Villa Ameera Malindi

First of all the place is going through renovations and they should not be hosting people due to noise and other inconveniences such as movement of people and building materials. Needs to get off the hotel listings offering accommodation until the renovation is completed. Secondly, the host is remote and can only be accessed through Whassap which is hard sometimes. Never responds to messages as well. He is rude as well when asked tough questions. Not willing to negotiate causing frustrations. The wifi didn't work during the four-day stay. The lady we found cannot offer solutions. When the AC malfunctioned, she said I am not a technician to sort out the problem. which is lack of professionalism. The facility is outdated and does not offer modern beauty offered by other hotels. May be our timing was bad but there was no need of offering an accommodation place during renovation. Most hotels have hot water kettles in the rooms but this one you are to go to their shared kitchen. The stay was horrible and we are glad we left.
