Hotel room spacious,clean, large bathroom, balcony with view of countryside, Good for travelling by bicycle and walking. Staff very friendly and helpful. All spoke english

The building is absolutely beautiful, the staff are super friendly, helpful and they speak English. The food is great and the views are breathtaking.

Wonderful hotel with lovely spotless rooms and decent food in the restaurant. Above all the staff were beyond helpful and accommodating and made our few days there go very smoothly - I couldn’t recommend Tea cozy hotel enough! Great location too for exploring the local scenery by bike/scooter.

The room was beautiful and we got a free upgrade. The staff were so kind and helpful, giving us suggestions for things to do and making us food even when we got in very late! I would definitely stay here again, it is a bit outside the city center which means it was very peaceful.

This boutique hotel is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The views of the karst mountains are incredible. The restaurant is very good and convenient. However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. Suzy, the manager, arranged many activities and transportation for us and gave us excellent recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Yangshuo.
