Great location: near bus and tram stops, subway is also close by. Dining options are plenty. Room is spacious by Hong Kong standards and fitted with everything for a comfortable stay. The one thing I did not like was how the room is darkened by the electric curtain - window looks out to the next building. Not a big deal for me but could be an issue if staying longer than 2 nights. Reception at 3/f offers coffee and tea which you can take in the patio which is very nice. You can leave your luggage after check out.

This is a comfortable place to stay in central Wanchai, and effort has been made with the decor of the reception and small lounge - very smart. But the rooms are tired and worn out, looking very aged. For twin bed rooms, there is no accessible bedside light. The entire wifi and Internet system failed in the first night so I was not able to upload work, and their contract with the supplier did not include overnight repairs. I still rate them 4/5 for the overall setup though.

The property felt old. Everything was great, walking distance and safe/quiet at night. I was staying at a different hotel a few days before checking into Wanchai88 so I knew about the laws on plastic recycling and items, basically the hotel doesnt give out any toiletry items (tooth brush, comb, tooth paste etc) anymore as well as water (because of the plastic bottle). However literally i was staying somewhere else 5 mins away and they have wooden comb/toothbrush and water in aluminum cans so i dont understand why Wanchai has to cut costs and skim customers out of a pleasant time? Last year my friend stayed at this hotel and was given free credits to get the water/toiletries in the vending machine on the first floor for FREE, now you have to pay out of your pocket just to stay at the hotel. First floor lobby personel (not reception on 3rd Floor) was not welcoming, yelled at you when you cant speak Cantonese as they struggled to communicate in English when all it takes was a simple glance at my phone screen as i am trying to ask for help in your language using a translator. Asked lobby guy to hold our suitcases for 1 hour after we checked out and told him I have a laptop so be careful and he felt upset and grumpy about it. Honestly im not even sure if this is just the type of quality and culture HK is upholding or its specifically with this hotel only because even a street food lady at 4 am who did not understand a basic question in English smiled and talked to me.

I stayed here prior to covid lockdown and the hotel was good overall. Fast forward 4 years and the hotel is fallen on tough times it would seem, and with that the good that once had. I.e. 1. After 8pm, the reception on the third floor is closed. So to find that out, you ride the lift up and there is a sign that says reception is closed, please go back down to ground floor and contact concierge, who you walked past before you went upstairs?! Why is there no signs at the concierge desk so you do not waste time going up in the lift in the first place. 2. There is absolutely nothing in the room to speak of amenities wise. So you have to, yes you guessed it, ride the lift back to ground floor where there is a vending machine to buy water, slippers, basic amenities that should be provisioned as part of the price, not cheap for a room per night. 3. The bathroom had a sewage stench around the toilet area, extremely unpleasant. 4. Left my luggage for a few hours after check out, upon collection, the bell staff ‘withheld’ my luggage and interrogated me on whether I had taken a teaspoon from the room??! If there is a sure fire way to really put customers from coming back, and to receive a negative review, such as this one, that is text book marketing. A terrible experience overall from start to finish. I stayed in nearby hotels (Wharney, Iclub, kew green) 100 times better in everyway, and cheaper.

Extremely MASSIVE rooms that provide a glamorous experience in Hong Kong. Very clean too. Also in an excellent area. Loved my stay very much. Only shortcomings were that a lot of the furnishings in the room were a little dated and should be updated (eg scratched furniture, etc). And I wish there was a restaurant on site, but it’s no big deal because there is so much food nearby.

We selected a bigger room and indeed very spacious. Engineered wood flooring, simple lines and decor and lots of overhead lighting in addition to an enormous window. BUT no outlet or USB PORTS near bed. Only ONE outlet in the room to charge devices. And two small elevators that can fit just about six people for the whole hotel including for service needs and one was out of order! Glad we were on the top (31) floor otherwise we could never have gotten in like so many others in lower floors.

香港のセントラルからそこまで離れていないのにも関わらず、お値段以上の広さの部屋が提供されるホテル。 ルームサービスがあるわけではないが、レセプショニストやコンシェルジェが卒なく仕事をこなしてくれる感じは好印象。私の時はお部屋のアップグレードも抱けました。 またロビーに無料のコーヒーマシーンがあるのも地味にありがたいポイント。 唯一の難点はエレベーターが二機しかないので、タイミングが悪いとなかなかこないし、チェックアウトのラッシュアワーでは、酷い時は何度か見送りする必要もある。

Staffs were excellent and courteous, rooms seems to be a bit run down but was spotless.

This is 2 stars hotel - the room, bathroom, table ; everywhere is not clean. Dusty , white stain residues in the bathroom. Torn curtains and no amenities & not even 1 bottle of water in the room! Horrible

ホテルとして困ることはありませんでした。 が、7Fのお部屋でしたが、水回りにゴキブリが出ました。

The biggest drawback is that they don’t clean the rooms properly. Everywhere you look, there are water stains and dust. The rooms are actually quite spacious for Hong Kong, and the view is amazing. What the hotel really needs, is a renovation. It’s a bit old, and the fact that it’s dimly lit and has many dark surfaces (floors, carpeting in hallways, furniture) just make it less appealing, than it could easily be. The price seemed very fair though for quart we got. Had it been properly clean, I would have easily given it 4-stars for this price.

