The staff (especially Niroth, Thievy and Thiery are especially friendly and helpful. They are so kind and attentive. I have stayed here before: this is such a great place and the pool is so beautiful especially in the evening.

I have never stayed in such a remarkable hotel in my lifetime. As my first time visiting Cambodia, I must say , I was apprehensive at first. However, this hotel and the staff had made me feel very comfortable. It is a beautiful hotel, with extra services including Spa,Gym and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the rooms are very large and spacious with daily cleaning services towards the room. All staff within this hotel have always been very respectful, kind, friendly and welcoming towards not only the guests but also towards others within the building. Manager Judy who has been an absolute delight, guided us through the hotel with a warm smile. She has been an excellent manager , constantly checking up on me and my family. I am very thankful to have met such amazing people within this wonderful hotel. Thank you so much Manager Judy and staff for the wonderful service you have provided and I will 100% recommend this exceptional hotel to anyone reading this as of now . Standard Zimmer mit Aussicht auf eine Wand, Frühstück sehr gut,ruhig, Essen im Restaurant ist auch gut, leider sind Massagen etwas teuer, über 15€ in der Stadt 5€, Zuwenig Pool Liegen,wenn man nachmittags kommt ist alles belegt

Really great two night stay here while visiting Angkor Wat. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool, massage spa, and breakfast. The family suite was perfect for our family of three. The hotel is situated a short tuk tuk ride ($2 each way) from Old Town and the night market; we enjoyed a quieter stay in this area and found plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (Made in Cambodia market was an easy walk and very pleasant trip). The hotel staff also offered takeaway breakfast for us on a day with an early trip planned! Top tier service—highly recommend!

Godt hotel med utmerket personale som yter service i alle avdelinger. Utmerket frokost med bufe og meny, bredt utvalg. Bar med internationale drinker. SPA og basseng ble prøvd, meget bra massage. Det er noe slitasje på bygget, men kosmetisk. Ligger sentralt til med noen minutter ti gamlebyen med restauranter, Cambodsja har dårlig øl.

家族4人で1部屋に宿泊しました。施設は古い部分もありますが、清潔です。 ベッドの他にスイングベッドがあり子供も喜んでいました。 朝ごはんの種類も多く、プールも広くよかったです。 周りの施設は隣のモールが閉店していたのが残念でしたが、おしゃれなカフェもあり特に困ることはありませんでした。

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff is genuinely courteous and ready to help with any queries. Very convenient location for sightseeing & night life. The breakfast is good with variety of local & western options. Only improvement item is that the room & facilities are dated & dirt on the furniture. Many options around the area in similar price range. Overall great stay & value for money.

全体的に設備が古いですが、その分お手頃価格になっているのだと思いました。全体的には掃除はしてあり、清潔に保たれていると思います。 ただ、お部屋の冷蔵庫の中に前のゲストの古いカフェが置きっぱなしでした。そのため清潔さの評価は厳しめになっています。清掃の際には冷蔵庫の中もチェックした方がいいと思います。また冷蔵庫は水漏れが酷かったです。 朝食は必要最低限ですが美味しかったです。 ホテルステイを楽しむためでなければ、場所も便利でお手頃なのでおすすめです。

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The pool was very clean, perfect temperature, and surrounded by quiet green courtyard. The buffet breakfast offered a wide assortment of tasty food. The room was everything we needed for our stay. Our shower drain didn't work too well, but that was just a minor issue. Would recommend this hotel!

Early check in が出来て、助かりました。 テレビの電源が入らず、スタッフにお願いしてつけてもらいましたが、見られた番組は、中国のチャンネルひとつだけでした。 テレビのコントローラーが使えないので、消す時はコンセントを抜きました。 2020年1月に泊まった時は、朝食でエッグベネディクトを食べる事が出来ましたが、コロナ以降変わり、ライブで作ってくれるのはオムレツ、目玉焼きです。 となりのラッキーモールは閉店しました。すぐ買い物に行けるので便利でしたが、残念です。 エクスペディアの優待は、交渉しないともらえません。 日本語を話せるスタッフは居ないので、カタコトの英語でも、交渉しましょう！

