Really enjoyed our time at this unit. It had everything we needed. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved being so close to the pool, and grocery store. The owners were very attentive and answered all our questions promptly. Hope to stay again very soon!!!!

This condo was nicely remodeled with upgraded appliances and furnishings. Very clean and good location, close to pool, tennis courts and golf. the owner and on-site manager were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We were really thrilled to spend our second week on the Big Island at this beautiful condo in the Waikoloa area after spending our first near Kailua-Kona. We found it had everything we needed for our stay, and is so thoughtfully and tastefully put together. It was hard to know ahead of time how convenient the location would be, being slightly inland from the coast. But it was not an issue at all to get to some of the best beaches on the island. In about 15 to 20 minutes you can be at A- Bay, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani and Hapuna beach. With Spencers Beach and Kikaua point beach in just over 20 mins. We really enjoyed the Lanai in the mornings and evenings and found it to be private despite it being a few steps from the pool. Some really well thought out hedging makes for a complete screen, so there are no sight lines in or out. I enjoyed the sunsets through the trees on the golf course. The pool seemed to be unused during the day and the whole complex was really very quiet for our whole stay. We would definitely stay here again. I cant wait till we can return to the Big Island.

The unit was large and beautiful. It had everything we could need for cooking, beach or unwinding at the end of the day. The pool and hot tub were only 50ft from our door! The host was awesome to deal with and gave us some great recommendations. We would definitely stay again!!

This condo fit my family of 4 perfectly. Our 8 & 10 yr old shared the pull out couch in the living room. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Fenced in pool is literally steps away from the lanai yet noise wasn't an issue at all. Very quiet, beautiful grounds.

This is a very nice unit. We liked how it is close to the pool and the parking is right out front. The interior looks just like the pictures. We hope to rent this unit again. Waikoloa Village is a good spot for us because we don't like resort crowds or crowded beaches that are right on resorts. It is also a fairly central location - close to Kamuela and to the Hamakua Coast; not far from Kona; close to North Kohala. The KTA Market nearby is great. The pool in this unit is also very nice. The property manager is terrific and greeted us in person when we arrived.

Das Apartment ist super! Schön groß, kleine Terrasse, Küche mit allem drum und dran, TV mit Netflix un d anderen Sendern auf denen man die Spracheinstellung wählen kann. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Wind sorhgt für Kühlung in der Nacht, ohne Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist in der sonnenreichsten Region Big Islands. Bombastische Sonnenuntergänge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr fürsorglich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Was will man mehr! Es war eine tolle Woche auf einer fantastischen Insel!

This was a nice and clean place The owner was very responsive and the price was fair. However we were looking for a quiet place and this was not it. The noise from the nearby pool, the upstairs remodeling and the downstairs neighbors made us have to change a lot of our daily plans. The location of condo was convenient for Kohala beaches and getting to Kamuela within 15-20 minutes.

The noise from the nearby pool, the upstairs remodeling and the downstairs neighbors made us have to change a lot of our daily plans. We love Waikoloa Village and the location of the Villas is ideal. Robert and Xiaofei's unit is right off the Fairway and in front of the pool but with all the lush plants it is still so private and relaxing that you'll spend all your time outside. It is nicely updated with stainless steel appliances, washing machine/dryer and a closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and supplies. We ended up staying a couple extra days and would definitely come back to this unit! Mahalo

If you are looking for a quiet place in a great location with great neighbors, then this is the place. The pool is right outside the back sliding door and the complex is on the golf course as well as near the KTA Market. If you are looking for a place to start your Big Island adventures or just a small place to unwind, this unit fits the bill and the hosts get back to you right away. My wife and I hope we can book this unit again.
If you are looking for a quiet place in a great location with great neighbors, then this is the place. The unit was large and beautiful. It had everything we could need for cooking, beach or unwinding at the end of the day. The pool and hot tub were only 50ft from our door! The host was awesome to deal with and gave us some great recommendations. We would definitely stay again!!

The property is very well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean and organized. The instructions are easy to follow and the owners very responsive to question. We would love to come back again.

This is a very nice unit. We liked how it is close to the pool and the parking is right out front. The interior looks just like the pictures. We hope to rent this unit again. Waikoloa Village is a good spot for us because we don't like resort crowds or crowded beaches that are right on resorts. It is also a fairly central location - close to Kamuela and to the Hamakua Coast; not far from Kona; close to North Kohala. The KTA Market nearby is great. The pool in this unit is also very nice. The property manager is terrific and greeted us in person when we arrived.

This was our first say at this property at Waikoloa Villas and at Waikoloa Village (we have stayed many times at Waikoloa Beach Village) - great trip, great unit, very responsive property owner and very polite / professional on site property manager. With out a doubt we will stay again at this unit in future visits.

We were really thrilled to spend our second week on the Big Island at this beautiful condo in the Waikoloa area after spending our first near Kailua-Kona. We found it had everything we needed for our stay, and is so thoughtfully and tastefully put together. It was hard to know ahead of time how convenient the location would be, being slightly inland from the coast. But it was not an issue at all to get to some of the best beaches on the island. In about 15 to 20 minutes you can be at A- Bay, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani and Hapuna beach. With Spencers Beach and Kikaua point beach in just over 20 mins. We really enjoyed the Lanai in the mornings and evenings and found it to be private despite it being a few steps from the pool. Some really well thought out hedging makes for a complete screen, so there are no sight lines in or out. I enjoyed the sunsets through the trees on the golf course. The pool seemed to be unused during the day and the whole complex was really very quiet for our whole stay. We would definitely stay here again. I cant wait till we can return to the Big Island.

This was a nice and clean place The owner was very responsive and the price was fair. However we were looking for a quiet place and this was not it. The noise from the nearby pool, the upstairs remodeling and the downstairs neighbors made us have to change a lot of our daily plans. The location of condo was convenient for Kohala beaches and getting to Kamuela within 15-20 minutes.

Right by the pool! Love the views. Nice kitchen to cook our meals. The kids preferred eating in. There’s a great grocery store nearby with lots of delicious meals too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

My wife and I spent four weeks at this condo. There were both positive and negative aspects to our stay. On the positive side, the partial ocean view from the lanai was great. There was ample, easy to access parking. In addition, the owner's rep, Roger, was very helpful, answering our questions and the like. On the negative side, THERE WAS NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING! Only the ground floor bedroom had air conditioning. As a consequence, the rest of the condo--especially the loft bedroom-- was often uncomfortably warm. Hence, I cannot recommend this condo to others.
