Tranquille, propre, c’est comme un airbnb. Personne sur place. J’aurais aimé voir plus tôt dans mon séjour qu’il y avait d’autre serviettes de cacher dans le haut du garde robe dans un sac. J’aurais pas eu à faire un lavage. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. Moppe et chaudière mais pas de balais. Planche à repasser mais pas de fer. Oreiller trop mince. Bon dans l’ensemble nous avons aimé notre séjour.

There aren't enough words to describe how bad this experience, what we had of one, was. I booked a room weeks before our trip last week (May 5-7, 2026), based on reviews, pictures online and reasonable price. Reviews must have been written by the property, pictures were completely misleading relative to how the property was when we arrived (terrible condition). They send you a code to get into the room (no office or personnel on site). After trying it 10 times to no avail, I called the number they give you for help. Guy tried to help by giving me a new code. 10 more tries, couldn't open door. He gave me a code for the key lock box next to the door. That didn't work. Never even got into the room. Decided I'd had enough, given the condition of the property and inability to get into the room. Spent an hour on the phone with Hotel.com to try to get a refund (had to find a new hotel right away, obviously), who informed me they'd have to send a request to the property team for their refund approval. By the next morning, I got an email that the request had been turned down. So I'm out the money, for a room we couldn't enter. Great Escape is obviously more interested in making a few hundred dollars than taking care of a truly dissatisfied customer. Stay away from this property in Lauderdale or any managed by Great Escape by Lowki.

not sanitary (various reasons) and substandard plumbing

chegamos no quarto e a porta não queria abrir até descobrimos o "segredo". A cozinha estava fedendo a urina, um nojo, a geladeira estav aimunda, com restos de comida e marcas de produtos que escorreram, O quarto e a sala cheios de areia, o sofá cheio de farelo, os colchões moles. Péssima experiência pelo valor. Não vale nem $50 dólares a diária.
