Offered weekly rates. It would be better if you served breakfast and sold mini sized shampoo and or conditioner on site. The soda machine took my money once. Laundry on site helps a lot. Thank you. Highly recommend if you are looking to save money and stay a while.

We had stayed there several years back and it was not a very clean place. Lots of weekly guest that were milling around the parking lot that made us uncomfortable to stay there. Decided to try it again from things we had heard and it was good. Staff was friendly, accommodated switching rooms to a ground floor room. Room was clean. And saw security do a drive through several times.

Beds and room were clean. Sketchy neighborhood but they did have overnight security and my truck and property were not messed with. Bed was ok pillows were not great. Lobby was very nice and coffee was surprisingly good. All on all good hotel for the price and I would stay here again.

For the price it was a decent hotel experience. Beware of using the vending machine though. Items get stuck and there is no one there with a key to get item not would the refund your money. Which was only $1 but still. Overall if you needed a place to sleep for the night it works.

Parking lot was overfull, so i and 15 or so others had to double park along the outside. Door to my room was leas than 100 yards from and faced the interstate, i 70, so it was quite noisy. Somewhat last minute trip, and had very limited options in my price range. Get what you pay for, i guess. Definitely will not stay again.

We have traveled all of our lives and we talked about it and decided this was the third worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The employees took their smoke breaks right outside our room. It was a nonsmoking room but still smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall the hotel is really beat up. The only part of the hotel that was kept up well was the pool

I killed 10 roaches ( not exaggerated). Smelled like smoke even though ot was a no smoking room. Sheets were dirty and filled with cigarette burns. I checked out a day early. I refused to stay another night.

Only stayed because it was labeled as remodeled in June 2025. WAS NOT! Unbelievably dirty!! Bed not changed, shower black with dirt, toothpaste spit on the faucet, dirty walls, old dirty furniture,on and on. So gross.

American Inn needs COMPLETE OVERHAUL! Looks dirty, feels dirty, IS DIRTY! I felt sorry just being in the room. The walls, baseboards, even ceiling looked dirty and stained. Carpet is sticky, probably filthy! I did NOT want to shower, bathe, use toilet, or sink. Everything has rust stains and other marks on surfaces that look like it's dirty. I didn't want to even use water to wash up. Didn't want to touch faucets. Brought disinfectant wipes and sprays to clean things. I didn't want to get ON or IN the bed. I'm sure spread was not washed before putting on bed. Didn't trust sheets either. I wanted to cover everything in plastic and use my own pillows, blankets.... only use the room for the locked door and privacy to sleep. It is a horrible feeling to be in a room that, at initial glance, already looks dirty, even if it's clean. If they would spec dune money to re

Kids yelling and screaming outside at 11:30pm-12am. The second day I had don't disturb on the door. Came back to find that gone and the room was destroyed. They took the sheets and towels but left the pillows and blankets on the beds. Guess those don't get washed. Had what looked like food on the bed spring of the one bed. They moved the bed off when taking the sheets. What looked like.mold on the wall of the shower.

I guess I never realized I had a smoking room selected for our stay. But regardless. The check in area was awful w the smoke smell, so was the room. The bedding. The pillows. - the pillows were the smallest, not good quality at all. Maybe I didn’t know the area well when booking, but really made me question my stay when 3 officers are standing guard at night for the weekend. Internet/wifi did not work at all, bad phone service as well. Good thing nothing happened to need to use our phones. Only was there long enough to sleep. But probably won’t re book.

I haved stayed at this motel for a year and a half about 2 to 3 times a month. I stay there because i attend soccer games. We usually just spend the night no showers or anything. My past stay on June 8, 2024, the toilet nearly overflowed. I went to the front desk in my sleep clothes, barefoot wouth the key card to my room I asked for a plunger to correct the issue. I was tokd they wouldn't give me a plunger even though I had my key card without an ID .I expressed my displeasure at the situation and flipped her off on my way back to my room to get my ID. When I returned with my ID and my key card, she said she wouldn't give me the plunger because I had flipped her off. I find this to be vindictive and unprofessional, considering i was offering to do their job for them and prevent property damage. I am not sure I will be staying at this low class motel again.

