The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was horrible. We requested a ground floor room because my husband has bone cancer. They did not pay attention to our request and put us upstairs. I HAD TO DRAG ALL OUR STUFF UPSTAIRS WITH OUR DOGS, BYMYSELF BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A ELEVATOR.

This is a nice facility and newly renovated. The breakfast was the standard fare but adequate. The only real downside for u was that it doesn’t have an elevator for 2nd floor guests. We would definitely stay there again if we can reserve a room on the 1st floor.

Nice room, very clean. Quiet except you can hear lots of footsteps overhead. Pool currently closed. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, and cereal.

Only reason I got this place and not a different cheaper hotel is because it had a pool…. Well of course wasted my damn money because the pool is closed and the lady that checked us in didn’t even inform us.

Lady at the front was funny and very fast. Loved her. Parking for people with trailers was a nightmare.

On the whole I thought the motel was average at best. I was surprised to see that they had no elevator. It was only two floors but with bad knees, an elevator would have been nice. I think that should have been on their site. I may have chosen another motel had I known.

Check in and out was good. Very friendly. Needs new laundry machines, took forever to dry and washer didn't rinse well.

Location does not have an elevator. I made the mistake of thinking it did after looking over multiple locations. The staff was friendly, the room was clean but climbing up the stairs was brutal for me. If you're not disabled like me, then you'll like that the stairs are also clean.

Older property. The room was spacious but the linens on the bed had stains and were wrinkled as if someone had laid on them. Towels were very dingy and yellowish. We had cleaning products with us and used them before getting rest from our road trip. I Would not stay here again

Sink was not cleaned from previous occupant. Shower put water all over the bathroom floor, soaking clothes and running out the door to room.

The room was not very clean, sink had cracks all over in it, shower had mold on the towel bar and wall was peeling. One pillow case had yellow on it, when the tv wouldn't work I called the front desk and she told me to unplug it and plug it back in, so I had to climb on the small table to reach it. No lights in the sitting area of the suite, pool was closed, NO ELEVATOR. Pros? Water was hot, food was decent. Juice tasted watered down, lol. But great location with restaurants and gas station very close

The room was spacious and clean, good continental breakfast. Good location, close to highway. Wi-Fi works great. Hotel looks clean. Probably there are some people who take care nicely about hotel. Recommend.

As soon as we walked in it smelled of must. The air conditioner wasn’t turned on and it was VERY warm when we came in. The carpet looks dirty and in some places doesn’t reach the edge of the room. The bathroom is overall the cleanest room. The couch, I wouldn’t even sit on it!

Hotel looks newly-renovated, even smells new. Room and linens sparkling clean. Spacious with hair dryer, comfy bed, nice shower. Good breakfast with lots of variety and fresh food. Couldn’t believe all of it came with such a reasonable price! Only drawbacks for me (personal preference): no vending machine with snacks (but a gas station is right across the street) and the fancy coffee machine had lots of latte options but didn’t make very good regular coffee.

Abysmal, room was dirty and building filled with a terrible chemical smell. My elderly mother had a reaction to it and had difficulty breathing. We left and booked a hotel elsewhere. Fortunately my mom recovered the next day. Property declined a refund. Avoid this hotel. Worst I've dealt with in all my domestic and international travel.

Checked in around 10, long day of traveling. As I was waiting for the front desk, she came out with another customer who must not have liked their room and was getting a refund. Didn’t ask the lady why. Got to my room and found a smear of blo*d (edited because it won’t let me post) on the door. Then got inside and found more blo*d stains on the curtain. Only thing I can think of as to why room service missed this is because they are the one with the cut finger?? Sheets had ink stains on it. Was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Told lady in morning but she didn’t offer any compensation for the poor quality. Will not stay here again

Large room with sofa and coffee table along with a desk. Comfortable bed. Nice room.

We had an excellent stay. Very clean and convenient to find food. Staff was very helpful. We didn’t realize there wasn’t an elevator for staying on the second floor but that was really our oversight. The Wi-Fi was also not working but we really didn’t need it for our quick overnight. Otherwise great!

We always try to stay here when we are in Lincoln. It’s always been clean and quiet, and we love that they have ceiling fans in the rooms!

