Great pool, hot tub, and ocean view.

Room was not ready until a little over an hour after check in. The pool and hot tub are not operating. They had people checked into the same room as someone else and it was basically just a mess on check in. We walked into our room that was supposedly ready and it had not been cleaned yet. They said they would get right on it and we waited over an hour. It was frustrating. Whole place needs a remodel, but the views are good from the rooms.

Room overlooking ocean was incredible. Slept like babies with the windows open hearing the waves. Room was spacious. The beach below is beautiful. Only bummer was the hot tub was broken- which was the only reason I booked this property.

We have been staying here for years, but this stay will be our last. First upon checking in we found out that the pool and hot tub were closed. I had very last minute booked this room as a quick getaway for our family and there was no mention of the pool being closed which is one of the main reasons we stay there. I had even called to make sure we were in a dog friendly room and there was no mention of the pool being closed. When I mentioned how bummed i was because my kids were really looking forward to swimming I was told I could just drive over to the rec center for a swim. Our room had food crumbs on the floor, hair in the bathtub, and no coffee to go with the coffee maker, and the window lever was broken and there was no screen so we couldn’t leave it cracked as feared our toddler would fall out of it. So only having one window open left the room feeling stuffy and the windows to ocean view room were completely fogged over so we only see a blurry image of the coast. It’s a bummer because this place, although never fancy by any means was clean and well maintained for a time as frequent Lincoln City visitors we will be taking our business else where from here on out.

I ordered this hotel room because of the pool and hot tub and it was closed when we came due to something being broken. For a room so expensive totally not worth it. Also there was left over food in the fridge when we came in. Honestly just felt dirty in the room wouldn’t come back. Upset facilities were closed and that’s why I ordered this hotel

Great view! Right in the beach. Hot tub overlooks the ocean! Staff was outstanding!

Best feature: Beautiful ocean view! Sitting high above the beach, it’s 136 steps down to the sand & 136 steps back UP to the room. Important to know if you have a family. Pool & hot tub are a nice extra. NO daily housekeeping but office staff happily supplies clean towels for multiple day guests. Bathroom/shower is dated & a bit tired but clean & functional. Note: “Pet friendly” means your pet is welcome for an additional $20/night.

Definitely an old property that is in need of touchups. The pool & the hot tub are great amenities.

The hot tub is advertised as a main feature of the property, but it was broken during our stay and they did not want to offer any compensation for it being out of commission.

Stayed in room 233, DO NOT recommend. The door downstairs to the “spa” slams shut so hard it rattles the windows EVERY SINGLE TIME. The room was dirty. The shower wasn’t clean, there was still a washcloth hanging over the shower head. Walls have stuff running down them. Windows don’t lock. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. The fridge and freezer were filthy. We had to clean them out.

Room was very dirty, hair all over bathroom, towels were dirty and stained.

Very dirty room. On arrival I had to clean decal matter off of the toilet in order to use it. The bathtub had hair in it on the walls and floor, and a white sticky slime on the shower curtain. The bed was made but not fresh, and the floors were sandy. It did not appear to have been cleaned after the last guests other than trash and laundry being removed.

Oceanfront views and beach access were amazing! Only negative would say, the overrall cleanliness of the room was poor.

Old falling apart. Dirty - had to request the room cleaned. Stove did not work, glasses In cupboard still had food in them. Air conditioning did not work. Two of the chairs were falling apart, carpet stained and ceiling needed painted from previous roof leaks.. Room most certainly did not look like the website. The only thing good were the beds and the view.I have photos if you would like proof. I couldn’t get my money back because I booked it thru a third party (Hotels.com) so we were stuck staying there.

This place is a dump! Stains on carpet. Sheets on bed terrible, pink mold on shower curtain, I went to open cupboard under bathroom sink and door just came off, dirty around edges of wall, curtain broke just hanging there, gross stuff in window sill, bedroom door had been kicked in and they just put puffy on it and left it that way. The hot tub was missing tiles and needed fixed. They had no evacuation route on the door! This place needs a total remodel!!! I felt like I had ene Jeeves while staying there! Not clean!

Room looked like it had beed decluttered rather than cleaned. The bed sheets seemed clean and everything else looked like it hadn't been touched. There were sticky spots on all the surfaces. We ended up going to the store and grabbing some clorox wipes to wipe everything down. The rag we used to wipe the floor down turned black and we found bottle caps by the nightstand. We requested more washcloths and never received a reply. Housekeeping never came by. We stayed 4 nights because they had in bold letters "No refunds for early checkout on the receipt."

Floors were dirty throughout. Bathroom was not clean. There was sand and hair in the tub, which was very old and cracked. There was a lot of mold and mildew in the bathroom. The shower curtain was gross too. Everything about the room was very outdated which would be fine if they cleaned well, but they didn’t. My allergies got horrible staying in that room and ruined my trip a little. We will not be staying here again. My in laws stayed here as well in a different room that did have an updated bathroom, but a couch cushion was soaked through with pee and you could smell it as soon as you walked in their room. I don’t know how that got missed.