I made my reservation over a month before arrival. Driving for over 8 hours to be told they gave away my room to someone else. On website it states latest check in time was 11:30. It was 7:20 upon arrival. Told we tried to call you and authorize card. Driving from Colorado we had patches of no cell service. I tried telling the lady no where on website not in email they sent did it state I had to be there by 6. I had to drive to another 30 miles to get a motel I could afford. Property appeared filthy and not in greatest neighborhood. So probably was a blessing in disguise but what horrible customer service. I had booked room here on way back also and I cancelled. Lost my business. And anyone I know. I travel this route 3 times a year.

We didn't even get to stay. Called the hotel once in the afternoon to let them know we needed a late check. That manager was nice and said to just call again around 10:30 pm to let them know. Said we would have a room. Got there and the night clerk was rude and said they gave away the room but that we could have a room that hadn't been cleaned? We left

Female Staff level of hospitality is horrible. Be prepared mentally to handle inadequate level of service and roaches. Relocate, pick another place with more consideration and respect for paying guest. Wish I wouldn't have waited so long to leave

They still have my deposit and I was there two nights so they still have my deposit of $50 which doesn’t sound like much until you need it and I have never had a hotel keep my deposit more thann4 days after check out this place has had it for two weeks after check out I have contacted the bank they it’s the hotels fault and the hotel blames the bank and me right smack in the middle of their little love spat or whatever this is ugh!!!!!

Had to wait a hour to get checked in aftet bein told to only leave a last name for after midnight. I can be blamed for how late i got there losing track of time at casino, but having to wait a hour is pretty ridiculous.

I booked my room, and two hours later, was told they couldn’t give me a room because it was over booked. But they still took my money and as of today I have yet to get it back. So I’ve been charged for a stay I didn’t use. NOT HAPPY!!

This was the dirtiest motel I’ve ever encountered. The staff was incredibly rude. We checked in and there were lots of tweakers around the hotel. Stuff on the walls and bugs in the shower. Had a bad feeling and didn’t end up staying. As soon as we pulled out 3 cops came in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The entire place had tons of shady people around, there were more than a few drug transactions going on there. There were also tons of people running around in the middle of the night keeping me up, and this was every night not just a single night. The maintenance is not kept up, my door handle barely engaged, then you had to push the door hard to get in, the bathroom fan had rolled up tissues keeping it from making noise. Other than that the staff was friendly and very helpful.

I rejected the first room I was given because it stank of cigarettes. On complaining an alternative room was provided, but this faced a busy highway and the noise was extremely high all 24 hours.

The area was, in my opinion, very unsafe. A resident warnes me to secure my new car very well because people come in and steal them. She had hers stolen the week prior. Also alot of what appeared to be gang activity. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up not staying as we wanted to be in a safer neighborhood

Offered weekly rates. It would be better if you served breakfast and sold mini sized shampoo and or conditioner on site. The soda machine took my money once. Laundry on site helps a lot. Thank you. Highly recommend if you are looking to save money and stay a while.

Beds and room were clean. Sketchy neighborhood but they did have overnight security and my truck and property were not messed with. Bed was ok pillows were not great. Lobby was very nice and coffee was surprisingly good. All on all good hotel for the price and I would stay here again.

Its affordable and not disgusting. But the noise of the interstate can make it hard to get a decent nights sleep. They have food but its packaged microwavable food thats overpriced. Not a terrible place to stay but i wouldnt spend a vacation there.

We stayed 1 night and everything was clean, it was affordable and the staff was very friendly. My only mark of criticism is I would like them to bring back the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

When we showed up we couldn’t hear the clerk due to people yelling at each other in the lobby. The entire place smelled of mildew and cigarettes. On our way to our room we were asked about our phones and how much they were worth by another “guest “. Another guest was bleeding out on the sidewalk while the ambulance was on the way. The police were there most of the night. When I attempted to shower in the morning there was no hot water.

This is not a family friendly place if you're traveling from out of town and looking for a safe and clean place. The pool was clean and warm which we liked. But there is smoking everywhere. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana. A lot of people were just hanging around, a woman was screaming at her children and a couple of other women were cussing at the pool. The rooms smell like smoke even if they're non-smoking rooms. The carpets are extremely old and dirty. The beds were comfortable but you only get a duvet cover, no blankets. This was not the worst scenario we could have had but it was definitely amongst the top poorest hotel experiences I've ever had.
