The service, the room and the area are amazing, 15-20 minutes from the center but is very quiet, the staff are nice and friendly, every request i had was granted, i love this place, the only thing that i don't like is that the pool is only 0,60 m deep

Spacious room with the biggest jacuzzi tub! There are activities within the premise such as eletric bike, fitness and games (I played bingo during my stay) with prize. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially those who stanby near the pool. Cheesecake was amazing. Would definitely want to return!

The pool in our room is clean, room is clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. They always clean the walkway. Breakfast is good but recommend changing the menu everyday. We stay for 3 nights so the breakfast was almost the same. Swimming pool is clean but for safety, they should label the depth of the pool. Room service is great. The spa is excellent. Give it a try if you have time will be back in the future.

A great hotel, with fantastic facilities. The rooms are amazing, and great for single travellers, couples, or families. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and they couldn’t be better. The food on offer was very good, with usual favourites alongside some traditional Thai food that couldn’t have been better. The hotel is a short drive to Pattaya City, which is actually a positive. There is a 7/11 around the corner, but the hotel could benefit from a shop on site for snacks and essentials. Otherwise I couldn’t recommend the hotel more. I will definitely come back.

酒店是渡假村，環境非常好，劃分幾個不同寶石區，每一個區域的房間都不一樣，我住的是Topaz，房間好大，還有按摩浴缸，還有我最喜歡的咖啡機，房間外有一個很大的露台，有沙發、桌子，好多個抱枕，真的可以令人很放鬆，這就是我要的渡假感覺，這次我純粹來渡假，沒有行程，沒有預定的遊戲，只是想休息、放鬆，曾經坐在陽台幾個鐘頭，一邊喝咖啡，一邊聽風聲鳥叫，舒服極了。還有他們他們的房間樓頂很高，連餐廳的樓頂都很高，讓人有很大的空間感，渡假村內Buggy car 24小時專人接送免費車，懶得走路按個電話就有人來接你，也可以租電動滑板車。唯一美中不足的就是距離夜市、海邊遠了一些，酒店在高速公路邊，出門一定要叫車 ，到夜市160泰銖，到海邊210泰銖。7-10公里左右車程，遇到塞車要30分鐘。難怪很多當地人自己開車過來，酒店停車免費。24小時有專人看車。服務真的很好。我對這家酒店非常的滿意，下次來芭堤雅還會優先選擇住這家酒店。

We\'ve been exploring Thailand the past 2.5 weeks and stayed in the 1BR Emerald Pool Villa a few days while in Pattaya. This place is nothing short of AMAZING! The concept of the resort is centered around the mining of precious gems in Africa, so the art/decor, foliage, scenery, even the attire of the main resort staff and concierges are African themed. Every detail of our room was exquisite; from the large, private in-suite jet pool, 15ft ceilings, well appointed bathroom toiletries, hygiene kits, stocked mini bar, robust ambient lighting options (huge for applying make-up and creating ambience), and concierge service directly to our room by dialing 0... at anytime! I loved that housekeeping "turned down" our bed for a romantic evening after an afternoon at the spa, that was such a wonderful touch! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! You\'ll enjoy the quiet seclusion of your villa and pleasant exchanges with the staff and guests in all the common areas.The food is wonderful! The chef always went out of his way to make vegan dishes for me upon request. So grateful for that! There are 2 fitness centers at the resort; and both are great. The equipment was great quality! The De-Stress Massage was outstanding! In fact, one of the best I\'ve had in Thailand (...and I\'ve had several). You\'ll have access to great food at the restaurants and so much more. Another nice touch that I loved about the resort was the music - it really enhanced the vibe of our stay overall. 5 stars!

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I went in May 2023, December 2023, and recently in this month: November 2024. There’s a reason why I continue to come back here. I absolutely love this hotel and every amenity it has. It’s great for families and for solo travelers. The rooms are the most spacious and you honestly have enough activities at the hotel where you can stay there all day. They have the best service ever. Any and every need will be met for all guests. Everytime I come to this hotel, my favorite server is Mod. She makes the best drinks at the pool bar. every drink is crafted with great skill and tastes amazing. She provides impeccable service and I hope she gets a pay raise or a great promotion for how well her service is !!!!! Servers like her are RARE !!!! Everyday I look forward to her drinks at the pool bar when I am staying there. So if you want some great drinks, ask for Mod. I will continue to come back to this hotel everytime I visit Pattaya.!!! Do not stay here! I cannot stress enough. My friend & I booked to stay here & had to leave early with no help from the staff or even acknowledgement with a refund etc. We left 3x days early at a huge expense to just not be here. It looks lovely & the room is nice if you don\'t mind a stink of damp that makes you cough. Very misleading, there is NOT a tour concierge as stated, there is a folder with pictures in for inspiration to book independently.. The staff struggle with english, check in was painful. You will NOT get free waterpark tickets and a welcome gift as stated, I would say defiantly understaffed. The shuttle booking system is flawed & they forgot to pick us up one day, I put it down to being told "ok ok" by reception & a member of staff when we were checking if the return shuttle was booked for us. We had to contact a member of their staff on facebook to get picked up because we were told NOT to get taxis as it wasn\'t safe. We tried to go out one day booking a woman driver on their version of UBER & she said it\'s NOT safe for you to be going out around here. We were stranded in the hotel with nothing to do as they has cancelled the activities & poolside massages, basically all the activities they were advertising & still advertising while we were there were not on. There is only one restaurant, they closed this for 2x days but only told us it was for 1x day & only told us at 2pm on the day, so we couldn\'t even try & organise something else. Awful experience

