The hotel does not look like the photos and is on the run down side for the price paid. I was given ‘disposable’ towels, essentially large paper towels to dry off. This was not a good experience. The gentleman working the front desk was very kind though.

地下鉄駅からとても近く、周りには コインランドリー、早朝よりやってるファミレス、コンビニ、夕飯向きの店等何でも有って 便利でした。 また空港行きのバス「A21」のバス停も とても近く帰りも楽ちんでした。

Room was covered in black mould. All on the walls and in the bathroom. I contacted Expedia to tell them and was offered to leave and get a refund or stay and get a coupon. The staff moved me to another room which was equally as bad as the first. The second room I was moved to had black mould on the wall by the bed and they had covered it up with a sheet of translucent plastic. The walls were cracked and mouldy and the whole building was dilapidated. The staff said that the building was 10 years old - the age of the building doesn’t matter, it has not been maintained at all. This was extremely expensive for what it was. Under the bed was not cleaned at all. There were left over socks and underwear. Also the USB sockets did not work.

The staff were nice and courteous. We stayed in a private room for three people. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable and the room was not very clean. We even found a cockroach under our bed. There was no regular housekeeping service, aside from emptying the garbage bin and providing disposable towels. We chose not to use the disposable towels and had to purchase our own towels for the entire stay. Only one elevator was operational throughout our stay, which made getting around the building very inconvenient. The property is not located in the best neighborhood, though it was acceptable. Due to a last-minute booking during the Christmas holiday period, the price was not particularly cheap. While the accommodation may appear to offer reasonable value for money, we would likely choose a hotel instead for our next stay.
