We arrived hours before checkin off the sleeper train but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful finding an available room for us. Great hotel in a super location 2 mins from nearest metro ans only 4 stops from Gare du Nord. Unexpected bonus of lovely spa. Will definitely stay again

L’Hôtel est charmant et le personnel très agréable. Notre chambre était satisfaisante, propre et bien insonorisée. Accès au Spa, détente absolue…puis nous avons déjeuné au restaurant le « Cactus » cuisine excellente. Très bonne adresse, je recommande et nous reviendrons !

Une équipe très accueillante et souriante, une ambiance détendue dans un cadre très bien décoré. Une chambre confortable. Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas de la place de la Bastille. Jacuzzi agréable seul bémol le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et servi avec le sourire.. week end très agréable. À refaire.

Hotel is in a great location close to the Marais. Great staff. Rooms are quite small (standard room) but it all worked! The spa and steam room were great and open till 2am. Staff was the best part of the hotel. The guys were friendly and extremely hospitable.

We spent 7 days in the Suite at La Finca it was exactly as pictured and advertised. There was plenty of storage room for two and 3 if you pack reasonably. The facility was also exactly as advertised and pictured - no surprises. I would have given it a 5 stars if the steam room was working. The hot tub was though. The neighborhood is safe, and an excellent location for access to the metro dining and shopping. There is a grocery store across the street and a pharmacy a block away. The staff is on par with a 5 star hotel - exceptional. Every member was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful.

Séjour de 2 nuits en famille, grande chambre pour 3 personnes, ce qui est rare à Paris. Au calme, bien insonorisé, rideaux bien occultants, bonne literie. Bien équipée, machine et café + bouilloire. Petit déjeuner simple mais avec produits de qualité. Jacuzzi et Hammam sont un vrai plus après une journée de balade. Personnel accueillant, souriant, professionnel.

Love the decorations & renovations. Spa amenities would be maximized if reservations could be made for privacy & there's lotion for after spa/sauna. The spa tub wall needs some spice.

Mysigt, mindre hotell med eldsjälar till personal. De var tillmötesgående, vänliga och proffsiga i allt från incheckning, frukost, drinkar och annat vi behövde hjälp med. Det var lite hårda sängar, rummen var något slitna och SPAt var både ofräscht och icke fungerande. Men kanonbra läge, fantastisk personal och prisvärt.

Un hôtel très accueillant et chaleureux. L'équipe est au petit soin et l'accès au jaccuzi et hammam fait vraiment la différence. Hâte de revenir

Very nice hotel with fantastic service. Allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. Really great location with easy access to/from Gare du Nord, most Paris attractions, and close to some of our favourite areas such as Le Merais and Oberkampf. Excellent coffee, boulangerie and restaurant options in and around the area. The spa is lovely after a long day of walking and is open until 2am, which is great. My only slight critique is that the Standard room is teeny tiny and not a room for two. We really had to squeeze! I'd suggest getting the slightly larger Comfort room unless you're staying solo. However, the room size is a small compromise for a great location at a very reasonable cost. We adjusted after the first day or so, and you barely spend time in the room anyway.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, aber das war es dann auch schon. Mir ist es ein Rätsel wie die hohe Gästebewertung zustande kommt. Völlig abgelebtes und renovationsbedürftiges Hotel. Der Spa ist ein grosser Witz! Die Zimmerreinigung unordentlich. Der Preis und die Leistung liegen Meilenweit auseinander!!

Very clean, well decorated rooms. Tiny, but well designed for maximum use of space. Beds very comfortable and shower hot! I was street side but soundproof windows kept the noise out. Excellent location near metro. Lovely restaurant. Spa was okay, but nice addition. Overall great value.

We enjoy its location its close to the port, the train station and many great restaurants, but the room was not very clean, it was dusty and the coffee machine needed alot of attention, the sheets of the bed were clean but it did not fit the size of the bed so we ended up on the matress in the morning, the AC was old. The hole room was decorated in poor taste has 3 walls were painted a pale pink as the 4th wall was a trashy grafiti paint. The pool is more like a small pond on the roof, so dont go there in expectation to spend the day by it. staff was nice, and we haven't try the breakfast since there is many cheaper option around the hotel.

The hotel was cute and in a very good location. Only call-out was that the room was tiny and I couldn't open my suitcase fully. Shower was nice. Housekeeping did not properly clean my room- cups were not removed and bed was messily made.

The staff is wonderful and the property very clean. Close to mobile system and grocery store.

It is an intimate, small, clean hotel with a nice funky decor. The young staff was friendly and explained everything well at check-in and responded immediately to our request for towels and ice. The room was small but perfectly adequate. We loved being close to Le Marais. Merci.

La chambre n’était pas très propre, j’ai retrouvé une sorte de batterie en dessous de mes draps mais également quelques cheveux sur le lavabo. Mise à part ça le personnel est agréable.

What a charming location for our time in Paris. So centrally located, without being in a terribly busy area. Felt so taken care of. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our one year anniversary. Every interaction was so pleasant. the room is small, but i think that's just Paris in general. Regardless the room was clean and super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

The supermarket is right next door and the staff were very nice but the shower and sink leaked so much the bathroom was wet all the time.

Chambre très très petite, tache de sang sur le sommier, porte savon est tombé dans la douche, porte de douche ferme très mal, jet de douche !!!!, etc. Couette sur le lit qui sert de drap, employés est entré par erreur dans notre chambre. Admettons qu’as part l’emplacement, le séjour a été ordinaire

This is a very "tight" hotel. Space is a premium meaning that the room was incredibly small for 2 people and virtually no room for 2 people with a suitcase each. So if you need breathing room, don't stay here. Hotel is tired and worn....photos look great but experience didnt reflect our experience. Tiny check in reception next to the hotel bar...small elevator. Bathroom was impossibly small, shower was dangerous with no anti-slip mat on shower floor. We just thought the property 'basic', worn carpetting, vinyl floors in bedroom...worst part was that the room was uncomfortably small, so much so that getting dressed had to be done seperately. On the positive...bed was OK, bed and linen good, room was well air conditioned, room was clean, location was OK, employees were friendly. Would we stay again? No.

