The location is very good and the hotel is nice. We wish it had a pool and better way to keep noisy party folk quiet-- but that was only one night. Staff was very welcoming. Definitely would use again.

We checked in around 6pm and front desk is not welcoming and the room we got is the Ac unit is full of dust and working even the exhaust in bathrooms wasn't working. When reported to same front desk person about the issue she just gave other room keys without any proper response. The rooms are very compact. The GYM is Zero rating on scale 0 to 10. Don't call it as Fitness room.

My main complaint was the fitness room. There was a broken treadmill, an elliptical machine, and a recumbent bike. Plus, a very noisy fan. Other than that, the place was pretty clean, breakfast was decent, and the room was comfortable.

Average experience here. Clean room, with good ac, and friendly staff. The room was pretty small, sheets had an ink stain on them, and parking was tight. I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

We stayed one night at the hotel. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel has three floors, so it was easy and fast to take the stairs, although there is an elevator. Shower was nothing fancy which I appreciated. Some hotels modernize the showers so much you need an engineering degree to figure out how it works. Bed was clean and soft. People across the hall had loud music blaring but we could not hear anything in our room. I liked that there was a sign indicating quiet hours between 11pm-6am. There is free parking in front of the hotel but spaces are a little tight for SUVs and trucks. We had a good stay here.

Was OK. Construction was underway. Breakfast room and options very good (best part about the hotel). Worst was the parking lot. Can barely fit into the tiny spaces (everyone over the lines), and no overflow into the HUGE SHOPPING CENTER LOT 100 feet away. Just ridiculous. For the lot alone I would not go back. I worried the whole night as to whether a huge SUV was going to try and squeeze into the spots next to me and bash my car.

I was a little disappointed. Based on the reviews I read I expected more. Positive: The staff was very nice. Not so positive: Room was not cleaned to my standards (found parts of pretzels and crumbs on the floor), lightbulbs burned out on some lamps in the room, Continental breakfast ok. The hotel was not in the best of neighborhoods but not so bad that I felt unsafe. Overall, it was only for one night and served it’s purpose to being close to where we had to go for our event.

The staff is mostly friendly and tries to do tehir best to accommodate visitors. The things I found unacceptable. at the time when breakfast was served floors in the elevator and all across 1st floor were very dirty. at breakfast a number of food items were unavailable. They were out of yogurt both days we had breakfast at the hotel. Cinnamon rolls - they were out. The hot water dispenser was not working

Hotel had clearly flooded smelled of mold, wet spots on floor, wall paper falling off walls, dirty room not even vacuumed, and as I know it’s not the hotels fault exactly extremely noisy guests that kept waking us up. Friendly staff was the only positive.

Room seemed dirty, there were hairs all over the bathroom. The property itself seemed like it was in major need of some renovations. Plus was the included breakfast, it offered a nice variety for being included and the location was great being by the shopping plaza.

The room we stayed in was adequate. Nothing outstanding and the room was tight with the two beds. Also there was no closet to hang clothes in just a couple of hooks on the wall. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was good with a nice size dining area.

It was a great stay usually you need to wait till a set time to check on there I showed about an hour early an was hanging out outside. As I was relaxing when of the front desk workers came out an we talked. They go oh your ready to check in then let's check you in now which was great because I was ready to relax in my room.

The staff was excellent from check-in on Friday night through check-out on Sunday. Every time we left the building or entered - we were greeted. The woman working the breakfast did an excellent job of keeping everything stocked, warm and clean each morning. Great location - convenient to shopping and dining.

Gave me a key to a room that was already occupied, had to go back to the desk and get a new key and room that was not what I had reserved, I needed to beds and they only had a king bed room. All of this while it was 1am and I had a toddler and a pregnant wife walking around the hotel trying to figure this out.

We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, which front desk quickly got us into a new one, and the breakfast attendant was very rude. Would not even turn around to answer my question, and then snapped at another customer when he asked if there was any cream cheese, she responded without even turning around if we had it it would be out. We ended up leaving half way during the breakfast.

Well maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Daily housekeeping is becoming a rarity but very much appreciated.

Well maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Daily housekeeping is becoming a rarity but very much appreciated.

The staff is mostly friendly and tries to do tehir best to accommodate visitors. The things I found unacceptable. at the time when breakfast was served floors in the elevator and all across 1st floor were very dirty. at breakfast a number of food items were unavailable. They were out of yogurt both days we had breakfast at the hotel. Cinnamon rolls - they were out. The hot water dispenser was not working

I came back to stay here as I loved the convenience of the location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This time we brought our dog and the staff were very welcoming. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful when we needed extra towels or when we asked about the breakfast served. Coffee and tea was available 24 hours which is nice after a long day. The exterior porch needs some maintenance, but if you can get passed that it is definitely a jewel to find and stay.

4-star due to the difficulty of accessing down a little ramp with the heavy luggage down to the main entrance. A very dirty fridge in the breakfast area is unacceptable. The inside looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Too crowded to take a pic. The breads were wrapped with plastic by the couple, is good. Other than that, everything else are satisfactory. Could have been a 5-star.

Our room was very musty/damp smelling. Like it was pretty overwhelming to walk in to. Also the sink didn't drain--I had to reach in and lift up the stopper by hand, and it was pretty gross looking. Finally the microwave wasn't completely plugged in. My husband had to slide out the huge, heavy dresser/microwave and fridge holder piece of furniture to reach the plug and plug it in. You'd think it would be clear it wasn't working when it had no lights on it. Also the hallways smelled terribly of pot. We could have asked for a different room, but we had like 45 minutes to hang out before we had to go to a performance. Then we were staying one night, arriving back around 10. Seemed like a hassle to try to move when we were tired. Room was otherwise clean. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were smooth. Hotel office/lobby area seemed to have boxes of paper flowing out from behind the desk area, which was weird. Seemed disorganized. Didn't get to have breakfast, as we slept later and checked out earlier than we'd planned.

The front office lady ( I think Helen) was really excellent and friendly. I was traveling with my family and the pet dog. As it took sometime for them to get the dog friendly room ready she completely waved the pet fee and also made sure we are comfortable during our stay. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.