Room was not cleaned properly there was still garbage from the previous people that had stayed that we found on the floor and the carpet was not vacuumed and the floor was not swept properly. The view was great, but I would not choose this hotel again for the fact that the room was not cleaned properly and it was expensive.

Ocean view was amazing. Even though fully booked the property was quiet. Staff was responsive to requests. Beds were comfortable and the table had four chairs. Cleanliness was less than. The sofa had sand on it as well as stains. The counters were dirty, we found a fake eyelash attached to our bathroom counter. The tabletop was sticky and worst of all the cup cupboard was full of dirt, spices and dead gnats.

I'm disappointed with the room for the simple reason that I ordered and expected to have a king sweet type accommodation which included according to the listing a Courtyard or grass area behind the unit which beachfront access it turns out the building is a 4 plex which of course only allows the 2 bottom floors to have the yard or the Courtyard option. It never told me to select 123 or 4 between 4 different units when I made the reservation so the entire time I'm thinking I have a yard and I have a Courtyard to do what I had planned. This was a get away from my birthday weekend and it completely changed the circumstances and the criteria of the weekend without having a yard to be able to do anything with friends or family. I specifically made the reservation because it had a yard....

Pros: Two ladies at the front desk, Alex and Michelle, are wonderful! A++ They work hard and know their jobs well. Beach access is right outside the hotel. The beds were comfortable and clean. Cons: Pool and hot tub were closed all 4 days of our stay. (Though I heard they opened the day we left) New ownership in this case means NO BREAKFAST is served. The WiFi was down for the first 2 days of out visit. The condition of the room is poor, mostly due to age. Our view was blurred due to very dirty windows. (While we realize the weather at the coast makes it hard to keep the outsides of the windows clean, when you pay for an ocean view it would be nice to see it clearly.) The "daily room service" did not make it to our rooms once in the 4 days we stayed there. (Even after I requested a cleaning of our room.) While the top of the stairs to the beach access is right outside the hotel, there are over 150 steps down to the beach. That was unexpected There were a few specific things we looked for in the hotel when planning our family vacation: Great breakfast, Swimming pool and hot tub, easy beach access, and (thought this seems a given) free WiFi. It was SO DISAPPOINTING to get NONE of them. And to not be informed until we were checking in. And to be offered no compensation other than the apologetic looks from the ladies at the front desk. It is only for the sake of their jobs that I hope this hotel pulls through and gets better. We will not be staying here again.

We didn’t have a balcony. The large view window is badly damaged. The seal is broken and you can’t see the ocean view. It looks like the two side windows were replaced but the main one wasn’t. We didn’t use the hot tub.

The room was not as updated as the picture looked but it still was a great stay. I do wish it had ac would have made it a little more comfortable. The view was exactly what i wanted though and loved that I could see the ocean from my bed. So when I woke up in the middle of the night I could just look out and enjoy it. I did have some spiders on my balcony which I understand is hard to keep control of during the season but I did feel that they could have checked it for the customers. I feel it should be checked every time they clean the room. Sounds stupid but I don't feel like I should have to call down to have them taken care of. Other than that I would stay there again. Stains on carpet , windows need cleaning and found two pills in the bed. Bathroom was clean

We booked an ocean front corner room expecting to have ocean views. We arrived at dark and couldn't see the ocean and woke up early and looked out and just thought we were fogged in but the seals in EVERY (5) windows were broken and the windows were opaque! On an ocean front room! Paid for a view but didn't get one! Room 115.

The jaccuzzi jets didn't work in both of the rooms as well as very poor Internet service. Friendly staff though

Our room was spacious and clean. Excellent ocean views. Very friendly desk staff. The room was in bad shape, with corroded fixtures, splotchy paint, and moldy window sills. There were no hooks or rods to hang towels or wet clothes in the bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Spacious closet area, but only 4 hangers provided. The pool was nice and warm, but very miserable to supervise your kids because there are no lounge chairs to sit in. Unfortunately the cover for the hot tub completely obstructs the view while you are in the hot tub. There were weird plastic bits floating in the hot tub water (I think they were flaking off of the cover, but not entirely sure). The hot tub was a good size, but the jets didn't work very well. Overall this location has pros and cons and whether you want to stay here entirely depends on your priorities. I would give another place a try before I would return here, but I wouldn't totally write it off. The desk staff shared with me that a new owner was taking over the day that we checked in, and has plans to update the run down rooms.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Older room but kept nice. Large window for great ocean view. Had a few snall problems but they had some one there right away to fix them. It was enjoyable

The room is in need of deep cleaning. The furniture is old and outdated. The bed is hard as a rock and the pillows are as flat as can be. But had an excellent view.

