We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute. clean and comfortable home. Everything we neeeded was provided. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the recliner sofa to watch the very large TV. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Ranisha our host was very accomodating and accessible via the app. We would definitely stay here again.

This house has so much potential, but it needs TLC (“tender loving care”). Some parts looked unfinished (such as paint around switch plates), and a closet that was not locked had miscellaneous stuff stored in it as did a kitchen drawer and lower cabinet. Many food items in one of the kitchen cabinets were past their sell-by date, some more than a year. Though listed as accommodating 8 guests, there wasn’t enough silverware for 8 - plastic utensils made up the shortage, nor could we fit all 7 of us at the dining room table at the same time. There were enough beds for 6 guests, but for an additional 1 or 2 there was an air mattress which we happened to find ourselves stashed behind the couch. The backyard was quite sizable and had a fire pit which adds a nice touch. Ample coffee (K cups) was provided as well as soap and shampoo. A dishwasher would have been nice to have, but truthfully I’m not sure there is room for one (lower cabinet space would be sacrificed.) It was great having a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. As I eluded to earlier, this house will be a true diamond in the rough once it gets the care it deserves. Even with its flaws, I was comfortable.

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. We didn’t have any issues with the house, everything was clean & tidy and the accommodations matched the photos & description Ranisha was responsive and provided a lot of info prior to check-in, so we didn’t have any issues accessing the home. The backyard fire pit was a nice touch and the neighborhood is quiet even during the daytime. Some of the previous reviews mentioned damages to the wall/bad furniture but we didn’t encounter any of that so it must have been fixed recently. The house isn’t too far from downtown Savannah and several restaurants and stores are in quick driving distance so everything that we needed was convenient to us.

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and not that far from downtown city of Savannah. There are stores(grocery pharmacy gas stations) nearby The house itself is a cute and clean 3/2(no garage...but a nice long driveway for at least 3 cars!! The inside is neat and tidy! Small stocked kitchen comfy living room and dinng room furniture. Bedrooms are clean as was both bathrooms......I would definitely book this house again

The property is nice for the price. The owner is not responsive to message sent through VRBO app. Also, there are baby locks on EVERYTHING so it isn’t real clear as to what you can use and what you cannot. Washer and dryer and that lock so we assumed we could t use it. When the owner finally responded, we found out we could. Overall the stay was good.

Location was great, 15 minutes to the beach or downtown and surrounded by restaurants and shops. House was clean and neat. Even though our group was all adults, the house was set up to accommodate kids. Goid experience.

This was a very reasonable place to stay. It was impeccably clean with plenty of room for people to lounge about. We loved that there were plenty of kitchen appliances, pots and pans and an assortment of common spices and coffee to use in the kitchen. There was quiet outside seating in the backyard and the outside lawns were perfectly manicured. We selected a great place to stay!

Reserved for two nights-house advertised that it sleeps 8, so I was under the impression that we can have up to 8 people staying at the house. At first it was just two of us, but it ended up that there was a total of four of us. The property owner informed us that there will be an additional charge of an extra $50 per person per night, so an additional $200. I did look over the description on Vrbo and it states that there is an additional charge for additional people....but not that the advertised price is only for 2 people. If the house is listed for sleeping 8....does that not mean that the price is for up to 8 people? There is only a statement in the VrBo section "Property owner may charge extra for additional people". DECIVING. Also stated in the description that "Breakfast Provided". There was no Breakfast provided. The house is in need of repair, multiple holes in walls, dining room floor has a tear, trim missing in multiple places, mattresses are old and lumpy. I would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Savannah and Tybee. Quiet neighborhood, the kids enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the street. Close to grocery store, Target and a movie theater with cushioned, reclining seats. Something to know, everything in the house is kinda loud at night - might be an issue for a light sleeper. Also, for our group of 5 there were only 3 chairs for the dining room table. We like to eat together and this was kind of awkward. Overall we truly enjoyed it!!

Beautiful home, comfortable, quiet area Any and everything is within driving distance. We will stay again next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute. clean and comfortable home. Everything we neeeded was provided. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the recliner sofa to watch the very large TV. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Ranisha our host was very accomodating and accessible via the app. We would definitely stay here again.

Property manager was mostly helpful though the information exchange leading to the eventual execution of the rental was spotty. Old pans, broken furniture, subpar bathroom facilities.

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. We didn’t have any issues with the house, everything was clean & tidy and the accommodations matched the photos & description Ranisha was responsive and provided a lot of info prior to check-in, so we didn’t have any issues accessing the home. The backyard fire pit was a nice touch and the neighborhood is quiet even during the daytime. Some of the previous reviews mentioned damages to the wall/bad furniture but we didn’t encounter any of that so it must have been fixed recently. The house isn’t too far from downtown Savannah and several restaurants and stores are in quick driving distance so everything that we needed was convenient to us.

