Great location with friendly staff and very clean rooms & facilities. Check in/out was seamless and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Polite staff and clean room

Disappointed with both the service and the room, upon arrival I requested a room located away from the nightclub just a few meters from the hotel, as I had a very early flight. I was told there were no rooms available, but was immediately offered another for an additional fee, which was unacceptable. My experience in the room was honestly unsatisfactory. While the bed was comfortable, there were dust mites, and I woke up several times during the night with bites, and they weren't bed bugs. Regarding the amenities, the Wi-Fi worked well, and there's a gym and an indoor pool, but the latter isn't heated and therefore unusable. As for the location, it's at least a 20-minute walk from the metro, far from any tourist attractions, but relatively close to the airport.

Staff was very helpful because we couldn’t speak Thai. They helped us get places even though they didn’t speak English all that well. Patient.
