort war und jedesmal so begeistert bin. Für mich mit Abstand das schönste Wellness Hotel in der Schweiz. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Meine Freunde waren auch sehr begeistert und planen schon die nächste Reise.

Absolutely overpriced (which may be expected the night before New Year’s Eve), but in this case the price–performance ratio was simply not convincing. The service with the luggage at the gondola station was very friendly at first; however, we only learned later that this came with additional charges, which was disappointing. Check-in itself was friendly and efficient. The spa area is very nice and clearly a highlight of the hotel. The bar has a pleasant atmosphere, but the service did not feel professional enough to justify the overall price level of the Hotel. Unfortunately, a lack of basic guest care stood out: I developed a headache and had forgotten my migraine medication (my fault). As there is no pharmacy in the village, I was surprised that the hotel could not provide even a basic painkiller. It took two hours before a single paracetamol tablet was organized. Absolutely overpriced (which may be expected the night before New Year’s Eve), but in this case the price–performance ratio was simply not convincing. The service with the luggage at the gondola station was very friendly at first; however, we only learned later that this came with additional charges, which Lunch on the terrace was another disappointment: slow and inattentive service combined with very average food Overall, the experience would benefit from either more realistic pricing or significantly more consistent service quality. Wir hatten die Familiensuite für 6 Erwachsene. Das Zimmer war toll - sehr gross, stilvoll eingerichtet, ruhig, mit 2 Badzimmern. Wünschenswert wäre ein 2. WC gewesen. Zudem war das Schrankbett etwas abschüssig und man konnte sich nicht anlehnen. - Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber leider immer halbleer. Wellnessbereich sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Zimmer sehr gross. Sehr grosses Badezimmer. Aber grosse Dusche mit Vorhang, geht gar nicht!!! Auf dem Zimmer gratis Nespresso und Wasser. Via Durchgang Zugang zum Spa und Pool. Beim Pool nur 8 Liegeflächen. Wie ist es wohl, wenn viele Gäste dort sind. Essen war sehr gut im Tischli, aber mussten lange warten. Chef de Service hat dies jedoch super gelöst... Hotel können wir sehr empfehlen, aber meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Morgenbuffet übrigens auch sehr gut!

Nos hospedamos no Frutt Mountain Resort entre 22 e 24 de junho e tivemos uma experiência absolutamente incrível. Beim Check in 12.15 Uhr war Herr Lukas alleine. Er hat einem Paar vor uns ein perfektes Check in gemacht. Wir mussten deshalb 15 Minuten gelangweilt an der Rezeption warten. Es wurde niemand dazu gerufen.Für ein solches Haus nicht akzeptierbar. Sollte doch der Urlaub sofort entspannt beginnen. Extra einen Rotwein am Mittag mit dem Wunsch vorher am Tisch zu öffnen bestellt. Leider vergessen gegangen. (Ch. Chasse Spleen 2019). Für die Preisklasse der Zimmer eine sehr entäuschende Champagner -& Weinkarte. Essen und Ambiente sehr schön

Absolutely overpriced (which may be expected the night before New Year’s Eve), but in this case the price–performance ratio was simply not convincing. The service with the luggage at the gondola station was very friendly at first; however, we only learned later that this came with additional charges, which was disappointing. Check-in itself was friendly and efficient. The spa area is very nice and clearly a highlight of the hotel. The bar has a pleasant atmosphere, but the service did not feel professional enough to justify the overall price level of the Hotel. Unfortunately, a lack of basic guest care stood out: I developed a headache and had forgotten my migraine medication (my fault). As there is no pharmacy in the village, I was surprised that the hotel could not provide even a basic painkiller. It took two hours before a single paracetamol tablet was organized. Absolutely overpriced (which may be expected the night before New Year’s Eve), but in this case the price–performance ratio was simply not convincing. The location of the hotel is stunning! It was a great place to go relax and be in nature. I definitely felt like it was more of a good 3 star hotel. Not much personality, and the spa, although nice, is just too small for that many people, with no towels!!!! You have to take the one towel per person they give you in the room. Personnel were great and friendly.

Der Ort und das Resort ist wunderschön inkl. Spa-Bereich. Das Essen hervorragend, jedoch das Angebot tagsüber auf der Terrasse dürfte grösser sein. Leider hat die vorgängige Reservation des gewünschten Restaurant nicht geklappt, konnte jedoch noch korrigiert werden. Die Bewertungsvorlage führt einen falschen Aufenthaltszeitraum auf!

