Hard to find a place for 10+ adults nowadays but this one fit the bill perfectly. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood and 3 condos close enough to feel like one place. Thanks for letting us stay!

Came out with a big group to celebrate my 30th birthday. The condos are very well stocked and comfortable, and the location is great (very close to Trader Joe’s and an easy walk to the main drag of pacific beach). We were a little worried about the noise ordinance stuff but it ended up just fine - plus it’s located on a very busy street which is also loud. Would recommend to anyone looking for a big group! Maybe book directly through AvantStay to save a bit of money. Their customer service was great too.

Great place to stay. Had a large (15+) family and each person had a bed to sleep in! Downside was the parking. Only room for small vehicles in the garage. Overall, had everything we needed.

We had a family reunion with 25 of us. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was great! Close to stores, beach, and many fun places. We had a great time!
