Easy free parking not far from the property. Only complaint would be lack of A/C. Being able to stay in Obidos for 1 night was great as things quiet down once the buses leave.

A very unique stay within a walled town takes you back in time. The room was very small but authentic to the times, with thin walls (hear all the hallway noise). Very helpful staff. Parking outside the walls of the castle is very close and inexpensive. Great selection of restaurants.

This is a wonderful BNB. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delightful. Just park near the aqueduct and bring your luggage with you.

The hotel itself is a lovely, old, unique building inside the wall close to the public parking lot which was nice. The room was small and VERY hot!! No AC, fan or screens on the windows. We could not sleep because of the heat and humidity in the bedroom. They are looking to rectify this problem in the future but be prepared if visiting in the summer months. The bed was ok comfort wise. We didn’t have breakfast which was a small cost per person because there was not a lot of choice so we opted to eat at The Literary Man outside the walls. This was a lovely breakfast buffet. We would stay again if the room issue is fixed because of the location of the hotel.

Amamos nossa hospedagem. Estava tudo limpo e bem organizado, além da casa ser linda. O check-in foi super fácil de ser feito, com instruções claras e objetivas. Pagamos 7 euros/pessoa para o café da manhã, que estava delicioso.

Pontos positivos: simpatia dos staffs pela manhã e acomodação charmosa; pontos negativos: ao chegar no hotel, nao tivemos nenhuma instrução de como entrar (como não há recepção, tentamos ligar em varios numeros, até conseguir falar com a administradora - a pessoa foi bem educada e nos ajudou). Não havia agua quente no chuveiro. Foi muito desagradável, pois não havia ninguem para resolver o problema. Ficamos sem agua quente. A acomodação é muito boa, e espero, de verdade, que resolvam estes problemas para evitar aborrecimentos, pois ai sim ficaria um lugar perfeito.

Péssima experiência! Chegamos de viagem e não recebemos nenhuma instrução de como adentrar o recinto, tentamos contato e ficamos horas ao relento. Não tinha água quente no hotel porque segundo informaram o sistema de aquecimento estava quebrado! Não recomendo…

Wonderful stay in a cozy place inside the walls of Obidos - we e stayed for 3 days using Obidos as home base to explore surrounding areas (Fatima, Nazare, Bathala and more). The room is very small and does not have AC - we were lucky though as the temperatures at night were cool enough. It is a unique experience to stay in this quaint and very clean guesthouse.

This hotel was beautiful. Loved our spacious room and bathroom! We had a cute little patio outside our room too. The roof has amazing views. The staff was very responsive, very helpful and friendly. Love that everything in the shared kitchen is available the guests. Would definitely stay here again!

It was quint, back in time look, liked that. No air conditioning I didnt like but it turned out to be cool that night, so turned out ok. When other guests came in too loud.

Foi muito bom ficar hospedado dentro da área do Castelo de Óbidos. Pudemos andar de dia e noite na parte histórica. São muitas opções de restaurantes e bares no entorno. O quarto era aconchegante, com um bom banheiro, o cafe da manhã era bem servido.

Amamos nossa hospedagem. Estava tudo limpo e bem organizado, além da casa ser linda. O check-in foi super fácil de ser feito, com instruções claras e objetivas. Pagamos 7 euros/pessoa para o café da manhã, que estava delicioso.

A very unique stay within a walled town takes you back in time. The room was very small but authentic to the times, with thin walls (hear all the hallway noise). Very helpful staff. Parking outside the walls of the castle is very close and inexpensive. Great selection of restaurants.

Foi muito bom ficar hospedado dentro da área do Castelo de Óbidos. Pudemos andar de dia e noite na parte histórica. São muitas opções de restaurantes e bares no entorno. O quarto era aconchegante, com um bom banheiro, o cafe da manhã era bem servido.

This is a wonderful BNB. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delightful. Just park near the aqueduct and bring your luggage with you.

One great restaurant others were terrible. We overlooked lack of staff assistance, and found entry conditions almost impossible. Obidos a pleasant and attractive tourist town, but lack of local information made bus service difficult to use with any certainty.

The hotel itself is a lovely, old, unique building inside the wall close to the public parking lot which was nice. The room was small and VERY hot!! No AC, fan or screens on the windows. We could not sleep because of the heat and humidity in the bedroom. They are looking to rectify this problem in the future but be prepared if visiting in the summer months. The bed was ok comfort wise. We didn’t have breakfast which was a small cost per person because there was not a lot of choice so we opted to eat at The Literary Man outside the walls. This was a lovely breakfast buffet. We would stay again if the room issue is fixed because of the location of the hotel.

This cozy guesthouse inside the old walls of medieval Obidos was a nice place to stay. It’s not fancy and has no on-site staff but it’s very clean, well maintained and in a great location. We had some trouble finding it but that was completely my fault & when we called, the staff member could not have been nicer and met us in person to get us straightened out! Our room was quiet, but like many old buildings in Europe, there was no elevator or a/c. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Lovely guest house with a lot of character, conveniently located in Obidos downtown. The room was perfect, however with no air condition it got very humid during the night (it was early April, I’m not sure how this could be in Summer time). The bed was a bit small for 2 people but overall the room was very cute. We didn’t book breakfast, which was probably a mistake because everything is closed in Obidos until 9,30
