We liked the breakfast buffet, the choices were tasty and the staff was helpful. The fitness center is nice but there are no restroom facilities for the fitness or the pool area. The room was spacious, but we found it worn, dirty, and noisy, and the room temperature was either too hot or too cold.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property looked clean and well maintained. Rooms were nice. Only issues were the breakfasts provided were lackluster. They ran out of most things hours before service ended. At times it was just eggs and toast. In addition to their rate they were charging $15 a day to park. I will probably think about booking with a competitor if I come back to this area.

Not a great location, really no restaurants or bars anywhere near, wish I would have chosen downtown. Miss the reception hours that Residence's used to do. And 15 a night for parking, in a hotel that is basically in the middle of open fields. The room was not clean, my Keurig did not work, lots of ants, subpar breakfast, light in closet area did not work, odd shower / bathroom setup. Staff was nice, but just not up to what I have experienced before at Residence Inns. Bed was not made once in my 7 night stay....

Our bathroom only had one shower door. So all the water would get the bathroom floor soaked due to the other half missing. We had to pay parking at the hotel $15.00 a night. Parking is not free even though you booked a room .

Staff was so welcoming and kind the entire stay! I always prefer a Marriott but this particular one is definitely my top favorite! I will for sure be coming back for a relaxing weekend again! Safe area, well lit parking, amazing spacious room, breakfast, gym, pool area, and a Rare Magical Team of staff I was very impressed!

We were treated poorly; the property was dirty. Very bad smell in the hallway. We booked another hotel across the way, Garden Hilton Inn, and stayed there and lost money in the room at Residence Inn which was a horrible experience.. Very disappointing. The sister hotel across the street… fabulous and super clean and A on friendliness and helpful. They felt bad for us.

Elevator and entrance to room smell to marijuana, booked for my family with a 3 month old baby a non smoking room and as soon as i opened the room it smell heavy to cigarrette. Also they trying to charge twice my room(already paid at expedia) then they ask for a 15usd per nigth to park the car...terrible. hoping to cancell my next 7 days here. Came from Home2, too big difference

Good hotel but the bedroom was hot and the livingroom was so cold. It usually isnt a problem so it must be the thermostat or something that im sure can be repaired easily. The beds are always very comfortable and I like the full kitchen. The breakfast there is usually very good and I was very disappointed by the lack of meat or even scrambeled eggs this last time. I still like the hotel but I hope they get the hot breakfast choices back like they should be by the next time I am in town

There are lots of dairy farms around the area. So the outside smells of cow fart! Inside, showers flood the bathroom. we changed the rooms, but had the same issue. Spoke to front desk, they informed that all showers have the same design. Apparently, this is the biggest complaint from most of the guests

There are lots of dairy farms around the area. So the outside smells of cow fart! Inside, showers flood the bathroom. we changed the rooms, but had the same issue. Spoke to front desk, they informed that all showers have the same design. Apparently, this is the biggest complaint from most of the guests

We liked the breakfast buffet, the choices were tasty and the staff was helpful. The fitness center is nice but there are no restroom facilities for the fitness or the pool area. The room was spacious, but we found it worn, dirty, and noisy, and the room temperature was either too hot or too cold.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property looked clean and well maintained. Rooms were nice. Only issues were the breakfasts provided were lackluster. They ran out of most things hours before service ended. At times it was just eggs and toast. In addition to their rate they were charging $15 a day to park. I will probably think about booking with a competitor if I come back to this area.

Good hotel with courteous staff. It is nice to have a bigger room with a kitchen when we are working out of town. The breakfast was a little disappointing but overall we had a great stay.

My room was beautiful. Air conditioning worked wonderfully which was great because it was so hot outside. Everything was great except for the shower, and the breakfast. The shower design leads to a lot of water on the floor outside the shower which did not feel very safe. The breakfast was lackluster, not very many options especially for drinks, things were running out, and the taste of items was not great.

This is such a nice hotel. Clean and contemporary. The staff were incredibly friendly. I wish the breakfast service had some additional options such as nut milks and peanut butter and maybe some more fruit. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here.

It was pretty clean. Breakfast provided isn't very good quality. Not the hotel's fault, but the area is just so hot in the summertime and our car got infested with ants from the parking lot.

Good hotel but the bedroom was hot and the livingroom was so cold. It usually isnt a problem so it must be the thermostat or something that im sure can be repaired easily. The beds are always very comfortable and I like the full kitchen. The breakfast there is usually very good and I was very disappointed by the lack of meat or even scrambeled eggs this last time. I still like the hotel but I hope they get the hot breakfast choices back like they should be by the next time I am in town

I can understand such charges in downtown locations or areas with limited parking, but it did not feel justified here. Only 3 towels were provided for 4 guests, even after repeated requests. The housekeeping staff mentioned that no extra towels were available because the property was fully occupied. As a result, we had to share towels throughout our 3-day stay, which was quite inconvenient. Items like cream cheese, butter, marmalade, etc. at breakfast were kept inside the chef’s area, and every time we needed them, we had to knock on the door and ask for them. This felt uncomfortable and inconvenient. Apart from these issues, the property was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and respectful.