スタッフの方がどこまでもフレンドリーで親切で優しく、子供たちも高齢の母も大変気持ちよく過ごせました。 部屋も広くて、綺麗でゆっくりできました。 あえて、一つの不満点をあげるとすると、お湯の温度がぬるくて、その点だけが少し残念でした。

Fikk først et rom det luktet mugg. Ble flyttet til et nytt rom hvor regndusj ikke virket og aircon bråket. De fikset dusjen og prøvde og fikse aircon, men viser seg at denne bråker like mye på alle rom som ligger i 2.etg. Aldri bodd på et rom hvor aircon bråker så mye, så den måtte skrues av på natten. Upåklagelig service fra personalet under hele oppholdet, og kanskje det største og fineste rommet vi noen gang har hatt (sikkert 5 meter takhøyde). Serveres kun middag fra Pool restauranten. Står på nettsiden at de serverer middag i samme resturant som frokostbuffeten, men det stemmer ikke lenger. Tilbyr shuttle til Pattaya, men siste bil tilbake til hotellet går kl 17.

This hotel was amazingly better than I expected. The facilities were very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. This was as close to a 5 star hotel that I would compare it to. It is not walking distance to any outside food or places to hang out at. So if you want a secluded resort style hotel with great amenities, this is the place.

Fikk først et rom det luktet mugg. Ble flyttet til et nytt rom hvor regndusj ikke virket og aircon bråket. De fikset dusjen og prøvde og fikse aircon, men viser seg at denne bråker like mye på alle rom som ligger i 2.etg. Aldri bodd på et rom hvor aircon bråker så mye, så den måtte skrues av på natten. Upåklagelig service fra personalet under hele oppholdet, og kanskje det største og fineste rommet vi noen gang har hatt (sikkert 5 meter takhøyde). Serveres kun middag fra Pool restauranten. Står på nettsiden at de serverer middag i samme resturant som frokostbuffeten, men det stemmer ikke lenger. Tilbyr shuttle til Pattaya, men siste bil tilbake til hotellet går kl 17.

A great hotel, with fantastic facilities. The rooms are amazing, and great for single travellers, couples, or families. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and they couldn’t be better. The food on offer was very good, with usual favourites alongside some traditional Thai food that couldn’t have been better. The hotel is a short drive to Pattaya City, which is actually a positive. There is a 7/11 around the corner, but the hotel could benefit from a shop on site for snacks and essentials. Otherwise I couldn’t recommend the hotel more. I will definitely come back.

酒店是渡假村，環境非常好，劃分幾個不同寶石區，每一個區域的房間都不一樣，我住的是Topaz，房間好大，還有按摩浴缸，還有我最喜歡的咖啡機，房間外有一個很大的露台，有沙發、桌子，好多個抱枕，真的可以令人很放鬆，這就是我要的渡假感覺，這次我純粹來渡假，沒有行程，沒有預定的遊戲，只是想休息、放鬆，曾經坐在陽台幾個鐘頭，一邊喝咖啡，一邊聽風聲鳥叫，舒服極了。還有他們他們的房間樓頂很高，連餐廳的樓頂都很高，讓人有很大的空間感，渡假村內Buggy car 24小時專人接送免費車，懶得走路按個電話就有人來接你，也可以租電動滑板車。唯一美中不足的就是距離夜市、海邊遠了一些，酒店在高速公路邊，出門一定要叫車 ，到夜市160泰銖，到海邊210泰銖。7-10公里左右車程，遇到塞車要30分鐘。難怪很多當地人自己開車過來，酒店停車免費。24小時有專人看車。服務真的很好。我對這家酒店非常的滿意，下次來芭堤雅還會優先選擇住這家酒店。

