The home is impeccable and incredibly welcoming from the furnishings to the amenities. It was spotless! The screened in lanai allowed us to basically live in the outdoors in the heated pool and enjoy Florida at its best. The property owners were so responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this beautiful home for your next family trip.

Fantastic house! Good location in quiet neighborhood, very clean, and very well appointed, with everything you need to enjoy a week in Florida! The pool could have been a little warmer as the nights were cool but we didn't let that stop us from having a great time! Definitely a great place to stay.

The home was beautiful and spacious. Beautifully decorated and well furnished to fit every need. It was easily accessible and the location close to everything needed. The only thing I was disappointed in, the pool needed cleaning and was not heated. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

The property is just as it appears in the photos, it’s in a very nice quiet neighborhood, the house is gorgeous and also the pool area is beautiful. They provide absolutely everything that you need from bikes to beach towels . We will be definitely staying again .

We had a fabulous time. This house has all the amenities that you could want. Very Clean. Beds are comfortable. They have beach items for you to utilize which was awesome. Pool was very relaxing. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely book this VRBO again!!! Highly recommend!! Thank you for a wonder& inviting place.

Had a wonderful stay here. New house being constructed behind the house, and other house is close, but neither bothered us. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Comfortable well appointed house, lanai and pool are great. All basic supplies are available. We would stay here again. Short drive to Boca Grande beach, had a great day at Venice beach too. Might not be the right place for a group looking for a lot of activities close by, but perfect for a group looking to kick back and relax. We loved it. Thank you for sharing!

This listing was accurate. Very clean and good communication with owner. Our family of five enjoyed the space, full kitchen, and garage full of ocean ready items. Unfortunately our trip got cut two days short because of Hurricane Helene, but we enjoyed the few days we did. It’s in a residential area and quiet. We had no issues or concerns.

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed for three nights while attending our niece’s wedding at the Boca Grande Club 15 minutes away. It was a great value option versus staying on island. The three bedroom, two bathroom house had everything we needed. (Originally our 21 year old son was supposed to join us so it would have been perfect). I found time once to swim in the wonderful screened pool. The house was very clean. The only drawback was the AC was set to 75 and we are used to 70-72 degrees so we didn’t sleep as well and in retrospect would have paid more to be able to adjust temperature down. (I wish we had contacted owner after first night) We didn’t find stores or restaurants close to the house but the house is convenient to beaches 15-20 minutes away. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again when visiting relatives.

From an easy check in until our check out our stay was wonderful. The residence was so well equipped we needed nothing. The entire home was spotless as was the pool area. Very clean, comfortable, family friendly home. Exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was a hit. The host family responded quickly to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable vacation for our family of five, including two teenagers and a college student. The kitchen was well-stocked for meal preparation, and the pool was perfect. The location was ideal, the house was very clean, and there were plenty of beaches within a 15-20 minute drive. The host was terrific! I highly recommend this home!

It was perfect, from the comfortable and lovely furnishings to the practical layout to the wonderful pool and lanai. We loved the outdoor space, so relaxing! Pros: Cute, clean property located in a quiet community close to the beach, nice pool area with lots of room. Cons: The owners will not allow the AC to be set below 75 degrees and with the Florida heat that’s a little too warm for my liking, also I may be a bit picky here but there’s no tv in the master bedroom and the bathroom to the master bedroom doesn’t lock, they need more washcloths, and the cookware needs replacing.

We had a very nice stay over the holidays. This is a great rental house for families. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area; we used the pool many times. The house had everything we needed, and there were no concerns with safety, though being mindful of pool safety. The house had no steps, which was helpful for our multi-generation crew. We did not need to contact the owner/manager during our stay, but he responded quickly when I had questions during the booking process.

My mother loved staying in this home, she was impressed by the cleanliness and the communication from her host. I was very pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the host was when I told him my mother wasn’t great with technology and didn’t use the VRBO app. He communicated directly with her via text to ensure smooth check in/out procedures which made my life so much easier that week. I’m confident she will ask me to book this property again in the future. Thanks for being awesome!

We had a very nice stay over the holidays. This is a great rental house for families. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area; we used the pool many times. The house had everything we needed, and there were no concerns with safety, though being mindful of pool safety. The house had no steps, which was helpful for our multi-generation crew. We did not need to contact the owner/manager during our stay, but he responded quickly when I had questions during the booking process.

Property was exactly as described. My daughter and I spent a long weekend. We were close to beaches and restaurants. The home was well stocked and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. The outdoor pool area was amazing. We hope to return for a longer stay.

Loved the property! The owners were great. It was close to lots of beaches and shopping. Chatted with a couple of the neighbors and they were very nice. Hoping to come back next year!!

Had a wonderful stay here. New house being constructed behind the house, and other house is close, but neither bothered us. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Comfortable well appointed house, lanai and pool are great. All basic supplies are available. We would stay here again. Short drive to Boca Grande beach, had a great day at Venice beach too. Might not be the right place for a group looking for a lot of activities close by, but perfect for a group looking to kick back and relax. We loved it. Thank you for sharing!

This listing was accurate. Very clean and good communication with owner. Our family of five enjoyed the space, full kitchen, and garage full of ocean ready items. Unfortunately our trip got cut two days short because of Hurricane Helene, but we enjoyed the few days we did. It’s in a residential area and quiet. We had no issues or concerns.

The home was very clean. We loved the pool area. The neighborhood was very quiet. Beds are very comfortable. A quick trip to the beach and plenty of shopping areas close. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay.

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed for three nights while attending our niece’s wedding at the Boca Grande Club 15 minutes away. It was a great value option versus staying on island. The three bedroom, two bathroom house had everything we needed. (Originally our 21 year old son was supposed to join us so it would have been perfect). I found time once to swim in the wonderful screened pool. The house was very clean. The only drawback was the AC was set to 75 and we are used to 70-72 degrees so we didn’t sleep as well and in retrospect would have paid more to be able to adjust temperature down. (I wish we had contacted owner after first night) We didn’t find stores or restaurants close to the house but the house is convenient to beaches 15-20 minutes away. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again when visiting relatives.

The kitchen was well-stocked for meal preparation, and the pool was perfect. The location was ideal, the house was very clean, and there were plenty of beaches within a 15-20 minute drive. Everything was great, for the most part. The house was well equipped and the beds/ bathrooms were like being at your own home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped with towels, soap/shampoo. The bedrooms had ceiling fans and were nice and cool for sleeping. No complaints with the bedrooms or bathroom.(nicely furnished). The living room was comfortable and the TV worked great with all the internet services. The dining room had a nice long table for dining. The kitchen sink and countertop were fine. The fridge worked work well. As far as the stove goes I own the exact store except it's probable 2 models newer. That being said the burners seem to be off. I'm not sure if it's the knobs or the elements either way they really don't work correctly. The cook top is really scratched up but I'm sure that comes with rentals. The oven needs to have the steam cleaned feature used or the self clean feature used. I believe they were on this Model. The area around the pool was great TV, chairs and table. The pool was the perfect temp for us however the bugs (no-see-ums) were everywhere in the pool. No getting rid of them, and we tried! This may be typical for Florida.However it did not keep us from getting in most days. We want me to mention that the grill grates were so rusty and need to be replaced. We were unable to use the grill. All in all we had a great time and even with a few issues you will not be disappointed. Hopefully they will address these issues
