Wonderful kind staff. Any time of day (or evening) willing to provide food and sustenance. Room was as advertised with four beds , bath and small balcony with views. In the downside there was a silverfish on the bedding on arrival, not dangerous to humans but not very nice, and the water came out the taps brown and there was no plug for the bath anyway. We improvised but it was brown water bath. It was a great location and enjoyed several walks into the médulas and had a great day out in Ponferrada & swimming in the lake, and enjoyed the mining tunnels at Orellan. The sunsets and sky were lovely from the hotel. The breakfast and evening meals were very good at hotel.

Soy una persona con movilidad reducida y me desplazo en silla de ruedas y necesitaba una habitación lo más accesible posible y me dieron una que no tuviera barreras para mí minusvalía La habitación limpia muy grande y con buenas vistas una pena el incendio del pasado año, hay que hacer turismo en la zona que hace falta para preservar Las Médulas Personalmente me facilitaron todo para que la estancia fuera excelente incluso me estendieron el check out especial atención por parte del dueño facilitandome hasta el ascensor a la planta baja. Gracias y volveré con más tiempo a lás Médulas