We\'ve been exploring Thailand the past 2.5 weeks and stayed in the 1BR Emerald Pool Villa a few days while in Pattaya. This place is nothing short of AMAZING! The concept of the resort is centered around the mining of precious gems in Africa, so the art/decor, foliage, scenery, even the attire of the main resort staff and concierges are African themed. Every detail of our room was exquisite; from the large, private in-suite jet pool, 15ft ceilings, well appointed bathroom toiletries, hygiene kits, stocked mini bar, robust ambient lighting options (huge for applying make-up and creating ambience), and concierge service directly to our room by dialing 0... at anytime! I loved that housekeeping "turned down" our bed for a romantic evening after an afternoon at the spa, that was such a wonderful touch! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! You\'ll enjoy the quiet seclusion of your villa and pleasant exchanges with the staff and guests in all the common areas.The food is wonderful! The chef always went out of his way to make vegan dishes for me upon request. So grateful for that! There are 2 fitness centers at the resort; and both are great. The equipment was great quality! The De-Stress Massage was outstanding! In fact, one of the best I\'ve had in Thailand (...and I\'ve had several). You\'ll have access to great food at the restaurants and so much more. Do not stay here! I cannot stress enough. My friend & I booked to stay here & had to leave early with no help from the staff or even acknowledgement with a refund etc. We left 3x days early at a huge expense to just not be here. It looks lovely & the room is nice if you don\'t mind a stink of damp that makes you cough. Very misleading, there is NOT a tour concierge as stated, there is a folder with pictures in for inspiration to book independently.. The staff struggle with english, check in was painful. You will NOT get free waterpark tickets and a welcome gift as stated, I would say defiantly understaffed. The shuttle booking system is flawed & they forgot to pick us up one day, I put it down to being told "ok ok" by reception & a member of staff when we were checking if the return shuttle was booked for us. We had to contact a member of their staff on facebook to get picked up because we were told NOT to get taxis as it wasn\'t safe. We tried to go out one day booking a woman driver on their version of UBER & she said it\'s NOT safe for you to be going out around here. We were stranded in the hotel with nothing to do as they has cancelled the activities & poolside massages, basically all the activities they were advertising & still advertising while we were there were not on. There is only one restaurant, they closed this for 2x days but only told us it was for 1x day & only told us at 2pm on the day, so we couldn\'t even try & organise something else. Awful experience

Very nice, we had a private pool villa with a lot of space. The people are great, very helpful and friendly, the best of all is May at the reception, think she is a manage/supervisor.. extrem fast thinking, full of solution and very kind and helpful Things that are not "perfect": feel like they are fine with what they reached - breakfast need some "kick", new things like other bread, bigger egg station or on another place, some other dishes, not every day the same, more varities and lil more quality - it´s more then okay, but if you stay longer then 2-3 nights, it´s lil boring. but that is concerning on high level Overall we will come back, nice place to be Thanks

昨年正月に続き2度目の宿泊です。残念ながら今年は期待に大はずれでした。16:00に到着しても部屋の清掃が終わっていないとの事で、チェックイン出来ず、代わりに最終日のレイトチェックアウトを同意させられる。 17:30にやっと部屋へ案内されるが、3部屋ともタオルがなく、届けたスタッフはダイニングテーブルに置いたまま立ち去る始末 連日トイレが詰まり、何度も依頼しなければならない 最終日のレイトチェックアウトは、プールは割れたガラスで使用禁止に

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I went in May 2023, December 2023, and recently in this month: November 2024. There’s a reason why I continue to come back here. I absolutely love this hotel and every amenity it has. It’s great for families and for solo travelers. The rooms are the most spacious and you honestly have enough activities at the hotel where you can stay there all day. They have the best service ever. Any and every need will be met for all guests. Everytime I come to this hotel, my favorite server is Mod. She makes the best drinks at the pool bar. every drink is crafted with great skill and tastes amazing. She provides impeccable service and I hope she gets a pay raise or a great promotion for how well her service is !!!!! Servers like her are RARE !!!! Everyday I look forward to her drinks at the pool bar when I am staying there. So if you want some great drinks, ask for Mod. I will continue to come back to this hotel everytime I visit Pattaya.!!! This hotel was amazingly better than I expected. The facilities were very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. 酒店是渡假村，環境非常好，劃分幾個不同寶石區，每一個區域的房間都不一樣，我住的是Topaz，房間好大，還有按摩浴缸，還有我最喜歡的咖啡機，房間外有一個很大的露台，有沙發、桌子，好多個抱枕，真的可以令人很放鬆，這就是我要的渡假感覺，這次我純粹來渡假，沒有行程，沒有預定的遊戲，只是想休息、放鬆，曾經坐在陽台幾個鐘頭，一邊喝咖啡，一邊聽風聲鳥叫，舒服極了。還有他們他們的房間樓頂很高，連餐廳的樓頂都很高，讓人有很大的空間感，渡假村內Buggy car 24小時專人接送免費車，懶得走路按個電話就有人來接你，也可以租電動滑板車。唯一美中不足的就是距離夜市、海邊遠了一些，酒店在高速公路邊，出門一定要叫車 ，到夜市160泰銖，到海邊210泰銖。7-10公里左右車程，遇到塞車要30分鐘。難怪很多當地人自己開車過來，酒店停車免費。24小時有專人看車。服務真的很好。我對這家酒店非常的滿意，下次來芭堤雅還會優先選擇住這家酒店。