The building smells of sewage all the time. The bathroom needs updating. House keeping performed poorly on a daily basis. I used to stay here every year, I need to find a new hotel. Very disappointing.

房間肉眼觀感尚好，就是肉眼看不到的蟲蝨特別多，睡到半夜就睡不到，整條腿都被咬得一點點，有空抓癢沒空睡覺，睡到五點有蝨蟲鬧鐘提你自律早起，想找house keeping，前台一句人手不足不了了事。而且總有點奇怪的味道，只能安慰自己，一分錢一分貨。

Great central location, very convenient to everything. Very clean spacious room with safe and mini-fridge, very powerful showerhead. Only downside, little complicated on how to turn on/off wall light switches/electric window curtain and to initially operate lift after check-in!

The room is small but well designed, the walk-in shower is very nice. It was quiet. I found the bed comfortable, but I prefer a firm mattress. The staff went above and beyond, going out the hotel to make sure I went to correct restaurant, or went in the correct direction.

房間很大,乾淨整潔,唯一就是房門隔音不好,常常會被走廊上旅客走路的聲音吵醒

4泊しました。近くに飲食店、スーパーなどあり、便利。お部屋も予想より広く、快適でした。隣りの部屋にずーっと大声で夜中2時くらいまで話す人が泊まっていた日（2日間）は眠れなかった。隣人により当たり外れはあるかもしれません。

Much better than I expected. The Mountain View was great and the room was large especially for Hong Kong.

シンプルに、過ごしやすかったが、最終日、ハロウィンと重なったからか、隣室の集団の大声が深夜一時過ぎまでかなりうるさく、大変だった。

立地は湾仔駅から徒歩3分の甘牌焼鵝の裏にあります。 バス停も付近に沢山あり便利です。 室内の時計が止まっていたり、テレビのHDMIケーブルが外れていましたが、不備を訴えたら直ぐに対応してもらえました。 フロントの対応も総じて良かったです。

Chambre simple correcte et propre, hotel super bien situé, après le personnel est pas très accueillant on a l’impression de les ennuyer et à la fois le bonjour et le sourire sont en option chez eux c’est dommage

Extremely spacious room and value for money. Very convenient to walk to from Wanchai MTR. Offered early check in which was great as we arrived early with a toddler. Paul from the security concierge on G floor was very helpful and friendly when we needed a taxi to the airport after check out. Will definitely come back if I'm visiting HKG again.

Good old fashioned service from the Concierge team, helpful and friendly. Paul was really professional yet warm hearted and knowledgeable. Location is unbeatable, lots of nostalgic eateries and markets.

スタッフはみなフレンドリー

Great hotel for the cost. Great location and easy to navigate public transportation. Only real issue was had the do not disturb on and housekeeping walked in the room twice.

唯一唔滿意係地下大堂既職員，個日去㩒房既用品，我唔識㩒研究左一陣先識用，拎完返上去朋友先同我講原來職員一直係後面望但無過黎提示下要點做。個日落大雨，出入亦唔會幫手開門，只顧玩電話。不過3樓做入住既職員又好好態度，純粹地下門口職員有問題。

Given the location, the room is considered to be very spacious. The room is cosy and comfy. Situation behind Hennessy Road, it is just away from the busyness yet so accessible and convenient.

Centrally placed and close to MTR the hotel is placed in an interesting neighborhood and only 8 min. walk from the Convention Centre. Clean and well decorated rooms and not the smallest I’ve experienced in HK. Helpful in holding my luggage before and after the stay, the concierge didn’t offer me to go to the 3rd floor lobby to wait when no early check-in was available. That is only negative thing. Not having a restaurant for breakfast is not a drawback in central HK as plenty of options are available just around the corner.

Centrally located, easy access to public transportation, quiet rooms, friendly staff. The hotel is located in a hustle and bustle area, you can find food and convenient stores easily.

Spacious, former serviced apartment layout. Fairly rare in Hong Kong. Great location. Close to MTR; easy in/out for taxi/ Uber. Quiet, but nearby lots of nightlife & restaurants. Times Square nearby. Clean, private rooms (3 per floor). Great water pressure in showers & attentive housekeeping staff. Overall, fantastic value in a city that often doesn't deliver hotel room value. Will stay here again.

出張で4泊を利用させて頂きました。 香港島の灣仔MTR徒歩3分、繁華街の中心部とても便利です。 今回のお部屋はエグゼクティブルーム、広くて、毎日掃除が入り清潔でした。22Fの眺めは高層ビル山景色で十分です。 3階のフロント前に、セルフのコーヒーマシンお茶カウンター、嬉しいサービスです。 朝食はありませんが、一歩出れば街中の麺屋、コンビニで済ませました。 また利用したいと思います。
