I thought it was wrong to charge for an extra person because they made a mistake on the internet and only had one person booked. I put down 2 and the room was no different for one or two. We slept in the same bed. There was no amennities as even a coffee pot or coffee. Very dissappointed. We were told there was a Sonic down the street. Won't return.

The property is VERY old, with a vaguely Bates Motel vibe on the outside. Our room had a fridge and a TV, both worked fine (no coffee pot or hair dryer). Although most things were old (as well as the decor), they were clean and everything worked - plenty of nice hot water with good pressure. It was a quick one-night stop on the way to view the eclipse that I booked at the last minute, so I couldn't too choosy. Nick, the Property Manager, was very friendly and competent and seemed to run the place well.

About what you would expect for a very budget friendly motel. Room was clean, but looked a bit rough (patched holes, flat pillows, etc.). We used this as a sleeping area while visiting family and that is why it worked for us!

Asked for a 1st floor room. 3 cars in the lot but no rooms available. Made 70&80 year old guests climb 2 flights of stairs with luggage. Web site said "pet friendly" No mention of charge of $15.95 until check in. Don't stay here unless you want to pay extra for your pets. Questioned the charge and the answer was "we don't put that on the website".

They have bed bugs and sewage issues, sewage came up in the drains and into the carpet all he said was someone will come to fix it tomorrow. It smelled terrible. Was not clean, could not use plug ins because it would pop the breaker the breaker box was in another room. So the person staying in the room has to go to another's customers room wake them up to fix it. Hours with out power.

Was a quick overnight trip. Very affordable. The man in the office was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable; could use a bit of paint on the woodwork trim. Only complaint was the very strong scented plug-in air freshener. Unplugged it and placed it in a ziplock bag for the night.

This hotel did the job for an affordable stop to sleep on a family road trip. Clean enough and comfortable enough, and we'd definitely stay again for a quick stopover. Where this place really stuck out was their customer service! My son left his earbuds in the room, and we didn't remember till 90 minutes after we left. We could not turn around, so I called the desk; they found the earbuds, and put them in the mail almost immediately! They acted like this was no big deal, and told us don't worry about paying them back, although I did send them money to pay for the shipping. I am so impressed with their efforts and highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service ...this isn't my first time staying here ... the guy that owns this place is soooo nice friendly and caring he cares about everybody's stay being the best it can be ....and will gladly do anything to make your stay as good as possible .. the rooms are spotless and super comfortable the beds are very plush like and comfy as well ... definitely recommend staying here and the price is Great for the customer service the comfortable rooms and the kindness of the man that owns it ..this definitely will be my spot for as long as i work out in benton . Thank You for wonderful hospitality ...

The staff here is great. I stayed here a couple of years ago when I had a house fire they were so awesome and understanding i had my 2 dogs then. I couldn't ask for better care ❤️ love these people as if they were my family.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service ...this isn't my first time staying here ... the guy that owns this place is soooo nice friendly and caring he cares about everybody's stay being the best it can be ....and will gladly do anything to make your stay as good as possible .. the rooms are spotless and super comfortable the beds are very plush like and comfy as well ... definitely recommend staying here and the price is Great for the customer service the comfortable rooms and the kindness of the man that owns it ..this definitely will be my spot for as long as i work out in benton . Where to start...we got into our room it was filthy. Tub was dirty with hair all in it. It did not look like it was even attempted to be cleaned. The floors were dirty, with a build up of grunge in all the corners and around the toilet. Walls were gross. The door to the bathroom look like it had feces splattered on it. Even the walls and the table surfaces were gross. The owner more the willingly moved us to a different room The next room was better. The walls were still gross. Where to start...we got into our room it was filthy. Tub was dirty with hair all in it. It did not look like it was even attempted to be cleaned. The floors were dirty, with a build up of grunge in all the corners and around the toilet. Walls were gross. The door to the bathroom look like it had feces splattered on it. Even the walls and the table surfaces were gross. The owner more the willingly moved us to a different room The next room was better. The walls were still gross. You could not see through the windows. The lock on the door was not workable. And the air condition did not work properly, and was filthy. The outdoors were more of the same. When we arrived to check in, the guy who was there, barely spoke any English & had to call someone to give us a key. I spoke to this person on the phone & he acted as if he didn’t know what hotels.com was. He finally found our reservation, but didn’t look at it and asked how many beds & everything that was in our reservation which we had already answered. We finally get our key & went to our room, it was an old sort of hotel room, it was clean. I went to take a shower & couldn’t get the cold water to come on, my husband couldn’t either. I went ahead and got in it anyway, the cold water finally came on, but there was water pouring out of the knob. It was very hard to control the temperature. I was in the shower for maybe 10 mins or so. My husband got into the shower, & there was no hot water. We had to wait for it to come back on, in the meantime we couldn’t get the cold water to shut off! I would have gone to the guy that gave me the key to the room, but if would have complained to him, really wouldn’t speak English! This was the worst motel I’ve ever been too! We left, & chose to drive on home. Never go to this motel again! Go anywhere but here! Oh they did have a refrigerator, but that wasn’t plugged in, it took more than a hour to act like it was going to get cold! 👿