Fikk først et rom det luktet mugg. Ble flyttet til et nytt rom hvor regndusj ikke virket og aircon bråket. De fikset dusjen og prøvde og fikse aircon, men viser seg at denne bråker like mye på alle rom som ligger i 2.etg. Aldri bodd på et rom hvor aircon bråker så mye, så den måtte skrues av på natten. Upåklagelig service fra personalet under hele oppholdet, og kanskje det største og fineste rommet vi noen gang har hatt (sikkert 5 meter takhøyde). Serveres kun middag fra Pool restauranten. This hotel was so much better than what I was expecting! The entire property was designed beautifully and the hospitality of the staff was incredible. All of the best meals I had on my trip, were from this hotels restaurant! I hope I end up there again.

Very nice, we had a private pool villa with a lot of space. The people are great, very helpful and friendly, the best of all is May at the reception, think she is a manage/supervisor.. extrem fast thinking, full of solution and very kind and helpful Things that are not "perfect": feel like they are fine with what they reached - breakfast need some "kick", new things like other bread, bigger egg station or on another place, some other dishes, not every day the same, more varities and lil more quality - it´s more then okay, but if you stay longer then 2-3 nights, it´s lil boring. but that is concerning on high level Overall we will come back, nice place to be Thanks

This hotel was absolutely amazing! I recommend anyone staying in Pattaya to check this place out. The staff was great and the security guards were amazing and extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Get the pool villa, you won’t be disappointed!!

The pool in our room is clean, room is clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. They always clean the walkway. Breakfast is good but recommend changing the menu everyday. We stay for 3 nights so the breakfast was almost the same. Swimming pool is clean but for safety, they should label the depth of the pool. Room service is great. The spa is excellent. Give it a try if you have time will be back in the future.

We\'ve been exploring Thailand the past 2.5 weeks and stayed in the 1BR Emerald Pool Villa a few days while in Pattaya. This place is nothing short of AMAZING! The concept of the resort is centered around the mining of precious gems in Africa, so the art/decor, foliage, scenery, even the attire of the main resort staff and concierges are African themed. Every detail of our room was exquisite; from the large, private in-suite jet pool, 15ft ceilings, well appointed bathroom toiletries, hygiene kits, stocked mini bar, robust ambient lighting options (huge for applying make-up and creating ambience), and concierge service directly to our room by dialing 0... at anytime! I loved that housekeeping "turned down" our bed for a romantic evening after an afternoon at the spa, that was such a wonderful touch! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! You\'ll enjoy the quiet seclusion of your villa and pleasant exchanges with the staff and guests in all the common areas.The food is wonderful! The chef always went out of his way to make vegan dishes for me upon request. So grateful for that! There are 2 fitness centers at the resort; and both are great. The equipment was great quality! The De-Stress Massage was outstanding! In fact, one of the best I\'ve had in Thailand (...and I\'ve had several). You\'ll have access to great food at the restaurants and so much more. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I went in May 2023, December 2023, and recently in this month: November 2024. There’s a reason why I continue to come back here. I absolutely love this hotel and every amenity it has. It’s great for families and for solo travelers. The rooms are the most spacious and you honestly have enough activities at the hotel where you can stay there all day. They have the best service ever. Any and every need will be met for all guests. Everytime I come to this hotel, my favorite server is Mod. She makes the best drinks at the pool bar. every drink is crafted with great skill and tastes amazing. She provides impeccable service and I hope she gets a pay raise or a great promotion for how well her service is !!!!! Servers like her are RARE !!!! Everyday I look forward to her drinks at the pool bar when I am staying there. So if you want some great drinks, ask for Mod. I will continue to come back to this hotel everytime I visit Pattaya.!!! This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. As soon as we walked into our room, we found a cockroach and had to request a room change. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. Then I noticed a dead cockroach on the bed headboard, which was absolutely horrifying. At that point, I couldn’t sleep at all and had to change rooms again in the middle of the night. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for any hotel. A guest should never have to deal with cockroaches, ants in the bed, and a room change after midnight. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

From the moment we arrived the second we were saying good bye. Everyone was very attentive and always there to help or answer all questions. Our pool in our room was amazing.mosquitos was just an issue early morning and late night. To be expected is all. Thanks for an amazing time in this resort. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The staff was amazing everybody was so kind and friendly the room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were given to us every morning it was absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend and book here again