The property is nice for the price. The owner is not responsive to message sent through VRBO app. Also, there are baby locks on EVERYTHING so it isn’t real clear as to what you can use and what you cannot. Washer and dryer and that lock so we assumed we could t use it. When the owner finally responded, we found out we could. Overall the stay was good.

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and not that far from downtown city of Savannah. There are stores(grocery pharmacy gas stations) nearby The house itself is a cute and clean 3/2(no garage...but a nice long driveway for at least 3 cars!! The inside is neat and tidy! Small stocked kitchen comfy living room and dinng room furniture. Bedrooms are clean as was both bathrooms......I would definitely book this house again

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Savannah and Tybee. Quiet neighborhood, the kids enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the street. Close to grocery store, Target and a movie theater with cushioned, reclining seats. Something to know, everything in the house is kinda loud at night - might be an issue for a light sleeper. Also, for our group of 5 there were only 3 chairs for the dining room table. We like to eat together and this was kind of awkward. Overall we truly enjoyed it!!

I have nothing bad to say about our experience the few days we stayed at this property. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood. A few miles from downtown and River Street. Not far from Tybee Island. My sisters and I had a blast. I would definitely recommend this location. I am looking forward to coming back later this year if available for the dates I need.

We enjoyed our stay, Savannah was about 20 minutes away, Hilton head airport was 30 minutes away. A very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful.

Location was great, 15 minutes to the beach or downtown and surrounded by restaurants and shops. House was clean and neat. Even though our group was all adults, the house was set up to accommodate kids. Goid experience.

This house has so much potential, but it needs TLC (“tender loving care”). Some parts looked unfinished (such as paint around switch plates), and a closet that was not locked had miscellaneous stuff stored in it as did a kitchen drawer and lower cabinet. Many food items in one of the kitchen cabinets were past their sell-by date, some more than a year. Though listed as accommodating 8 guests, there wasn’t enough silverware for 8 - plastic utensils made up the shortage, nor could we fit all 7 of us at the dining room table at the same time. There were enough beds for 6 guests, but for an additional 1 or 2 there was an air mattress which we happened to find ourselves stashed behind the couch. The backyard was quite sizable and had a fire pit which adds a nice touch. Ample coffee (K cups) was provided as well as soap and shampoo. A dishwasher would have been nice to have, but truthfully I’m not sure there is room for one (lower cabinet space would be sacrificed.) It was great having a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. As I eluded to earlier, this house will be a true diamond in the rough once it gets the care it deserves. Even with its flaws, I was comfortable.

Reserved for two nights-house advertised that it sleeps 8, so I was under the impression that we can have up to 8 people staying at the house. At first it was just two of us, but it ended up that there was a total of four of us. The property owner informed us that there will be an additional charge of an extra $50 per person per night, so an additional $200. I did look over the description on Vrbo and it states that there is an additional charge for additional people....but not that the advertised price is only for 2 people. If the house is listed for sleeping 8....does that not mean that the price is for up to 8 people? There is only a statement in the VrBo section "Property owner may charge extra for additional people". DECIVING. Also stated in the description that "Breakfast Provided". There was no Breakfast provided. The house is in need of repair, multiple holes in walls, dining room floor has a tear, trim missing in multiple places, mattresses are old and lumpy. I would not stay here again.

This was a very reasonable place to stay. It was impeccably clean with plenty of room for people to lounge about. We loved that there were plenty of kitchen appliances, pots and pans and an assortment of common spices and coffee to use in the kitchen. There was quiet outside seating in the backyard and the outside lawns were perfectly manicured. We selected a great place to stay!

Great central location, in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Savannah, Quick access to hop on the interstate to go to St. Simons or Jekyll for the day. If you go there for a day trip eat at Ole' Tyme County Buffett the food is AMAZING . Also alot of quick food close to house for quick grabs if you don't wanna cook.

We only needed a place to sleep and a place to have breakfast. This property was perfect for that. I was a little confused when the Vrbo agreement said check in was 4pm and check out was 11am. Then received a note from the property manager indicating that check in was 5pm and check out was 10am. When I responded asking for clarification I do not get a response.

For beginners the address numbers on the rotting mailbox post was half gone. Two dead cockroaches in my bedroom. When I opened the closet to hang up my clothes, it was filled with children’s toys. The place looks like a daycare center for children, and rented the place for the weekend. There were toys all over inside and outside of the house if saw it you be shocked. The teflon frying pan was so filthy grimy. We couldn’t even use them. Coffee pot did not work. Both bathrooms had exterior Plumbing coming from sink cabinets to supply water to the toilets. All pipes in the walls were loose in the showers and shaking. The only good thing I could say is the air conditioner worked. This had to be my worst experience ever renting a home. Even the wood floors were loose and raised in some areas. My wife tripped and fell. Luckily she didn’t get hurt. if you could only see the pictures and videos. I will be asking for a refund!!

The host was very responsive right before we arrived and when we arrived when messaging through the app. However, wasn’t responsive at all after 24 hours of being there. The home was in a good location and there was plenty of room for the six of us. My family and I had a fantastic time in Savannah, GA.
