Vänta på hissen det va den värsta halva resan gick på väntan eftersom vi bodde längst upp så vi va tvungen..annas det va ok

Klima im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, konnten ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Waren sehr unfreundlich als wir die darauf angesprochen haben. Essen war auch nicht genießbar. Alles in allem nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Food was ok, not impressive, drinks are bad, you have to take taxi every time when going to town. Long lines at the restaurant, limited quantity of coffee cups, knifes and forks.

Overall it’s a good 4 star Hotel, but not 5 star

We had 3 rooms, none was available when we arrived. We were placed into very poor condition rooms at NoxInn club half a mile away. This was my first time in Turkey and I was shocked by the "club" rooms condition. The hotel promised to issue a refund for 1 night when Expedia contact them. Expedia is saying they cannot get a response from the hotel and cannot give the refund. Additionally, there was some stinky sewage leaking just 100 m from the main beach (from the diving center to the sea). Terribly slow elevators. No ATM, no tour guide services. Fresh beach towels were not available at least one day
