Super convenient. Near the airport. Nice room with great amenities. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Anchorage for business. The only non-positive comment I have is that the food vending machine was not functioning properly so I was unable to make a purchase with my credit card. I was not carrying cash so was disappointed

very spacious and comfortable Room with a kitchen corner and kitchen appliances, which we loved. The room and bathroom are spacious and a very good wifi service. The Laundry Room was perfekt and impeccably clean. the hotel is also situated near busstop to downtown, or near Starbucks and a bear inn where you can eat an taste many local bears on tap. Overall a very nice experience, i would definetely choose an reccomend this hotel.

A great location, huge rooms, the kitchenette is a nice feature, and a safe and quiet location. The laundry room was CLEAN and CHEAP, which was a huge bonus. The fitness room could use some attention, as most equipment was out of service, but otherwise a great stay.

Nice and clean and friendly staff. Location is near some food optioms but most you need a car. Economical for the area. Many rooms have smal kitchenette. Laundry onsite, but NO change machine. No continental breakfast.

I liked that the room was large with a couch and desk. The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were hard and there were fingerprints all over the headboard! I had to get out my Clorox wipes to disinfect it!

Aspen Suites was great! Clean rooms and hallways, a friendly staff, and a neighborhood that feels safe for walking to the many dining options and public transportation are some of the reasons I recommend this hotel. The suite style means I could save my leftovers from the first night and heat them up, being able to use real dishes and silverware rather than the plastic to-go items from the restaurant. The coffee in the room tastes good, and there are real cups! All in all, a nice place to stay!

Aspen Suites are always nice. It's my go to spot if I don't have other plans. I love the full fridge for shopping since I live in a remote location. The room was dusty, but otherwise was nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

We had a nice stay at Aspen Suites after a cruise that disembarked in Seward. The hotel common areas and room were extremely clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is next door to a nice restaurant and a buffet restaurant, and it is a 5 - 10 minute taxi/ride-share to the airport. The only less-positive thing is that the hotel is located in a more commercial part of town to where adjacent buildings were not kept up the best. The hotel is locked with a security guard at night, and we never felt unsafe or witnessed any reason to have concern. However, I wouldn't feel comfortable walking farther than the adjacent restaurants in the dark.

Ended up staying here when our delayed flight forced us to spend the night in Anchorage. First off, the heating/cooling unit was stuck on and at one temperature all night. Nothing we did could adjust it. Second, the beds were not the most comfortable. Thirdly, and my biggest pet peeve in hotels, was the barn door to the bathroom which had a huge gap and no lock. There was so little privacy. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely not the worst hotel out there, but for the overinflated Anchorage summer prices, I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Rooms along Tudor Rd. are very loud, not enough noise insulation. They only offer housekeeping after 7 nights, otherwise you need to get towels etc. at the front desk. Prices are high in September/October.

The staff at check in is outstanding at this Aspen. Friendly and always greet us with a smile. They make you feel valued here. Excellent cleaning crew also!! Great job Aspen Suites Staff!

When we arrived to check in for our two night stay at the Aspen hotel staff could not find our reservation we made through Expedia. Another staff member found the printed reservation, which had never been entered into their system. The staff stated there were no more rooms available. I then called Expedia customer service who then called the hotel. The hotel staff said they could provide a room at their sister hotel across town for the night and then book us a room at the original hotel for the following night. Aspen Hotel refused to pay for additional transportation to the new hotel or provide compensation for their error in any way. The new hotel was in a very shady part of town and we were forced to take a taxi anywhere we went. Expedia did provide compensation for our added travel cost. I recommend calling in advance if you book this hotel

This place is bad. I showed up and they didn't have a reservation or key for me. Security did find me on the billiting manifest and let me into a room, but I didn't have a key. Security guard was great, but this place should be avoided. No wifi

Did the checkin via website. Very easy and simple. Nice and quiet hotel. Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. They let us stay longer than the early check out at 11. They are letting us still until 1pm.

The hotel was near the airport. The room was nice and big. Very comfortable and clean. We took an Uber to get downtown for a excursion and it was easy. We had a big excursion near the airport and it was easy to get to it. Definitely would stay there again.

Not many amenities, but it’s clean, comfortable and centrally located in Anchorage. It would be great for longer stays for meals. We would stay again.

Nice and clean and friendly staff. Location is near some food optioms but most you need a car. Economical for the area. Many rooms have smal kitchenette. Laundry onsite, but NO change machine. No continental breakfast.

I was disappointed that several of the staff seemed less than happy to be there and it showed when you spoke with them. Usually their staff is happy and bubbly. I spoke with another person staying there and she mentioned she had trouble getting directions to the ice machine, and that the person on the front desk was very vague. I showed her where it was located as we have stayed there many, many times. It's our go-to place when in Anchorage for shopping or medical reasons.

Aspen hotel has been a great place to stay for several years. But, that is also some of the issues. Things are getting older and smells are lingering doors are slamming and heaters are not working properly. All this is taking away the value and pleasure of staying there.
