We stayed at both Yali (5 days) and Cactus Club Paradise (9 days) and for us Paradise was much quieter and easy to get around. Yali is much more active with many things to do for children. We would return to either hotel as we found everyone to be friendly and very helpful. Excellent place to enjoy your holiday.

Personel was quite happy and was always ready to help everyone. I was happy with general attitude of the people working there. But there was a lot of false advertisement on the website. For example, it was child friendly but the entire hotel felt like a kindergarten which wasn't really comfortable for me and my family members. I preferred more activities for adults who didn't have children with them. On the advertisement there was a Aqua park, but when we were there it only existed of two swimming pools without anything exciting.

Très beau hotel en bord de mer avec moyenne piscine pour les enfants et la mer à 50m. L'animation est correcte mais il manque quand même des propositions d'activités plus ludique. Les animations du soir sont souvent les mêmes. La restauration a un choix important mais reste tout le temps la même. De petites variantes (2 ou 3) tous les jours mais insuffisantes. Le personnel est au petit soin et très agréable. Ils sont majoritairement souriants et serviables. L'annonce propose des toboggans cependant c'est un Aquapark à 800m de l'hotel qui est gratuit la semaine à des horaires précises. Un petit train permet de faire des navettes tous les jours. De petites activités nautiques sont possibles en mer : ski nautique, bouées tractées.

Wunderschöner Urlaub Im Hotel angekommen, toller Empfang und Aufklärung. Komplettes Personal alle sehr freundlich, höflich, hilfsbereit und es hat sich wie Zuhause angefühlt. Zimmer sauber, Essen gab es den ganzen Tag allerlei Auswahl. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Animations Team, die Kinder sprechen heute noch von Ege, Ibo und Pelin. Herzensliebe Menschen die sich mit den Kindern beschäftigen und bei Laune halten.
