Oxana was extremely responsive to our every need and the property was better than advertised. Very clean, well organized and the two laundry rooms and two kitchens were a nice bonus. 5 stars!

We had a wedding in the area so that is why we chose this VRBO. It was as described with 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and parking was easy. We would stay here again.

My parents, sister-in-law, niece, daughter and I stayed at this lovely property in Little Washington for a couple of nights at the end of March. We rented the entire house which consists of a two bedroom apartment with one and a half baths along with a one bedroom with an additional bathroom. There is a door inside that connects the two units. There were also two kitchens in this case. We mainly used the larger kitchen which is part of the 1-bedroom apartment. The cottage was so thoughtfully appointed with spices, some welcome snacks, even some coffee and tea, along with all of the usual cleaning, cooking supplies, and linens. The beds were comfortable. The heating/cooling was excellent. We were able to put the two small tables together to form one big table for meals and games. We were extremely comfortable.The location is also great as it is in the town of Little Washington which is very quaint and historic, and really a lovely place to spend a relaxing weekend. Our host Oxana was so gracious to take us on a mini-tour of the little town which we really appreciated. It was very easy to communicate with her. The location is also 15 minutes away from the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah which was why we were there. It was so much more comfortable for our group to stay at this cottage than staying in 2-3 separate rooms with no kitchen at one of the lodges in the park. I highly recommend staying here if you are interested in touring any of the nearby sights!

The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.

This is a lovely home that has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. You are also provided nice extras like 2 Kitchens, snacks, water, Coffee, Kleenex Tissues, Luxurious towels and bedding, great lighting in the bathroom and wonderful shower heads. You are in a very pretty area in the Virginia countryside. If you want to splurge on a Michelin 3* restaurant - the Inn at Little Washington is a 5 minute walk. They also have a more casual dining option called Patti O's across the street. You also are close to Shenandoah National park for beautiful scenery and hiking options. Jeff and Oxana are very helpful and responsive. You will thoroughly enjoy your visit.

My spouse and parents were having dinner at the Inn and found this gem. It’s an old house with some fun quirks, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts stocked it nicely and it was a great location for dinner at the Inn and walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely go back.

Excellent location right next to the inn, very clean and comfortable with many small details to make you feel welcome. Host is fabulous and friendly she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. So glad she shares this amazing property. Highly recommended!

We booked this property as a place for my in-laws, sister in law, and my sister to stay for our son's wedding at the Inn at Little Washington. Communication with the owner before arrival was always timely and excellent. The owners accommodated the needs of my elderly in-laws for an early check in. The house was immaculate, and the location was perfect for them because it was so close to the Inn.

We chose this listing because they allowed pets. The location was perfect within walking distance to shopping and dinners. There were many wineries within a short drive. Despite it being a very hot weekend, the house was nice and cool. We were made to feel welcome by the hosts and would definitely return for another great weekend.

This charming house was a perfect place to stay when dining at The Restaurant at Blue Rock and also Houndstooth in Huntley, VA. One evening we stayed in and the two! kitchens provided everything we needed. The bed and bedding were terrific. It was just the two of us, but the house can handle many more with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
This charming house was a perfect place to stay when dining at The Restaurant at Blue Rock and also Houndstooth in Huntley, VA. What a great place to stay in Little Washington! Wonderful location right downtown within easy walking distance of everything. Very comfortable accommodations for six adults. I would highly recommend this property!

The cottage was so thoughtfully appointed with spices, some welcome snacks, even some coffee and tea, along with all of the usual cleaning, cooking supplies, and linens. The beds were comfortable. The heating/cooling was excellent. We were able to put the two small tables together to form one big table for meals and games. We were extremely comfortable.The location is also great as it is in the town of Little Washington which is very quaint and historic, and really a lovely place to spend a relaxing weekend. Our host Oxana was so gracious to take us on a mini-tour of the little town which we really appreciated. It was very easy to communicate with her. The location is also 15 minutes away from the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah which was why we were there. It was so much more comfortable for our group to stay at this cottage than staying in 2-3 separate rooms with no kitchen at one of the lodges in the park. I highly recommend staying here if you are interested in touring any of the nearby sights!

Communication with the owner before arrival was always timely and excellent. The owners accommodated the needs of my elderly in-laws for an early check in. The house was immaculate, and the location was perfect for them because it was so close to the Inn.

Oxana met us and helped my 95 yo mother into the most adorable clean welcoming house within walking distance to the Inn at Little Washington. She had lots of warm blankets to snuggle under, 3 comfortable beds, 2 kitchens!!! It was PERFECT

The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.

We had a wedding in the area so that is why we chose this VRBO. It was as described with 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and parking was easy. We would stay here again.

My parents, sister-in-law, niece, daughter and I stayed at this lovely property in Little Washington for a couple of nights at the end of March. We rented the entire house which consists of a two bedroom apartment with one and a half baths along with a one bedroom with an additional bathroom. This charming house was a perfect place to stay when dining at The Restaurant at Blue Rock and also Houndstooth in Huntley, VA. One evening we stayed in and the two! kitchens provided everything we needed. The bed and bedding were terrific. It was just the two of us, but the house can handle many more with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

My spouse and parents were having dinner at the Inn and found this gem. It’s an old house with some fun quirks, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts stocked it nicely and it was a great location for dinner at the Inn and walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely go back.

This is a lovely home that has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. You are also provided nice extras like 2 Kitchens, snacks, water, Coffee, Kleenex Tissues, Luxurious towels and bedding, great lighting in the bathroom and wonderful shower heads. You are in a very pretty area in the Virginia countryside. If you want to splurge on a Michelin 3* restaurant - the Inn at Little Washington is a 5 minute walk. They also have a more casual dining option called Patti O's across the street. You also are close to Shenandoah National park for beautiful scenery and hiking options. Jeff and Oxana are very helpful and responsive. You will thoroughly enjoy your visit.

The 353 Calvert Street property is a real gem. Location, location, location - in the heart to Washington, VA. Spacious living room for lively discussions. Seats outside when the weather is nice. Welcoming treats in the kitchen. Grand ambiance yet country charm. Can't go wrong with this one!
