Small rooms, no wardrobe, small bathroom (wetroom) as no closed shower space. Restricted coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, but with relatively slow service… Gym was small and usually crowded. This hotel is overrated. I think it is maximally three stars. Rooms are too small, bathrooms even smaller. Shower in the bathroom is not closed one, so water is splashing all over the bathroom. There is no wardrobe or shelves where you can unpack your bags, so everything stays in the suitcases. Free coffee is very restricted to two coffee sachets per day per room. Staff are friendly, but a bit slow on the restaurant side. Swimming pool is indoor with two saunas, but there were few unruly families whose children were freely screaming and splashing out water and playing like swimming pool is their own. Staff did not react when we warned them that house rules should be followed. Breakfast is great and rich, with separate eggs station and choice of savoury and sweet delices, but limited to filter coffee only and 1 coffee only from the bar per person (second one would be charged). Gym is small with only few exercising machines and gets easily crowded. Overall hotel is overpriced.

Beautiful hotel with the best view. The check in was fast. The hotel has spa and dinning area. The breakfast is included and it’s amazing with many options. The hotel also has game room area with the billiard. The service can be hit or miss. Generally the staff is friendly but service can at times be slow because it gets busy during breakfast time. Overall we had a great stay and I would only recommend to stay at this hotel if you in the region.

Ich würde dringend empfehlen die Teppiche vor den Aufzügen zu entfernen. Sie sind Stolperfalle, Schmutzfänger und mit Rollkoffer einfach nur hinderlich. Selbst die Angestellten scheinen davon genervt zu sein. Was leider nicht gut ist, ist die Organisation beim Service im Restaurant. Das gilt für jede Tageszeit. Es steht immer schmutziges Geschirr herum, will man einen Tisch muss man diesen immer selbst abräumen. Entweder gibt es zu wenig Serviceangestellte oder sie sind schlecht organisiert. Für ein so schönes Haus einfach nur enttäuschend.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Completely overpaid for what you get. It is not modern, but a 60-70 year old building. The ceiling in the room is very low, the bed is made of metal and looks like a prison. We didn't need the air conditioning because the ventilation panel was very dusty and dirty. You get a 3-star service for a 5-star price. The only beer available cost an unbelievable USD 8.30 for 33cl. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am and you have to queue for a long time because all the guests want breakfast early. I strongly recommend the owner to go to a hotel management school!

When she understood that I was dissatisfied, she turned a deaf ear and would not listen to me as a customer. Steer away!

Rooms Hotel in Kazbegi is a great place to stay when in Kazbegi. The view, the location and the overall vibe are out of this world. The rooms are not very well maintained considering the price per night at this hotel, but it’s cleaned and equipped. The lobby, the restaurant and the terrace are all nice places to chill, eat and have a drink. It’s a beautiful hotel and highly recommended when in Kazbegi.

Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. Das Frühstück ist großartig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Es ist wirklich ein ganz besonderes Hotel. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war leider nicht so cool. Mit der Dusche setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Das ist nicht wirklich durchdacht. Aber ansonsten war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Great property and friendly staff. Food and drinks are excellent. Tons of options at breakfast. AC did not work in the room (although there was a thermostat) however we opened the doors at night to allow cool air in (late May). This worked for us however during peak summer, not sure if that would have been sufficient. Also, room did not have a Tv which I found surprising for hotel of this caliber.

The hotel view is so amazing but the service is a bit disappointed. We are group of 3 people so on the check in time my extra bed was not yet added , the reception informed me that the house keeper will add later but it took an hours and I have to remind the reception again. When the housekeeper later came to my room , she was bit rude to set up the extra bed with bad manner speaking the local language which I don’t understand but knew from the body language and facial expression . The 2 pool staffs also not welcome as well. The best thing from this hotel is the Amazing view.

We loved our two night stay at Rooms Kazbegi. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The vast main space off the lobby and eating areas have outstanding views of Mt. Kazbegi. As well as lovely and luxurious array of seating areas to enjoy that view, a drink, or read a book. The rooms feel just a dated but very comfortable. We had the forest view and really loved it. We rarely spend time in the hotel sitting areas, but this hotel was an exception with their indoor and outdoor areas both beautiful and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The views from the property are spectacular. The breakfast was “laid on”: chef cooking eggs; variety of salads & fruit including strawberries and varieties ham cheeses etc Even in bad weather there were board games and plenty of seating.

Part of the VIP access is a BOTTLE of wine. In the past the give you a full bottle. Now they give you a tiny personal bottle not enough for the two people in the room. Consider this is the country of wine!!! Not good.

The large windows and patio along the side of the hotel were ideal for beautiful views of Mt. Kazbegi and the town of stepantsminda. Had a great massage and facial at the spa. But the rooms were very dark. There is an on-site restaurant which was very convenient with a great breakfast but the food for other meals was horribly disappointing. Eat dinner elsewhere.
