We stayed at Mövenpick for a week with our toddler, and all we can say is wow, wow, wow! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From arrival, we felt welcomed with a refreshing drink and cool towel. The buffet breakfast became a highlight—we ended up eating there every morning. There was great variety, from an egg station and fresh juice bar to waffles and both healthy and indulgent options, plus subtle colour coding for vegan dishes. The kids’ breakfast area was a standout, with child-friendly plates, cups, and cutlery. Our toddler loved helping herself. Staff were always warm, patient, and attentive—even with the occasional spill (sorry again!). The daily chocolate hour was also a fun bonus. Dinner at Khum Hom (in the Bangkok Michelin Guide) was a highlight. The fried chicken was a hit with our toddler, and we loved the duck curry and soft shell crab. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of deck chairs, food and drink service, and a shallow section for kids. We also used the walking track for pram naps and the gym. There are two play areas, including the “Teddy Bear Room,” which our toddler adored. Our room was spacious, with thoughtful touches like a sleep noise machine, complimentary water, and rubber duckies for bath time. The location is excellent, with YOLO Forest, Starbucks, Central Embassy, and Central Chidlom nearby, plus Siam Paragon and CentralWorld a short ride away. Overall, Mövenpick exceeded our expectations—we can’t wait to return.