Nos hospedamos no Frutt Mountain Resort entre 22 e 24 de junho e tivemos uma experiência absolutamente incrível. Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos recebidos por uma equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Eles cuidaram de cada detalhe, garantindo que nossa estadia fosse perfeita. O resort está localizado em um local maravilhoso, cercado por paisagens de tirar o fôlego. A vista deslumbrante das montanhas e do lago nos proporcionou momentos de paz e contemplação únicos. As instalações do resort são de alto nível. A piscina e o spa são excelentes, oferecendo um espaço perfeito para relaxar e recarregar as energias. Além disso, as opções de café da manhã e refeições especiais foram excepcionais, com uma variedade de pratos deliciosos que agradaram a todos os gostos. Um destaque especial foi a forma como a equipe do resort fez do aniversário da nossa filha um dia inesquecível. Eles organizaram uma celebração especial, tornando a ocasião ainda mais mágica e memorável. Recomendamos fortemente o Frutt Mountain Resort para quem busca uma experiência de luxo em meio à natureza, com um serviço impecável e uma atenção aos detalhes que faz toda a diferença. Bei unserem Aufenthalt in Melchsee-Frutt hat alles gepasst. Das Zimmer war top, das Nachtessen sehr gut und das Frühstück nicht zu überbieten. Das Personal kümmerte sich äusserst freundlich um uns und bot uns damit eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir können das Frutt Mountain Resort weiter empfehlen.

Beim Check in 12.15 Uhr war Herr Lukas alleine. Er hat einem Paar vor uns ein perfektes Check in gemacht. Wir mussten deshalb 15 Minuten gelangweilt an der Rezeption warten. Es wurde niemand dazu gerufen.Für ein solches Haus nicht akzeptierbar. Sollte doch der Urlaub sofort entspannt beginnen. Extra einen Rotwein am Mittag mit dem Wunsch vorher am Tisch zu öffnen bestellt. Leider vergessen gegangen. (Ch. Chasse Spleen 2019). Für die Preisklasse der Zimmer eine sehr entäuschende Champagner -& Weinkarte. Essen und Ambiente sehr schön

Absolutely overpriced (which may be expected the night before New Year’s Eve), but in this case the price–performance ratio was simply not convincing. The service with the luggage at the gondola station was very friendly at first; however, we only learned later that this came with additional charges, which was disappointing. Check-in itself was friendly and efficient. The spa area is very nice and clearly a highlight of the hotel. The bar has a pleasant atmosphere, but the service did not feel professional enough to justify the overall price level of the Hotel. Unfortunately, a lack of basic guest care stood out: I developed a headache and had forgotten my migraine medication (my fault). As there is no pharmacy in the village, I was surprised that the hotel could not provide even a basic painkiller. It took two hours before a single paracetamol tablet was organized. Absolutely overpriced (which may be expected the night before New Year’s Eve), but in this case the price–performance ratio was simply not convincing. Sehr saubere Zimmer und wunderschöne Aussicht. Hilfsbereites Personal. Gute kinderfreundliche Wanderwege und schöner Spielplatz. Buffet für Kinder im Hotel Lago könnte optimiert und etwas individueller/frischer gestaltet werden. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Highly recommend - unbelievable location and scenery. Staff incredibly attentive - so accommodating for travelling with a baby, our room was set up perfectly with a nappy bin / changing mat / teddy etc. Can’t wait to come back thank you for an amazing stay!

We spent a week here for our anniversary and the setting is hard to beat. The resort is spotless, the lake and mountain views are postcard-perfect, and the staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. If you want quiet, clean air, and scenery, this delivers. The tradeoff is isolation. Getting anywhere else in Switzerland means long drives on winding mountain roads, and the access road is single-lane with scheduled up/down windows, so you can’t come and go on a whim. Dining options on the mountain are limited and served at set times, which takes some planning if you have kids or a different eating schedule. Go in expecting a self-contained mountain retreat rather than a base for exploring the region, and you’ll love it. We did.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant war mittelmässig und wir haben erst nach der Ankunft gemerkt, dass wir im Kinderteil des Hotels gelandet sind (Lago). Man muss das Auto 500m weg parken und dann laufen (Gepäck ausladen ist möglich). Der Kissenservice ist gut, die Betten sind etwas hart.
