Great, classic motel right on a pristine beach. Wonderful spot, great seating area outside near the beach. It's a classic family-owned beachfront motel (a rare and wonderful find these days)!

This motel was exactly what we were looking for!! Nice suite with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant and helpful. Motel has direct beach access with a grilling area with plenty of outside chairs. Will return for our next trip to this part of Florida.

This is a beautiful place. Location by the sea is perfect and the little terrace overlooking the beach is great for watching the sunrise or enjoying a sundowner. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are pretty and my children described it as like from a fairytale.

My wife wants to come back in 6 weeks and stay for a month! Nothing fancy, but everything you need. Beautiful beach & terrace over looking the beach and ocean. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Sea Scape is a wonderful place to stay. I had a studio unit which was perfect for me. The room had everything I needed and more. I absolutely loved being right on the beach. From morning sunrises, to an afternoon snooze on the lounger, to watching the sea turtles come up and lay their eggs and watching a rocket launch at night. I had a memorable stay! The rooms were clean and the ac was great and very much needed after a day in the heat! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They provided beach towels, beach chairs and even sand toys for the kids. Their property is great and I loved sitting under the pergola and playing some card games with my friends. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and they also have a charcoal grill, which many ppl used daily. There are chairs and tables provided in the back, loungers and a hammock. I will definitely be back to this little slice of heaven! Thank you for a great stay!

What an awesome getaway for someone needing some peace and quiet! Ocean is just a short walk down steps and you are there! Plenty of chairs, a hammock, barbeque pit for your enjoyment. I will be back!

Quaint place, I liked it but amenities such as beach chairs need updating. Clean and comfortable.

Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean, kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots and pans, beds were comfortable and when we walked in the whole apartment smelled so clean and fresh! Just a few steps from the beach, lots of chairs and a hammock to relax in while listening to the ocean waves. No need to bring any thing for the beach either. They have folding chairs, body boards, towels and even a cannot you can borrow. Outside shower to clean off the sand before returning to your room. We had the one bedroom apartment and it was perfect!

This motel has everything you need. We arrived after 10 p. Key wasn't in box but someone there within couple minutes to get us in our room. Room was clean and stocked. The outdoor patio overlooking the ocean was great. My only complaint was the bed had a big dip in the middle.

I'm baffled by the previous ratings. This motel is very much "old Florida" and was actually expecting much of what it is but we had to run the loud moldy window style a/c constantly. There was light streaming in around and under the door. The mattress was down right broke on the side. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, requiring the door to be left open at all times. To their credit, I only had to remove one roach.

The motel itself was nice, quiet and clean. Good location and close to the beach. I had some problems with staff and service though. I elected to leave two days early and I warned them well in advance about that. They would not refund me! The place is literally next to the beach so I have no doubt that they replaced my Friday and Saturday with another guest EASILY. Yet they kept my money. They also do not give enough towels and wash cloths. It’s not easy to get replacements either. You pretty much have to be there when the housekeeper shows and that is a very limited window. I’m on vacation! I am not hanging around to catch the housekeeper! The housekeepers only show up to move ins and move outs. You have to hunt them down for toiletries and towels. The one office worker who is a total narc about the parking lot was very abrasive and rude. As long as I have a parking pass, you should NOT be annoying me about parking. The other office workers just didn’t know what they were doing at all. They didn’t even know where the toiletries were. Honestly I probably wouldn’t stay there again. Which is shame because small places like this are going out and being replaced with big generic hotels. But when you’re greedy with money, stingy on the towels and toiletries, and have useless staff, I just don’t feel like a valued guest at all.

The office staff is AMAZING! They are accommodating and friendly. Their units are a perfect place to beat the heat. Loved having a kitchen, and it was so clean! The ocean view and access was convenient and easy. Sunrise was unbeatable.

SeaScape is a wonderfully quaint motel. The units are old, however very clean. It’s very quiet & the area at back is perfect for watching the sunrise & relaxing in the evening. Parking is convenient. Access to the beach is right beside the property & lots of dining options close by.

I was only able to stay one night but really loved this place. The owner was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived to check-in. She showed me my room and gave a quick tour of the property. This is old school Florida and has all the charm plus an amazing location right on the ocean. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend this place.

This was a quite little motel on the water. The building are older but the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. I also loved that it was on the water with easy access to the beach.

Needs upgrades.

We always try to stay at this hotel whenever we're in the area. It's a small family owned hotel on the beach. The unit we had this time was a one bedroom that had a queen and a twin bed in it with a fold-out couch in the living room. It also had a full kitchen and small dining room. We were three adults and 2 pre-teens. Love this place.

I had been to the Cocoa Beach area a few years ago and saw the cute motels mixed in with the high rises. The retro motels seemed to have so much more character. I knew I’d be in the area again so I googled retro motel. The reviews were fantastic on this one, so I took a chance. Cute, clean, right on the beach with a great price. I couldn’t ask for more. It’s was great.

