Great accomodations. We rented the premium cabin and it had everything you needed, dishes, pots and pans with an ample cubbard to hold groceries. Very clean and the common grounds are keep up very well. WiFi was pretty slow if you absolutely need it though. Short 5 min walk down to the beach, 20 min walk to town area with resuramts and grocery store. 8 min drive to Roy's peak for a hike. Absolutely loved staying here, comfortable bed too.

We stayed in a cabin for a couple of nights. It was ideal for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children). The kitchen was great. Good cooking facilities and a comfy dining area. The showers were good. Such a handy location to town and the lake front. Would definitely go back to stay another time.

We stayed 1 night with 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was tiny and parking was not possible in front of the room, as apparently there are more rooms than the available parking space. The kitchen was over crowded most of the meal times, and all utensils were not enough (but one can borrow from the office at extra charge). The shared toilet & bathroom was ok. We didn't get time to explore the surrounding, but we liked that it's walkable distance to the lake. There are some kids playground in the park and near the lake, which is great for families with small kids. We won't hesitate to stay again if we come back to Wanaka.

The location was great, accomodation was not as advertised very very small cabin with no ability to air the room unless you left the door open at night. Wifi did not work at all so again poor description of facilities. I’ve stayed in better holiday camps!

It was such a terrible experience. The conditions were poor. The staff was really rude. They double charged me and shouted at me when I requested refund. It took a month to get it sorted and they never apologized. Due to currency conversion I lost $20 in the end and they were just so unapologetic

Loved it! Easy walking distance to the lake and heaps of cafes. We stayed in the budget 2 bedroom self contained cottage and although old it was the perfect choice for us and excellent value for money. I thought we would be really cold but there were heaps of blankets and more than enough heaters to go round. Great spot to set yourself up in for access to Cardrona and the Snow Farm. Hot water and pressure were great. Only thing I didn’t love was that there was no drop box for the room key as we departed early. I didn’t feel right leaving it in an unlocked box that could easily be opened by the next person and I didn’t have a code handy for the safe box. It was a little stressful figuring out what to do when we were in a hurry to leave for a full day on the slopes. I ended up giving the key to the guy in the office next to reception. Overall would recommend and stay again!

We stayed in the budget 2 bedroom self contained cottage and although old it was the perfect choice for us and excellent value for money. I thought we would be really cold but there were heaps of blankets and more than enough heaters to go round. Great spot to set yourself up in for access to Cardrona and the Snow Farm. Hot water and pressure were great. Only thing I didn’t love was that there was no drop box for the room key as we departed early. I didn’t feel right leaving it in an unlocked box that could easily be opened by the next person and I didn’t have a code handy for the safe box. It was a little stressful figuring out what to do when we were in a hurry to leave for a full day on the slopes. I ended up giving the key to the guy in the office next to reception. Overall would recommend and stay again!

The view is spectacular from your door. The location is great very near to the Wanaka tree and the water. Beautiful walks and close to shops and restaurants.our unit was large and well equipped. Very clean too. Checkin was very efficient and quick,

We stayed in a cabin for a couple of nights. It was ideal for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children). The kitchen was great. Good cooking facilities and a comfy dining area. The showers were good. Such a handy location to town and the lake front. Would definitely go back to stay another time.

O quarto era pequeno mas quentinho. O banheiro externo era problemático de ir quando estava frio, mas já sabíamos que seria assim, não foi uma supresa para nós e estava bem limpinho. A equipe de funcionários foi super prestativa quando precisamos.

Room is smaller than expected, certainly not looking like the pictures advertised. Fridge did not work! It’s ok for one night. Having said all this if you are staying in camper / motorhome then it’s a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, place is clean.

The room was fine. As in most places on the South Island during winter, it's hard/impossible to get the room temperature to a comfortable level. That being said, I would probably stay there again.

Excellent Stay with Unbeatable Views! We had an absolutely wonderful time here. Everything about the park was excellent, from the warm and professional staff to the incredibly well-maintained facilities. The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk into town and right next to the springs.