This place was a nightmare, checking in was at 4, which in my opinion is already fairly late. When I came to check in 10 minutes before four I was told by a woman with an attitude that my room wouldn’t be ready till four. So I waited till about 4:15 went back up and The Woman again told me my room wasn’t ready. At this time, I noticed that there was a group of people that was outside of the front office. One of them was upset because they got checked into a room that wasn’t cleaned and it had everybody’s trash and unmade beds left from the previous tenant. Two other people were waiting in line that their rooms were not ready either. I was asked to continue to wait even longer. So I waited in my car till about 5:30 before checking to see if I could get into my room. They still did not have it ready. I then contacted Expedia. The hotel tried to offer me $20 off of my room if I waited, it was now 6 o’clock. They estimated my room would take another 40 minutes before I was available to check in it. I don’t know about anybody else, but when I go on vacation, I wanna be able to check into my room immediately and go about my day. I sat outside of this place for two hours and 15 minutes and still had no room. Expedia was able to get them to refund my room. But then they never approved the refund so now I’m having to dispute the purchase. Another thing is they say they allow dogs but when I got to the front desk, they make you pay more money if your dog is not registered.

It was beautiful. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Our room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to a view room. I was extremely impressed. Coming all the way from Tulsa Oklahoma on a last minute planned girls trip. It was worth the money for sure. Even if we wouldn’t have had a view room. It still would have been worth it. They had a hot tub w a view of the ocean. The little town was pretty cool. Ocean was beautiful

Room wasn’t ready until 7pm and we helped make the beds. They wouldn’t let us use the bathroom in the office (there is no lobby). It would be a perfectly serviceable hotel and great location otherwise.

when we got there we were told a boiler went out so our room had no hot water, but that we would receive compensation. reasonable, sucks but out of their control. at check out front desk couldn’t process any sort of refund but reassured we should call the next day as the manager, Shorne, would be in and could do this. I called, got someone at the front desk who was lovely and got my name and reservation number before handing me off to Shorne. I was met with an extremely rude “how can I help you” as if the person I had just spoken to hadn’t primed her for this. I again explained that we had no hot water in our room and I was told to call about a partial refund. She snapped “who told you that?” and then begrudgingly told me we would receive a 20% discount within 7-10 days and hung up. Kinda crazy to only get that much back when a shower is kinda half the reason you get a hotel room. Obviously didn’t use spa or pool because we wouldn’t have been able to shower after. Hugely disappointing interaction, would have definitely stayed there again otherwise but will seek out other accommodations next time.

Staff is fantastic as always. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

The location basically can’t be beat. And we knew we weren’t paying for a 5 star resort but the overwhelming smell of weed/cigarette smoke/dogs and general unclean presentation of the rooms was pretty disappointing. Amber at the front desk was sweet and accommodating and sympathetic to a few of the concerns I did mention to her about the haphazard way our room was when we arrived. We only stayed one night so we didn’t make a huge fuss and stayed but with a family we definitely can’t justify staying again in the future unless the property were to have a major renovation. Thank you Amber, you were great!

Great Staff! Friendly and helpful.

I’m not saying this was a usual experience. Company under new ownership. Short staffed. 2 hour wait after check in time. I offered to make the beds in my room to help out and ended up cleaning whole room. Not going to give details but it wasn’t good. Managers were very stressed and yet handled things the best they could. At check out they offered me a credit in price. Hoping it comes through. Nice location and hope they can get things remodeled and organized.

Super friendly staff. The rooms with the balcony are the best.

The hotel has an amazing view of the ocean! It is really spectacular! We were able to hear the waves all night which was the best. The room was clean and quiet. I couldn't hear the neighbors. We also walked to have dinner which was only a few blocks away so it is in a great spot in town. We will be back!

Like a lot of hotels in the area it’s an older hotel but well kept. It was perfect for our one night stay. The stairs to the beach are pretty significant which was fine for us but just as an FYI. The tide pools are just off to the side, perfect exploring for kids. Staff was great.

Room was very hot, with just a stand up fan for ventilation. The beach access is very long and steep, vending machines didnt work and parking is very tight

Although the room was typical in design of many hotels, the large window view of the ocean was something special. The room is dated so could use a “facelift”. Parking was a bit tight in front of the room entrance but there was ample parking elsewhere.

Wow! factor when we walked into the room. Great veiw of the Pacific ocean. Asked for no stairs, got a ground floor room. Nice large King bed. 2 chairs for the table plus a comfy chair. Accessible bathroom with grab bars in bath and by the toilet Though you still had to step over the edge of the tub.

The staff was great! The room was cute with a comfortable bed. Beautiful view! Loved the pool and hot tub! Beach access was amazing!

Very clean and updated lodging. All the staff were super friendly. Easy access to the beach. Breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. We enjoyed our stay.
