Wow! Picturesque house, nestled on a hill with a beautiful walk through garden to get to a charming town just 2 minutes away! The room was small, but lovely; however, did not like that there was two beds in an already small room, and a note on the smaller one not to disrupt or a fee of 50 pounds would incur. All in all enjoyed our stay and the perks given by a restaurant, in town, and a jewelry shop; just for staying here.

Beautiful old manor with gorgeous garden and elegant dining and sitting room. Breakfast was hearty and delightful. Greg provided lots of tips on surrounding area and recommendations for dining. Highly recommend this BB and the area.

Craigroyston is a lovely property located off the High Street but within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants located along it. Convenient private parking. Beautiful quiet garden where you can enjoy relaxing at the end of the day. Comfortable room--and very clean. Greg, our host, was charming and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Very good hot breakfast.

Friendly staff. Ours was an overnight stay. Centrally located in the town. Easy parking. Close to the A9 in a residential area. The house was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable with ensuite shower etc. The breakfast was very good.The town was clearly popular with tourists with a scattering of typical Scottish shops and food outlets. A happy stay for us.

We had an excellent stay at Craigroyston House. The building is beautiful with a lovely garden and ample private parking. The rooms are tastefully finished and the hosts Greg and Susan are very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was fantastic with a few choices to accomodate different tastes. Overall a very great value and a wonderful experience. I would definitely return!

An excellent stay in Pitlochry. I am familiar with the town and thought this was a perfect location, slightly elevated from the Main Street but very easy access down through the garden. A received a very warm welcome, arriving in the early evening. The room was very well appointed, the bathroom spotless. The mattress was ok but not the greatest for my taste. The breakfast was excellent and the host / proprietor very attentive without being obtrusive. Parking was easy out at the front of the property. All in all a perfect base from which to explore this charming town and area.

We loved this place! The host was so nice and helpful and gave us great tips for along our trip. Our room was beautiful and very large. It felt so cozy and like our own little retreat. We enjoyed hanging out in the sitting room at night with a drink. Breakfast in the sunroom was great each morning! We were able to walk to all shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this place, so charming!

I don't normally provide reviews but due to how much we enjoyed our stay I have made an exception. I would thoroughly recommend Craigroyston House, the hosts were charming and could not be more helpfully, the property is beautiful and perfectly located as it is set back from the town centre but it is only a two minute walk to the local amenities. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of character.

This is an absolute gem of a place & I loved every minute of my stay here. My room was beautiful. Very clean & so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Couldn’t have asked for more. The b&b was very quiet,which was exactly what I was looking for. It was so close to the town centre while being in a very quiet spot. It really was a little piece of heaven. My hosts Greg & Sue were so kind & friendly & even though I was a solo traveller they both made me feel right at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craigroyston House,in fact I’ve already done just that! It gets a 10/10 from me 👍 Thanks Greg & Sue.

Lovely traditional Scottish B&B - beautiful building, huge very comfortable bedroom with gorgeous views out to the hills behind town and delicious home cooked breakfast every morning. Very friendly owners with lots of helpful advice for what to do and where to go int the local area. Right in the heart of town so easy to walk everywhere. Highly recommended and will definitely return

Our lovely hosts have exquisite taste. Every room was beautifully decorated, and the grounds are lush and green. The house is on a small hill with extraordinary views. Breakfast was delicious! We had our first taste of haggis. The town of Pitlochry is a gem. Easy walk to the train station as well. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

We stayed two nights in Craigroyston House and enjoyed our time there. There was a warm welcome from Greg, including advice about the best places to eat in Pitlochry. Our Classic room was very comfortable and looked out on to a garden. Plenty of choice at breakfast, freshly cooked by Susan, and was really nice. The house is a couple of minutes from the town centre, and there are several things to do in and around Pitlochry. Greg and Susan were wonderful hosts. We recommend this hotel and would stay again

Firstly, Greg was excellent at responding to any inquiries we had prior to our arrival. Wasn’t surprising because he was an excellent host when we arrived! This cute B&B must be on your travel itinerary! Not only was the town absolutely charming but this property was clean, convenient, and beautiful! Greg was always around for any questions or concerns and even dinner recommendations! Sue cooked us up an excellent breakfast, we ordered the night before. A minor inconvenience would be that it was hard to roll our suitcases through the gravel to get to the front door. We loved this property!

Craigroyston is a fabulous B & B located in a quiet and charming town. Gregory was a wonderful host ( we did not meet Sue but I presume she was involved in preparing the excellent breakfasts.) Everything about our two night stay was perfect in every way. Highly recommended.

Craig and Sue are excellent hosts! Even with a full house they were very attentive to us. The breakfast was superb! Craig even took the time to make a dinner reservatiom for us. We hope to come back again!
Craig and Sue are excellent hosts! Even with a full house they were very attentive to us. The breakfast was superb! Craig even took the time to make a dinner reservatiom for us. We hope to come back again!

We were so close to town. Out the front door and then a five minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants. We ate at Fern’s Cottage. What a delight. The host of the property was so helpful when we checked in. The breakfast was very good and cooked to perfection. I wish we could have stayed another night.

Wow! Picturesque house, nestled on a hill with a beautiful walk through garden to get to a charming town just 2 minutes away! The room was small, but lovely; however, did not like that there was two beds in an already small room, and a note on the smaller one not to disrupt or a fee of 50 pounds would incur. All in all enjoyed our stay and the perks given by a restaurant, in town, and a jewelry shop; just for staying here.

Craigroyston is a lovely property located off the High Street but within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants located along it. Convenient private parking. Beautiful quiet garden where you can enjoy relaxing at the end of the day. Comfortable room--and very clean. Greg, our host, was charming and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Very good hot breakfast.

In the lovely town of Pitlochry this cozy hotel was comfortable, clean, and very convenient to everything in town. We actually travelled by rail and it’s within a short walk of the station. Our room looked toward town and over the garden and was very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and Greg made sure our visit was perfect. We even got a discount at a local shop staying here. We only wished we’d had more time in Pitlochry.

Lovely traditional Scottish B&B - beautiful building, huge very comfortable bedroom with gorgeous views out to the hills behind town and delicious home cooked breakfast every morning. Very friendly owners with lots of helpful advice for what to do and where to go int the local area. Right in the heart of town so easy to walk everywhere. Highly recommended and will definitely return

We had an excellent stay at Craigroyston House. The building is beautiful with a lovely garden and ample private parking. The rooms are tastefully finished and the hosts Greg and Susan are very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was fantastic with a few choices to accomodate different tastes. Overall a very great value and a wonderful experience. I would definitely return!

Our lovely hosts have exquisite taste. Every room was beautifully decorated, and the grounds are lush and green. The house is on a small hill with extraordinary views. Breakfast was delicious! We had our first taste of haggis. The town of Pitlochry is a gem. Easy walk to the train station as well. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

A warm welcome by Mr. Gregg at our arrival, genuine hospitality, advices on restaurants and outdoor activities in the area. Good and safe parking! Breakfast was a delight with several options! Gluten free knowledge! Our room was specious and suitcases could be opened without problems. We were kindly sent off at departure. Planning to come back in the future.