Right on the sand. Old style Florida property that looks like it belongs in the Florida of 50 years ago. Despite the age, the property is very comfortable and the staff is super attentive.

Property is right on the beach. We rented an apartment which was laid out very well with a private bedroom, living room area, and kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, by the way, the staff persons are extremely helpful.

The good: Great ocean front location, quiet, plumbing and electric great,very clean,staff very friendly. Not so great: Some might not like bed (softer than we're used to, but slept great), entry door not secure (but we had no issues). 1 channel tv, no wifi I'm aware of. Overall would stay here again.

This place is really cute. A quaint, old school type of motel with a beach vibe. It was quiet and the women in the office were super sweet. The room was a little outdated, but it fit the “homey” theme. Great beach access and seating to watch the sunset. My only complaint was the window AC units which kept the bathroom pretty steamy. I would stay again.

A unique cozy place, very much unlike big hotels, great common area overlooking the ocean and a direct access to the beach, simple but with all the necessities. One thing to note is: in most rooms, windows cannot be opened so the air conditioner is the only air exchange. Windows can be opened in a few rooms, including the two rooms facing the beach directly, but it is very hard to open them, may require two people. If getting fresh air in is important, a good idea would be to make sure you are booking a room where windows can be opened.

Great ocean front small clean mid-century type room with incredible views of ocean! Older place but quaint. Toaster, small frig, microwave, and dishes helped for preparing light meals. Would stay there again.

Everything you need in one room. Full fridge, very clean. We discovered we had no hot water at 10pm and they replaced the water heater in less than 24 hours. They were ready to reach and very considerate and fair throughout the process. Very nice people.

The place seemed reasonable on price, but it is not a very nice place to stay. Kinda small, but hey, its cheap, so i booked it. I shoulda got a real hotel with actual staff that is polite, understanding and helpful. They were the rudest people I've ever met. My girlfriend has several medical conditions which prolonged our checkout by an hour-- projectile vomiting and seizures are fairly common for her, and this morning ( the morning of checkout) we were 45 minutes late checking out. My girlfriend spent 20 minutes in the toilet while an older lady came and demanded we leave immediately. As I tried to explaon the situation to her, she was incredibly rude and told me "she didnt care. Checkbout is at 11!" So after cleaning the vomit off of the floor and off my girlfriend and her wheel chair, we were going to leave since the leady seemed upset with us. It was 11:30am an we were late to leave at this point My girlfriend is epileptic as well, and as luck would have it, started having a seizure as we were leaving the motel room. The seizures come at random and once they start, may go on for minutes. So I waited in the motel doorway for the seizures to stop, and I couldn't find the words to respond to the manager on duty. I was dumbfounded when she told me and my girlfriend how horrible we were for chekingn out later than scheduled. I guess its not her job to worry about our saftey, but a little compassion and understanding goes a long way. Hospitality? Not at the Atlantic INN.

We were greeted by our gracious host upon arrival, had a quick check-in, she showed us around the property and set us up for a great stay. I love the old school south Florida efficiency style and it truly brought back memories of my youth down here. The area is very well maintained and quiet, and literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Places like this are gonna get harder to find. The price was more than fair for the value. I am looking forward to our next stay!!

This place is the sweetest little Motel! Debbie was super nice upon arrival. The apartment was perfect for our family. The easy access to the beach was perfect. Small so you meet all your neighbors!

Great little family run spot, If you are looking for somewhere local vs corporate right on the beach this place is cute. They were very helpful with check-in and questions even after hours.

I rented this for a family friend and the room was excellent. The friend did not leave the room as clean as I had hoped but the staff at the seascape (especially Alicia) were very understanding and did an outstanding job putting things right. Such a great place!! I highly recommend them!!

Beautiful location, right next to the beach. Lots of nature on your doorstep ..we were lucky enough to have see eagles, baby turtles, lizards,all types of birds . Excellent for photography with a beautiful morning sunrise on the beach. Rooms are very clean with everything you need..but be prepared for quirky dated furniture (it’s far from your modern hotel). check in was simple ..just a key left for us as we arrived late . Simple parking outside. Would definitely recommend and we might book again for our last night before returning home. A very memorable stay , Thank you

It is located very centrally to restaurants and shopping. ocean is right there with nice beach front. This is not a fancy place but clean and convenient.

I used this hotel to extend my Florida business trip a couple days after it ended in Orlando to get in some beach time. Was not disappointed as this place was only steps from room to beach. Made it easy for me to setup on beach for day of relaxing and still be able to come back to room as needed. This place was built in the 1960s and showed age in spots but well taken care of and just what I needed to make most of my time!

The first place my family stayed at in the US. A great location, easy access to beach and within easy drive to Cape Canaveral. Helpful staff
