l’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien en revanche si vous êtes une femme je vous déconseille fortement le quartier (beaucoup trop de harcèlement de rue) l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’une bonne connexion wifi ni de service de bagagerie et ceci a été très embêtant. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas ouf, je vous le déconseille. Personnellement je ne reviendrais pas

mixed bag but overall o.k. for what we were looking. start wasnt great. arrived in the morning and whilst didn't expect to be able to check in thought i would be able to leave our two small sports bags. however first hotel I've stayed in with no luggage room. thankfully we had a car so were able to leave in the boot which was not ideal but other options were to lug about with until 2pm, we arrived just after 10am, our to do a the hotel suggested and pay down the street for someone who you have no connection with to keep them. no thanks and already spent on the hotel. Other downside was i was told parking on site at €15 was possible, however there was no space and as a result i ended up having to pay €50 at q park, again not a cost i was expecting. Perhaps there would have been age 2pm at check in time but staff did not advise and one didn't want the day bars around having to go back and move the car. The hotel was grand, rooms and overall hotel it seemed very clean. bed was comfortable. located right beside Joillette metro or 20 min walk to the port so well placed to discover marsaille.

Located in 5-10 min walking distance to the marina. Pretty noicy for my taste, but I didn't know any better. Parking along the street of you want, but not recommended of you are stopping by for overnight, huge risk for having your car looted. Overall the area felt unsafe somehow. The hotel it self and the staff were great. Breakfast was just enough. The room needed some TLC, looked a bit worn.

Situation géographie idéale pour nous qui partions en croisière Par contre pas de service de bagagerie, de consigne ou simplement de dépôt des valises. Au prix de la nuit je m'attendais à ce service minimum L'extérieur est sale nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à 7 jours d'intervalle et aucune amélioration.

Chambre assez spacieuse , rapport qualité prix convenable au vue de l’emplacement.. les couloirs auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement, la moquette est en fin de vie.. le lino dans la chambre est très bien. Petit dej correct, la nuit c’est très calme… les chambres sont faites correctement avec changement des draps et serviettes et l’emplacement pour ceux qui ont besoin d’être du côté des ports est très pratique.. . The beds were heavily stained with an unknown reddish-brown substance and stiff as all hell. I stayed for roughly fifteen minutes before discovering both of these, asking for a refund, and leaving. The staff were very understanding and kind, however.

Me gusto la ubicación. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitio prácticamente. No nos gustó el ruido de calle en las habitaciones. Las ventanas como si no estuvieran. Nos cambiaron a una interior y mucho mejor. La cortina de la ducha.estaba amarilla por abajo( disgusting). Suelo de sintasol. Zona comunes sucias

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, large spaces, breakfast was offered for an inexpensive price, the bathrooms are spacious and the water pressure is great. They provided room service every day and kept the place extremely clean. Close to all of the great things to see, as well as the major train station.

J'ai été déçu avec mon mari, la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyé, trace de sang dans le drap, serviettes déjà utilisées... Lit froissée, lavabo rempli de poils de barbe horrible!!! Je trouve celà bien dommage.... Car initialement nous avions réservé une autre chambre et ils nous l'on changé à la dernière minute... Au final nous avons quitté l'hôtel dans la nuit ....

The area is is very close to the mall and local restaurants the rooms have no air conditioning and the way to let air come in the room is leaving the window open. Having mosquitoes all over my room was not the best experience I had in France.

Old hotel, our room was smelling like cigarette (despite asking for a non-smoking room). When we arrived, the door and windows were open, maybe they were trying to ventilate the room??, but it was not safety at all! Not to mention that there was a balcony and it was super dirty, full on dead trees and construction materials.

Was not impressed at all. AC in room did not work. Very hot and stuffy. Couldn't open the window due to the mosquitos. No shower curtain in bathroom...so bathroom got soaked while taking shower. Only there for one night thank goodness. And to add, was told at check-in we could decide in the morning if we wanted to purchase breakfast. Morning came and we decided to eat breakfast but was turned away since we didn't reserve it the night before. What?!? Won't be staying there again.

