I can see why this place received solid 5s!! This home has EVERYTHING you'll need and the hostess, Sherri, is the best!! The location is great (16 minutes from Red Rocks!) and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and Sherri was nearby and ready to assist if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything (and then some!) including plenty of fresh fruit, snacks and coffee /supplies as were the bathrooms. The backyard was a beautiful flower garden with a deck with a table for 4 with an umbrella:(there are extra chairs). There's a fitness room and a bedroom with a full bath when you enter the home and know that there are carpeted stairs that take you up to the rest of the house. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

We went to the area to go to a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The location of this home was perfect for that. At night, the roads are dark and windy, but the geographic is closeness could not be matched. There are so many places to go on walks and hikes nearby. There are a couple of towns to visit that are also close by and fun to visit. The home itself is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. Having the deck outside the kitchen to sit at in the mornings was lovely and relaxing. We loved watching all the birds and squirrels snack and play in the yard. We even saw a couple of elk close by when we were driving home one night. Sheri was an amazing host!! She provided excellent ongoing to communication and had equipped the kitchen and bathrooms with great forethought. She provided lots of snacks, including fresh fruit and coffee. The house really had everything we needed and wanted. If we ever go back to Red Rocks, we will hope to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Sherri is a fantastic hostess and everything was pleasant and easy from beginning to end. She had the home fully stocked with everything we needed including snacks and all kitchen supplies. It was perfect for our family of 5 (including our adult son and our 2 teens). Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. The house is clean, comfortable, pleasant and smelled great. We loved sitting on the back patio as there is a beautiful garden. The neighborhood and town are quiet and peaceful not to mention scenic. I loved being able to explore Denver and surrounding areas during the day and come back to a quiet, peaceful home in the evening. We did cook several meals and kitchen has all we needed. Loved the scenic town and going on hikes. There are stores close by to get what you need. Red rocks was amazing - definitely a must see and it’s close by. Also be sure to visit Amano coffee shop. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Saw a momma deer and her two babies the first morning we were there. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the humming birds and squirrels. Very well equiped with everything you would need. Would stay again if we go to another Red Rocks concert.

The house was very clean upon arrival and had pretty much everything someone might want or need. Host was extremely helpful in answering questions or assisting with needs. The house had everything from exercise equipment, books, games, fruits/snacks/drinks for guests (haven't seen that before), to even cold mugs already in the freezer. I thought the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but everyone has their own preference. The kitchen had any needed item. The house is located about 20 minutes from Red Rocks amphitheater, and is drive is part of the Lariat Loop scenic byway, which is a nice drive. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay in this Kittredge condo! We came in for a concert at Red Rocks but wanted to be closer to the mountains. We got everything we wanted, the charm of small mountain town restaurants and shops and being about fifteen minutes from Red Rocks. There were 4 of us and we occupied the two bedrooms upstairs. The King size beds were very comfortable and the condo is very quiet, making for a great place to sleep. We enjoyed the living room area and playing board games at the kitchen table. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. One of the best parts of this stay was our hostess. Sherri was accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She has a nice home manual with local recommendations and everything you need to know about the rental. She also left snacks and treats in the house which were small thoughtful touches.

It was spotless, the furniture & accessories were wonderful, the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked, and the kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a freshvfruit bowl and towers of snacks!!! Without a doubt the most comfortable home I've ever rented!! Thank you Sherri for your generous hospitality!!

We were in town for a concert and this property was not only close to the venue, but close to 4 beautiful small towns that kept us busy and well entertained. The house was comfortable and very well maintained and equipped. We would stay there again.

The house was very clean upon arrival and had pretty much everything someone might want or need. Host was extremely helpful in answering questions or assisting with needs. The house had everything from exercise equipment, books, games, fruits/snacks/drinks for guests (haven't seen that before), to even cold mugs already in the freezer. I thought the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but everyone has their own preference. The kitchen had any needed item. The house is located about 20 minutes from Red Rocks amphitheater, and is drive is part of the Lariat Loop scenic byway, which is a nice drive. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay in this Kittredge condo! We came in for a concert at Red Rocks but wanted to be closer to the mountains. We got everything we wanted, the charm of small mountain town restaurants and shops and being about fifteen minutes from Red Rocks. There were 4 of us and we occupied the two bedrooms upstairs. The King size beds were very comfortable and the condo is very quiet, making for a great place to sleep. We enjoyed the living room area and playing board games at the kitchen table. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. One of the best parts of this stay was our hostess. Sherri was accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She has a nice home manual with local recommendations and everything you need to know about the rental. She also left snacks and treats in the house which were small thoughtful touches.

I can see why this place received solid 5s!! This home has EVERYTHING you'll need and the hostess, Sherri, is the best!! The location is great (16 minutes from Red Rocks!) and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and Sherri was nearby and ready to assist if we needed anything. We arrived late in the evening and had the code to get in. Great communication all along. We kept in touch about our arrival time and let her know as soon as we left so she could get in there to clean for the next people. The kitchen was very well stocked. We only made food there for breakfast but had all the cookware, utensils, plates & glasses that we needed. The owner had lots of K-cups ( coffee, tea & hot chocolate) and snacks in an attractive display. There were a couple of drinks cold in the refrigerator ( water, juice) that we did drink and then left some for the next guests.

Came to the area to do some hiking with friends. The location was great as there a lots of places to explore. The house was lovely!! It worked out perfectly for our group, we had everything we needed, and Sherri was in contact to make sure we got settled in. Will definitely come back again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very cozy and stocked with fruit, snacks and candy and drinks and condiments in fridge. Location was perfect. Our host was close by if needed and checked in on us and gave us some good info. We would definitely return !

Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Saw a momma deer and her two babies the first morning we were there. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the humming birds and squirrels. Very well equiped with everything you would need. Would stay again if we go to another Red Rocks concert.

We were in town for a concert and this property was not only close to the venue, but close to 4 beautiful small towns that kept us busy and well entertained. The house was comfortable and very well maintained and equipped. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Sherri is a fantastic hostess and everything was pleasant and easy from beginning to end. She had the home fully stocked with everything we needed including snacks and all kitchen supplies. It was perfect for our family of 5 (including our adult son and our 2 teens). Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. The house is clean, comfortable, pleasant and smelled great. We loved sitting on the back patio as there is a beautiful garden. The neighborhood and town are quiet and peaceful not to mention scenic. I loved being able to explore Denver and surrounding areas during the day and come back to a quiet, peaceful home in the evening. We did cook several meals and kitchen has all we needed. Loved the scenic town and going on hikes. There are stores close by to get what you need. Red rocks was amazing - definitely a must see and it’s close by. Also be sure to visit Amano coffee shop. You can walk there from the house. It was a fantastic stay and I hope to come again in the future.

It was spotless, the furniture & accessories were wonderful, the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked, and the kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a freshvfruit bowl and towers of snacks!!! Very welcoming home. Decorating was lovely and house supplied with everything needed…even special treats were left for guests. This is one of the nicest VRBO’S I have rented. Will definitely be back. Host was easy to reach and personable.

The property is well maintained and clean. The beds are super comfy! The host provided coffee and snacks for us coming in for a Red Rocks show and it was easy to get to and from Morrison for dining and the show. We will be back.

Nice home in the foothills. Host was a great communicator and very helpful. Comfy beds, good water pressure, nicely stocked kitchen, clean. Would stay again!

We had the BEST time staying here! It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Easy to get to everything. The host is great, helpful, not imposing. So above and beyond the ordinary, she provided coffee, creamers, candies, condiments and made everything feel super homey. Everything in the house was comfy and cozy.