It was a good stay, my only complaint was that the room was extremely humid. The ac was working, it was almost like there was a flood and it was still drying.

Great price. Was the quickest check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Couldn't get the WiFi to work. This was our first stop on a very long road trip.

It was a large, nice clean room. The bed was comfortable. Only issues we had was the tv didn’t work, called and asked for help, they rattled off a lot if instructions for us to do. We couldn’t get it to work so I called again to ask if someone could help us, 15 more minutes went by we finally got it working somehow and no one showed up to help. Also the shower pressure wasn’t good.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved that the bathroom (toilet and shower) were in different room that the vanity sink. Beds and pillows were comfy. Continental breakfast was by ok. Easy access to the interstate..

I always stay at budget hotels, so I see the good, the bad and the ugly. This was probably off-season, but the price was very good. I was really surprised at how high end and luxurious my room was. It felt very safe and secure. The bed was new and comfortable, linens were nice. The room was large and had a seating area. Separate toilet/shower from the vanity which would be nice if there were multiple people staying in the room. Breakfast was generous and good. I complimented the front desk clerk and she said that they've been renovating. I even noticed how warm and modern the paint color was. I'm used to very spartan accommodations and this stay made me feel like I had splurged and paid for an expensive room.

Horrible customer service. We had a reservation for 6 days and arrived a day late because our flight was delayed. When we arrived to the hotel at midnight extremely tired for being 26 hours at an airport, the person at the welcome desk told us our reservation was cancelled for no show and refused to give us any kind of assistance to solve the problem even though I asked her for some kind of guidance. They also refused to provide us with a refund even though we were not able to stay at the hotel

Housekeeping made noise waking people up around 8 or 9. I got in late due to traffic. But,I needed sleep not listening to cleaning and making alot of loud noises.

The staff was excellent. My son forgot his phone and the cleaning staff returned it to you us. The front desk staff was especially pleasant.

Arrived late, but front desk attendant was cheerful & super-helpful! Comfortable beds & GREAT bath towels! Shift change at the front desk and the next person was even nicer than the first! Great value for the price!

Arrived at midnight, having made the reservation on my smartphone in the car about 3 hours previously and forgetting to mention my husband's temporary disability. Walked in with my husband limping using a cane and the first thing the front desk clerk said was, "It looks like a second floor room might be a problem; we don't have an elevator" and promptly switched us, without even asking, from a second floor king to a double double handicapped room on the first floor. The outside door lock near our room was very touchy and sometimes didn't work at all and the breakfast was OK - nothing special, but the beds were good, the hot water plentiful and overall a very good budget lodging.

Clean and quiet hotel. Close to interstate. Restaurants and gas nearby. Friendly staff. Had a good stay.

This hotel is on the cheaper end in Lincoln, but the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly. Great location at 27th & I-80, can be downtown in 10 minutes and lots of restaurants close by.

The milk was spoiled for breakfast and was room temperature, the eggs were green as well wouldn’t recommend eating that breakfast

Nice hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. The front desk staff, Melissa, was friendly and you could tell she cared about her job. She was there at check out also, along with the manager, and both gave good advice about upcoming weather conditions. The breakfast was good, with a mix of hot and cold choices. They even had a choice of regular or blueberry waffle batter to make your own waffle. The breakfast highlight for me was the coffee machine. You could have a choice in the coffee strength, make it a cappuccino, or make it mocha. Gas station and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to off of I-80. And just a few minutes from a variety grocery and retail stores.

We were very happy with our room. Bed was super comfy; excellent shower; working fridge. Good coffee machine in lobby. Excellent hot breakfast.

The free breakfast was not the best. The coffee was weak and the sausages were uncooked. Had a yogurt and left. They tried, I guess. I wouldn’t book again simply because of the breakfast.

This property was very nice for an overnight stay. We were pleasantly surprised. Nothing fancy but everything one needs. The room was large, clean, and quiet. There was fuel and dining options very close to the hotel. The one disappointment was the morning breakfast. Food was lukewarm at best. Very small dining area and limited food options. I would recommend this property if breakfast isn’t that important to you.

The front staff person upon check in was so friendly and kind. The breakfast was undesirable.
