Apex Park Holiday Apartments

the upstairs units are separated by a door - they are quite noisy and you can literally hear every word - when the other people come back after 10 pm drunk talking loudly and laughing for hours it is less than ideal - then to walk down to depart Saturday the down stairs child throwing rocks at my car ....... people are do disrespectful
