Neat and clean property with STUNNING views! We were there immediately after torrential rains had caused a minor landslide, so the pool and hot tub were both closed until repairs could be made. Other than that, it was a perfect 10!

The property is at the top of a mountain. We rented a car and when it was wet, it was a challenge on the last part of the road due to the steepness and the poor road conditions. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm. We were yelled at and told our room would not be ready until 3pm and we should have known check in time and should not have arrived before then. We were not welcomed and were shocked at the rude manner of the staff. I had tried to email the day prior to see when a room would be ready and never heard back from the staff. We left and came back in 3 hours. Most of the common area of the hotel has been destroyed/damaged by a recent mudslide. There was only a small portion of sitting area left. The pool and the hot tub were closed. When we finally got our room, it was very nice. We liked the small kitchen that had everything we needed. It was a little odd that there was no way to 100% be inside while in the room. The barn doors to the bathroom/outside wasn't sealed so bugs got into the room. The bathroom was interesting. It did not have any curtain or any type of privacy surrounding the shower. It was just out in the open. There was some hot water when we arrived which was nice. But the next day the showers were cool. They said they use solar heating for the water and the day had been rainy and cloudy so the water was cool. I liked the private pool. It was small but nice to cool off in. Overall it met our needs but pricey for the value.

Il faut absolument savoir que suite à un éboulement de terrain la belle piscine et le bain chaud sont fermés pour une durée indéterminée car une partie de la terrasse est tombée et pour ne pas que la piscine tombe aussi on m'a informé qu'elle avait été vidée (on m'a dit que l'incident est arrivé il y a environ 1 mois) et une grande partie de la belle terrasse extérieure est aussi inaccessible pour des raisons de sécurité. À vous de voir selon vos besoins si sans ces installations et dans ces conditions cet établissement correspond à ce que vous recherchez.
