베트남 전통적인 분위기와 로컬의 감성을 느낄 수 있어 좋았습니다. 넓은 침실과 작은 수영장을 가지고 있어 프라이빗한 휴식 시간이 되어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 다만, 아쉬운 점은 1. 화장실과 욕실이 따로 분리되어 있는 것은 좋으나, 실외 공간이어서 모기가 너무 많아 불편했습니다. 2. 바깥 공간인 거실내 비치된 베드와 쇼파형 침대(?) 등의 침구 상태가 깨끗하지 못했습니다. 3. 레스토랑에서 점심 식사시 너무 오래 걸렸습니다. 1시간 가까이. 그리고 오더도 잘못되어 결국 식사 1가지는 취소했습니다. (저녁에는 룸서비스로 주문했는데, 오래걸리지 않았고, 괜찮았습니다.) 4. 바로 옆 공사소음이 심했습니다. 체크인시 주말에는 공사를 하지 않으니 안심하라고 했으나 일요일 아침부터 소음이 심했습니다. 옥의 티였습니다.

the hotel is facilities is excellent and the reception staff is helpful and knowledgeable except the restaurant food and restaurant service staff is not professional and well trained .

Et helt fantastisk ophold - på et meget roligt og afslappende resort, påvej på en længere rejse gennem Vietnam, maden på stedet er helt fantastisk, menukortet er langt med både lokal og vestlig mad begge af høj kvalitet. Personalet er næsten det bedste på stedet - virkelig opmærksomme på at opholder bliver perfekt

The overall place is beautiful and well managed and taken care off. Beautiful surroundings. There is nonetheless a few basic elements which are not up to standards for a 4 stars boutique resort: - the trash bin of my bungalow hasn't emptied when I check-in, which should be the Frist thing to be taken care of when cleaning a room. - there was a lot of dust on the top of the bed head. I asked to get it removed and cleaning personal only waved it around by hand ! When the whole point was to prevent dust to get on pillows below. - wi-fi in common areas and rooms provide Avery bad connection. I had to handle a one hour meeting by Visio and couldn't make it. Had to drop after 5min. So overall, the place is beautiful and gardens and surroundings are well maintained, but lack of basic service level make the place do not worth the price.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will be back for sure.
