I had a wonderful stay st Villa Elisa. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a quiet area, next to a park, just 15 min walking distance from Plaza de Armas. It is ideal. Also, the place is very nice and well kept by their owners and a very friendly staff. There's a garden with plenty of flowers, humming birds, a fountain and a jacuzzi. Jean-Louis is a wonderful host. He gave me all sorts of tips for my trip around Colca and Cotahuasi. He's very knowledgeable about the whole area!

Absolute hidden gem. A true Boutique Hotel. The breakfast is fabulous, the garden beautiful. It’s quiet. Owner lives on site and is a great resource. Conveniently located , only a 10 min safe walk to the Plaza de Armas. We highly recommend Villa Elisa.

This place is so good, we left for a 3 hour drive to our next destination, and didn’t like it - so we came back the same day! Comfortable rooms, excellent food, nice garden and jacuzzi, and it’s about a 15 minute walk from the old city centre.

Beautiful villa with lovely garden full of flowers and hummingbirds and with jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. It is a bit of the main square but it’s well worth the walk.

The staff and owner Jean Louis were very engaging, thoughtful and accommodating. The garden grounds were serene with humming and other birds flitting about. We took advantage of the hot jacuzzi tub that overlooked the grounds. Perfect after a full day at Colca Canyon. Walking distance to plaza de Armas and all the highlights! The on-site chef did not disappoint, we enjoyed everything experienced, especially the chicken courses. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend this peaceful boutique hotel at the edge of everything Arequipa. Angie and Craig

Hotel is very Very quiet. The best are the staff. They are exceptional helpful and frindly. Yes they all speak English.

A really beautiful property. The rooms are well accommodated, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is amazingly helpful. They arranged my COVID testing onsite to facilitate my return to the US, which was very helpful since I don’t speak the language and wasn’t sure how or where to get the testing. With COVID, they don’t allow meals at the restaurant, but provide full room service for all meals and the food is excellent. I’m really grateful I chose to stay here at the end of my trip. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay st Villa Elisa. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a quiet area, next to a park, just 15 min walking distance from Plaza de Armas. It is ideal. Also, the place is very nice and well kept by their owners and a very friendly staff. There's a garden with plenty of flowers, humming birds, a fountain and a jacuzzi. Jean-Louis is a wonderful host. He gave me all sorts of tips for my trip around Colca and Cotahuasi. He's very knowledgeable about the whole area!

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was really comfortable and had a nice deck. I was able to walk to all the tourist spots easily, and there is a nice park nearby.

This place is so good, we left for a 3 hour drive to our next destination, and didn’t like it - so we came back the same day! Comfortable rooms, excellent food, nice garden and jacuzzi, and it’s about a 15 minute walk from the old city centre.

The staff and owner Jean Louis were very engaging, thoughtful and accommodating. The garden grounds were serene with humming and other birds flitting about. We took advantage of the hot jacuzzi tub that overlooked the grounds. Perfect after a full day at Colca Canyon. Walking distance to plaza de Armas and all the highlights! The on-site chef did not disappoint, we enjoyed everything experienced, especially the chicken courses. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend this peaceful boutique hotel at the edge of everything Arequipa. Angie and Craig

The hotel is beautiful! It's like a garden in the courtyard. Love the breakfast. Handcraft coffee, order to make omelet and tropical fruit are exceptional for the price of the hotel. Visité con mi familia en invierno, la propiedad es bonita, sin embargo la atención es deficiente, se puede ver que priorizan los recursos sobre la buena atención del cliente, el cuarto no tiene calefacción (pasas frío en la noche en invierno), el desayuno es pobre, atención lenta y falta capacitación del personal.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était agréable. Le petit déjeuner était bon et nous avons aussi apprécié notre repas au restaurant un soir. L'hôtel est bien situé : il est dans un endroit très calme ( aucun bruit la nuit ) et on peut aisément marcher jusqu'au centre ville, en toute sécurité. Nous avons également apprécié les conversations en français avec le propriétaire. Ce fut une très jolie halte dans notre voyage au Pérou.

A wonderful, intimate hotel. This hotel feels cozy without feeling outdated. All the amenities were great. The shower had very hot water (a rare thing in Peru). A short 15 walk from the Plaza de Armas. The staff and owner of the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. The garden was so peaceful and calming. I stayed with my family of four and we wished we could stay longer to fully see all of Arequipa. You will not regret staying here. Loved it. 10/10
