- great hotel with a very nice staff, always ready to help you and do their best for you - very confortable room (lover's room) with a nice private swimming pool and a great view - very large swimming pool at the hotel - confortable sunbed at the swimming pool and at the beach (free) - a superb sand beach just down the road - many restaurants on site - a shuttle to go in town (we didn t use because we didn t know before coming so we rented a car) to be improved: - if you go for more than 3/4 days the breakfast becomes boring - no cooking station and quality of the food could be better. - price in the restaurants of the hotel are high but prices are high everywhere in mykonos - it would be great to have a detailed map of the site when you arrive at the hotel as it is a big site with lot of (good) choices

The views were incredible. Definitely go for the ocean view private pool option. The Villa property was top notch. The staff was amazing. Had some wifi issues the first night. They worked hard to solve, and ended up moving us to better room. On our last day, we had to catch early flight so missed the complimentary breakfast, so staff had a bag of packed sandwiches, fruits, and jam for us to take on the road. Shuttle to the private beach if you don't want to walk the 150 steps. Loved every minute.

Hotel was amazing! Special shout out to the Bartender Ben. He was so helpful and made the best drinks. He told us all the good restaurants on the property. The hotel staff was friendly. They made us feel right at home. Let me add the private room pool was THE BOMB

This was the best hotel we have stayed at. There are actually 5 hotels in one - all connected but separate. Restaurants were excellent and were different. Staff were universally charming, friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience. Thank you

En mi opinion es un hotel de 3-4* y en ningun caso un 5 *.En el primer lugar el personal no esta a la altura por el trato y tampoco por la limpieza.Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con la habitacion sucia y emperazon a limpiar cuando ya estabamos dentro.No es un hotel seguro me dañaron el coche en el parking frente a la entrada y luego el manager me llamo y me acuso a mi .No lo asumieron,un dia mas tarde intentaron robar la gasolina del deposito .Me parecio increible pasar por eso estando alojado supuestamente en un 5*.En la recepcion pregunte que profundidad tiene la piscina de mi habitacion porque nose nadar y me contestaron de mala manera que ellos no tienen idea de esas cosas.Lo unico bueno fue la comida que era muy cara pero muy rica.Y la vista pero de noche.Esper

Truly a 5 star experience with excellent restaurant recommendations from the staff and promptness in making arrangements for pool side loungers and transportation. The room could use a refresh but this is a very minor point - would love to come back to this hotel for an even longer stay

Place is amazing! Great property, trained and knowledgeable staff, attention to detail, they have everything and more you might need during your stay. Easily a 5 star hotel-resort. Concierge team member Christina Nierri was amazing, warm and welcoming, she even gave us a tour of the hotel, making the whole experience even more inviting. Every team member we encountered were always ready to help. Definitely coming back, best option in Mykonos

Truly a 5 star experience with excellent restaurant recommendations from the staff and promptness in making arrangements for pool side loungers and transportation. The room could use a refresh but this is a very minor point - would love to come back to this hotel for an even longer stay

The views were incredible. Definitely go for the ocean view private pool option. The Villa property was top notch. The staff was amazing. Had some wifi issues the first night. They worked hard to solve, and ended up moving us to better room. On our last day, we had to catch early flight so missed the complimentary breakfast, so staff had a bag of packed sandwiches, fruits, and jam for us to take on the road. Shuttle to the private beach if you don't want to walk the 150 steps. Loved every minute.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at. There are actually 5 hotels in one - all connected but separate. Restaurants were excellent and were different. Staff were universally charming, friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience. Thank you

En mi opinion es un hotel de 3-4* y en ningun caso un 5 *.En el primer lugar el personal no esta a la altura por el trato y tampoco por la limpieza.Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con la habitacion sucia y emperazon a limpiar cuando ya estabamos dentro.No es un hotel seguro me dañaron el coche en el parking frente a la entrada y luego el manager me llamo y me acuso a mi .No lo asumieron,un dia mas tarde intentaron robar la gasolina del deposito .Me parecio increible pasar por eso estando alojado supuestamente en un 5*.En la recepcion pregunte que profundidad tiene la piscina de mi habitacion porque nose nadar y me contestaron de mala manera que ellos no tienen idea de esas cosas.Lo unico bueno fue la comida que era muy cara pero muy rica.Y la vista pero de noche.Esper