My sister and I had a suite with twin beds. The beds were hard but very comfortable. Linen was top rate. Bathroom was dark and living area bright. Nice. The room was spacious and had table & chairs, 2 sitting chairs and a fabulous swing lounge. Pool was big and very well maintained. Water was hot due to many days in the high 30s. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods. Nice coffee machine too. Hotel close to many of Siem Reap attractions - easy walking or tuk-tuk to markets and Pub Street. We found a fabulous local restaurant which became our go to with all Cambodian food- Try Me. Was a treasured find

The service here was excellent. This is a great place to stay. Many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and always a tuk-tuk out front to take you wherever you want to go. The front desk staff was exceptionally skilled at problem solving. They all four helped me out so much! And always they are polite. Hotel had a great pool and spa. My room was huge and had a bathtub. I'd definitely stay here again.

this hotel is clean and its staffs are so nice. VIP coupons are easy to use and you can get a special experience in diner and massage. However, an air conditioner has broken up in my room. although the hotel sraff came and repaired it, it was wrong again. the hotel site is almost center of siem reap city. you can easly access its night markets or sightseeing sites.

For the price, we got decent value for our stay. But a few things to note: There is a major restoration being done on the hotel exterior, so it is very noisy during the day and messy on the street around the hotel. The room itself needs updating. The decor and furniture are very dated, the chairs felt like they might fall apart and the night table was falling apart. We also had some kind of animal in our room as snacks we brought were eaten. Positives - the staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, location is convenient. I feel like the hotel will be excellent once the renovations are done, but for now, I’d recommend looking at other options.

Sarada at the front desk is a treasure! She and her team took care of everything we asked for and her recommendations for excursions and sights to see were perfect for us. The hotel is very clean in a good location, the bed comfortable, the pool area has just the right amount of shade and sun. And the breakfast is divine! Good value and a wonderful stay all the way around. THANK YOU!

I have never stayed in such a remarkable hotel in my lifetime. As my first time visiting Cambodia, I must say , I was apprehensive at first. However, this hotel and the staff had made me feel very comfortable. It is a beautiful hotel, with extra services including Spa,Gym and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the rooms are very large and spacious with daily cleaning services towards the room. All staff within this hotel have always been very respectful, kind, friendly and welcoming towards not only the guests but also towards others within the building. Manager Judy who has been an absolute delight, guided us through the hotel with a warm smile. She has been an excellent manager , constantly checking up on me and my family. I am very thankful to have met such amazing people within this wonderful hotel. Thank you so much Manager Judy and staff for the wonderful service you have provided and I will 100% recommend this exceptional hotel to anyone reading this as of now . We had a fantastic stay here and much of that was down to Kimsinh at reception who checked us in and looked after us throughout our 4 night stay. He was a font of local information that saved us time and effort while maximising our stay in Siem Reap. The room was very spacious, pool was great, massage perfect and food excellent (breakfast and dinner). Would definitely recommend a stay here and you will be fortunate if you have Kimsinh looking after you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful for our entire visit. They assisted us with anything we needed, transfers, activities, etc. One of the staff even kept in close contact with our son through WhatsApp for our entire stay to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Everything is very clean, very comfortable beds, the pool is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of options. Very nice grocery store was close by along with a local laundry service that we used. A great location with many restaurants nearby. Tuk-tuks were always waiting right outside the hotel to take us anywhere in the city we wanted to go. We highly recommend the is hotel. Very reasonably priced. The service here was excellent. This is a great place to stay. Many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and always a tuk-tuk out front to take you wherever you want to go. The front desk staff was exceptionally skilled at problem solving. They all four helped me out so much! And always they are polite. Hotel had a great pool and spa. My room was huge and had a bathtub. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed in Cambodia for 5 days in a junior suite. What a beautiful hotel, and also beautiful people. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The food in the attached Meady restaurant is fabulous, and breakfast in the hotel is fantastic. If you want to stay that’s central to everything this is the place for you. The poolside is an oasis in the middle of a very busy street. Pub street and the night market is 10-15min walk. But no point walking in that heat when there’s tuktuks outside the door. If I had to make 1 suggestion to improve this hotel I’d say put more clothes hangers in the wardrobe.