Room was pretty small though Ned v comfy. Heating was on all the time even came on in the middle of the night when we had switched it off. The shower was terrible, just a trickle and the door leaked all over the floor.

Nice little hotel, staff great. Problems with the internet, odor and safe deposit box. Besides that, beware that there is no wall support for the showerhead, so you need to truly bath yourself "european style"

We enjoyed the stay overall. However, our air conditioning went out both nights and we woke up hot at 2AM. It was too loud when we opened the windows. The staff was outstanding!

The hotel was good, first time staying in this area, that I didn’t love but it was good and close to 2 metro stations. The best was the personnel of the hotel, very friendly and accommodating people. The room has AC but it’s controlled, so in the heat wave we were in it was hot.

Room was freezing and took forever to heat up. The room layout was weird; tiny toilet with no sink, that was in front of the bed on a plateaued corner where the bathtub was - oh and this was hidden behind a curtain. Fire alarm went off around 1am (that happens) but the lack of any communication or guidance, even after the alarm stopped, was odd. People just slowly went back to their rooms.

Great little quirky hotel in a quiet, residential area of central Paris. Tiny rooms but enough for me as I was out all day. Liked that they had shower stalls with a fully enclosed door (water stays inside). Several outlets in the room (some I couldn't figure out how to turn on) that allowed me to charge all my devices. Very close to several metro stops and many restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Air condition in room not working. Staff tried their best and were excellent, but doesn't alter the fact that it was too hot to sleep, and my stay was ruined.

Cute hotel in a great area. A little annoying they didn’t put water in the room while I was there and had to ask to have the glass bottle refilled. Small rooms but bed is very comfortable

The hotel absolutely suited our needs, what stood out the most was the top notch customer service. Every single member of the staff we encountered was lovely in their own way.

Every staff member was top notch in all categories. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. By the end of the week, I felt like it was home. They took care of every detail with ease and a smile.

The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful during our short stay. The cleaning crew was extremely loud early in the morning and were having loud conversations outside my bedroom that woke me up.

La Finca was a last minute option when we decided to arrive in Paris a day early to avoid a planned air traffic controllers strike. We picked it because it was close to our previously booked hotel-which had no availability for the extra night. It is a quirky combination of an Air BNB. Hotel, bar and cafe. We did not use the spa in the basement, nor the food option. Situated on an acute corner, the rooms are eclectic. It was more than good enough for a night. The best thing about it was the staff. They were extremely accommodating, taking our bags to the rooms and getting us transportation to our next hotel.

We came to Paris on a girls trip and this hotel was perfect for us! Convenient location close to a number of metro stops. Kindly stored our luggage for us on check in and check out day so we didn’t have to lug it around.

Property could do with a general tart up, but overall a good stay in a good location.

Walkable to Notre Dame. Other than that, you can take #69 to Louve museum. You can take metro to all other attractions. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. I highly recommend to dine in Chez Pradel Bestille. It is very authentic, delicious in a very reasonable price.

I had a very nice stay at la Finca. The hotel is small, nicely decorated and in a very lively area, few minutes away from la Bastille. There is a supermarket just in front of the building, which for me was a plus. I loved the neighbourhood which was also very well connected with the metro.

Hotel La Finca, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris was a disappointment overall, despite the kind and helpful staff. We stayed in the large family suite, but the room looked nothing like the photos online. My son’s sofa bed was falling apart and fairly unusable. One side of the bed tilted down because the frame was in major disrepair. The bathroom was dark and awkwardly designed, with the mirror placed over two feet away from the sink, making it nearly impossible to do makeup or grooming. The shower was extremely narrow and dim, with poor drainage, and the toilet seat was loose and slid around with every use. The bathroom window offered little circulation, and the space became steamy, humid, and hot, making the entire room feel muggy and even more uncomfortable during the day. The worst part was that the air conditioning did not work. During a hot summer week, the room stayed at around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, making it very difficult to sleep or relax. Since the hotel is on a noisy street, opening the windows at night for fresh air wasn’t an option. The sound of cars and sirens continued all night and made it even harder to sleep. We skipped breakfast after taking a look at it. It consisted of a few slices of ham and cheese, one kind of cereal, plain yogurt, and a small basket of pastries. It looked very basic and unappetizing. The only redeeming part of our stay was the staff. They were truly lovely, warm, and attentive, but unfortunately the condition of room was terrible.

une belle découverte. accueil sympa, chambres agréables, spa gratuit très cool. Un gros BEMOL le petit déjeuner trop peu de choix pour le prix, pas de café et jus à volonté par contre ils travaillent avec un super boulanger, le pain est TOP. Dommage si vous améliorez ce point ça pourrait devenir mon hotel habituel sur Paris.

Hôtel très agréable, déco originale qui a ensoleillé notre séjour ! Literie et chambre confortables au calme, malgré la route toute proche . Petit dej continental de bonne qualité. Très bon accueil. Quartier sympa et marché du dimanche très chouette tout près . Cerise sur le gâteau : le petit SPA👍. Nous recommandons !

Fint hotell med god service. Rent på rommene og hotellet. God beliggenhet ift metro. Frokosten var fot kostbar ift det man fikk,- ulikt brød med syltetøy, kaffe/te og ett glass juice. God tapas på kvelden.

We liked the location near the Marais. The hotel is small and personal. The staff was very welcoming and polite. We had a good dinner at their restaurant.
