Resepsiyonda adımı uzun süre bulamadılar. Banyoda sıcak su yoktu. Sıvı deterjan kontrol edilmemiş talep üzerine eklendi. Kahvaltı yeterli fakat kahve makinesi ve kahve yoktu. Ayrıca kaldığımız gün üst katta düğün vardı, aşırı gürültü vardı.

We were really disappointed in this hotel, when we made our reservation it stated the hotel had a heated swimming pool but once we arrived we were informed it is only open from Monday to September, this should be made clear from the beginning. The hotel was also being reformed, the elevators were not working, there was concrete dust everywhere and a strong cigar smell even though we asked for non smoking rooms.

Özpark Hotelde bir gece konakladık. Eşyalar eski ama temizdi. Gereken hersey düşünülmüş. Fiyat olarak biraz pahalı bir hotel, fakat havuz, sauna gibi hizmetler mevcut. Güzel olan kadın ve erkek ayrı spa seanslarda buluyor. Muhafazakar aileler de tercih edebilir. Kahvaltı çeşiti, özellikle peynir çeşitleri çoktu. Yataklar rahat, odada seccade mevcut. Konaklama için teşekkür ederiz.
