We had a pleasant stay. I had problem getting to the property bcuz it’s behind a Japanese restaurant and parking is difficult to find since we don’t know where the hotel is. Once we got to the hotel and the receptionist told us where to park, everything is great.

Great location right in the city center within walking distance of main activities. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Room was big and comfortabel. Breakfast is good but with limited options. There is no private parking, however there are alternatives (street parking) at cost within walking distance.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na praça central da cidade antiga. Bom atendimento, quarto muito confortável e novo. Hotel com elevador novo (o que é raro na parte antiga das cidades). Os funcionários são educados e cordiais. A entrada é por um restaurante japonês, o que dificulta encontrar o hotel ( deveria ser mencionado na reserva).

What a cool spot in the walled city. The staff was friendly and made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was great. If you're on an extended road trip through the country and you're renting a car, you will have to park outside the walled city. It's not hard but you will be better off to just bring you overnight clothes with you and leave the rest of your large bag at the car. It's safe and the walk to the hotel is easy and flat.

A lovely small boutique hotel recommended by an acquaintance who had stayed here. Our bedroom and bath were spacious. Air conditioning worked well (weather was pretty hot), staff personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. Breakfast was incredible, delicious homemade breads, fresh fruits, eggs prepared by request. Great location for exploring Zadar; pay parking is available a few blocks away and we were fortunate that it wasn’t raining when we transported luggage (there was a real storm later, light and thunder and hard rain). Absolutely would stay here again!!

Perfect location in Zadar Old Town. Right next to the Main Street but still quiet at night. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was really tasty. It had an elevator!! This was a gem after walking so many steps and hills in our trip through Dalmatia. The Old Town does not allow cars, but the hotel is close to one of the gates, so it’s easy to carry your luggage.

This was a lovely property right in the heart of old town Zadar. The staff was great and our breakfast was delicious. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and the handle to the door came off in my hand so maintenance might check on these two things but I’d stay here again!

Excellent hotel for our stay in Zadar. Spacious, clean, and very helpful staff. They truly went our of their way to accommodate our last minute request. Hotel is right on the main street, plenty of shopping and restaurants.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was so helpful with dinner reservations and getting a taxi at a fair price. The room was big,clean, modern and beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised when the house keeper had our room cleaned while we were at breakfast without asking her to do so. Kudos to her for a job well done. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. Those were the best lattes in Croatia and we have been here 2 weeks. Can't say enough about this hotel we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel. The location was right in old Town. The ferry is about a 10 minute walk and the bus station about 20 minutes. Lots of shops and restaurants really close.

Great location - right in heart of old Zadar. Staff very helpful. Fantastic breakfast included. Very good value overall. Does require a short walk from car as parking is on ring road around the city centre. But only took 3-4 mins. Weirdly the climate controls in the three rooms we rented were all broken, making room temperature adjustments difficult.

Disappointing stay at the hotel. Although the room was large, it was very dark with just one small window, the air conditioning did not work well, some noise from the street below and the decor, while modern, is already dated. The staff was largely indifferent and the breakfast was a shamble. Terrible service and poor quality overall. Poor value for money overall.

Nena welcomed us and went above and beyond to help us with the parking (actually she came with us to check on our car), also helped us with information about a marathon going on and showed us how to avoid the street closures. She is extremely helpful, kind and patient.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na praça central da cidade antiga. Bom atendimento, quarto muito confortável e novo. Hotel com elevador novo (o que é raro na parte antiga das cidades). Os funcionários são educados e cordiais. A entrada é por um restaurante japonês, o que dificulta encontrar o hotel ( deveria ser mencionado na reserva).

What a cool spot in the walled city. The staff was friendly and made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was great. If you're on an extended road trip through the country and you're renting a car, you will have to park outside the walled city. It's not hard but you will be better off to just bring you overnight clothes with you and leave the rest of your large bag at the car. It's safe and the walk to the hotel is easy and flat.

Excellent hotel for our stay in Zadar. Spacious, clean, and very helpful staff. They truly went our of their way to accommodate our last minute request. Hotel is right on the main street, plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location in Zadar Old Town. Right next to the Main Street but still quiet at night. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was really tasty. It had an elevator!! This was a gem after walking so many steps and hills in our trip through Dalmatia. The Old Town does not allow cars, but the hotel is close to one of the gates, so it’s easy to carry your luggage.

Great location - right in heart of old Zadar. Staff very helpful. Fantastic breakfast included. Very good value overall. Disappointing stay at the hotel. Although the room was large, it was very dark with just one small window, the air conditioning did not work well, some noise from the street below and the decor, while modern, is already dated. The staff was largely indifferent and the breakfast was a shamble. Terrible service and poor quality overall. Poor value for money overall.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders der Herr bei dem wir eingecheckt haben. Das Zimmer war sauber. Leider war die Einrichtung teilweise veraltet (z.B. der Fernseher) und das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört sowohl die anderen Gäste im Hotel und auch das Geschehen in der Gasse vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist à la carte und eine nette Geste. Die Dame im Service war nett, die Ausführung der Speisen war aber unterschiedlich. Der O-Saft super künstlich und der „Bäckerkorb“ wurde seinem Namen leider keineswegs gerecht. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt okay, für uns stimmte aber das Preisleistungsverhältnis keinesfalls. Mehr als 150€ für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, wäre es uns nicht wert.

Great location, and the lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Room was really big and clean. Even so, the high rating this hotel gets is a surprise. Other than the check-in lady the rest of the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The room had a lot of tiny problems like a air conditioner display brighter than the sun that couldn't be turned off, thin walls so every door closing in the hotel sounded like it was in your room, black out curtains that didn't block the edges of the lights, and a noisy location. Worst of all was the breakfast. Confusing menu, no staff around to take the order, no explanation of the confusing menu. Then the food itself was stale croissant, weird Benedict sauce, forgotten orange juice, average coffee. Edible but only just. It's a perfectly ok hotel, especially if you want the location but the pictures make it look very fancy and it is definitely not that. The stock photos of the breakfast is especially wrong.

Very central location and entirely relaxing stay (very much needed given August heat and heavy Zadar tourist traffic). Room was very spacious, calming, bed very comfortable, bathroom generously sized and everything worked. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very generous. A bit or a luxury/pricey, but would seek to stay again.
