Die Unterkunft ist hell, sauber, gemütlich und sicher. Die Nächte waren ruhig- kein Straßenlärm o.ä. Sicherer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Le logement est tres bien agencé et tranquile. Les chambres et deux salles de bains parfait. Un balcon agréable. Facile de se garer devant. Par contre, la moquette dans tout l appartement n'est vraiment pas propre, machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas

After a 7 hr flight and 1hr 45 mins drive from Heathrow, I was looking forward to relaxing and catching some sleep. To my dismay, the apartment was not cleaned after previous users, so no beds made, and sheets and towels were everywhere. I contacted the management and they did offer to send someone by 8pm (2.5 hrs wait) to come and clean the room. What was i supposed to do during this time. So I asked to cancel my booking and asked for full refund. Not a great first experience

The furniture was beat up and the carpet is disgusting. Took a plate out of the cupboard and it had been put I there without being washed (still had butter and jam on it!). All cutlery looked dirty so washed anything before I used it. Water was hot at least, heating worked fine, and bedding seemed clean, but overall the place just felt beat up and dirty unfortunately. Had issues with parking too, and the lights in the hallway never worked so had to walk up/down 3 flights of stairs in the dark, and when i message the management company they never responded. Also the front door was wide open every time I went down stairs..so a security concern. We paid for 2 nights but honestly would not have stayed a second night if I could have got my money back.
