Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo

Hotel lindo, com um jardim especial com show noturno de luzes. Café da manhã bom, a la carte. Havia outro restaurante com café típico japonês. Local tranquilo!

Hotel grandioso, estadia agradável. Staff prestativo. Cafe da manhã não tem opção buffet o que considero um ponto fraco. Nao recebi nenhum privilegio da minha categoria VIP da hotéis.com

Perfect in every way, location was amazing to be just outside the main city for relaxing and close enough to get back into the busyness whenever you wanted. Highly recommended.

Our family experience at this hotel was amazing travelling from Canada. We had taken cruise in Asia and it ended in Tokyo. We were checking in at 3 o’clock, but the cruise landed at at 7 AM and our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Our intention was to just drop our bags at the hotel, have them hold them and check in later, but when I called and asked if there’s any opportunity to have a room right away, they gladly assisted and we had a room within 45 minutes. I was so grateful! All of the staff we interacted with was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating. The room was perfect. The amenities were wonderful and I really can’t say enough about the grounds and the beautiful gardens. I highly recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone!

The buffet was not to the standard of a 4 to 5 star hotel .[ breakfast].