La habitación estaba limpia, baño también, espacio recogido pero suficiente para habitación doble sencilla, toallas limpias todos los días. El servicio de desayuno no lo utilizamos, así que no puedo opinar, recepción bien, había personal que hablaba español, con lo que fue más fácil comunicarse. Lugar céntrico y muy bien comunicado. En general muy positivo. Gracias por todo.

Parcontre J’ai été très surpris par l’attitude du personnel de ménage lors de mon séjour. À partir de 11h20, trois fois ils ont frappés à ma porte, insistant pour faire le ménage, alors que l’heure officielle du départ était fixée à 12h00. Cette pression inutile a perturbé la fin de mon séjour, car poussé vers la sortie. Je comprends les impératifs d’organisation, et l envie du personnel de finir plus tôt mais un peu plus de respect du timing et de discrétion aurait été apprécié.

Déçu de mon séjour dans la résidence. Rue très bruyante et très passante jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Si l’hôtel avait investi dans un double vitrage cela résoudrait ce premier problème. Ensuite la chambre était sensée être climatisée. Sauf que l’eau de la clim coulait dans la chambre. Après l’avoir signalé à la réception on nous a simplement répondu de l’éteindre et qu’ils en prenaient note. Nous l’avons donc éteinte sauf que dans la nuit il faisait très chaud. Donc ça le bruit nous avons très mal dormi pour la modique somme de 180€. Le matin nous l’avons signalé à nouveau à l’accueil en demandant éventuellement un dédommagement et on nous réponds. Ah non on ne dédommage pas on a le problème dans toutes les chambres … no comment ! Et je ne recommande pas bien entendu.

Super sejour en general sur Marseille avec notre priorite l'hotel proche des docks, des magasins et restaurants, du musee le Mucem et la grotte cosquer. L'hotel est tres bien situe, ou la nouche de metro est a 2 mn. La disponibilité du personnel et notre chambre prête avant l'heure mentionnée.

Located in 5-10 min walking distance to the marina. Pretty noicy for my taste, but I didn't know any better. Parking along the street of you want, but not recommended of you are stopping by for overnight, huge risk for having your car looted. Overall the area felt unsafe somehow. The hotel it self and the staff were great. Breakfast was just enough. The room needed some TLC, looked a bit worn.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, large spaces, breakfast was offered for an inexpensive price, the bathrooms are spacious and the water pressure is great. un hotel tres bien placé proche du CC les terrasses du port et du metro 2. Quartier tranquille ! L'hôtel est bien tenu, propreté et personnel cordial. Ne pas croire les photos diffusés de l'hotel. chambre où la clim ne fonctionne pas (fin oct) la douche n'a pas de porte (un rideau a l'ancienne est fourni qd il est là) le lit n'a pas de sommeil oui c'est une planche sous le matelas pour un prix entre 80-90€ minimum la nuit, c'est une honte. Mal de dos garanti ! Le petit déjeuner ? pour 10€ c'est pas mauvais mais trop peu (allez dans les bars environnants) mais SURTOUT si vous n'avez pas réservé la veille vous n'aurez pas la possibilité de petit-déjeuner. C'est acceptable si on vous prévient...ce qui ne fut pas le cas pour moi comme beaucoup d'autres clients !!!

Was not impressed at all. AC in room did not work. Very hot and stuffy. Couldn't open the window due to the mosquitos. No shower curtain in bathroom...so bathroom got soaked while taking shower. Only there for one night thank goodness. And to add, was told at check-in we could decide in the morning if we wanted to purchase breakfast. Morning came and we decided to eat breakfast but was turned away since we didn't reserve it the night before. What?!? Won't be staying there again.

I checked in and was approached by a rude Filipino lady. I was only asking for the earliest I can check in. I wouldn’t mind paying extra 15€, however she was speaking to her colleague next to her in French as if I cannot understand what she said. It’s all because this rude lady, the second lady with curly hair decided to give attitude and rude explanation regarding early check-in at 1:30pm due to her smoking in the terrace. My whole vibe went down afterwards and she decided to talk to her other male colleague regarding this issue the whole day. The male night shift receptionist was not giving welcoming etiquette all thanks to the first rude lady in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel. Don’t even bother if you need to do early check-in. They will ruin your whole day.
